At CL's, Nick sends the nanny home - then tells Faith that she'll be seeing her Mommy tonight (and as much as she wants).

Arriving home, Noah grumbles about the reporters banging on the car windows at the gate. Not expecting to be bringing Sharon home tonight, he apologizes for the mess. How bad can it be? Proceeding inside, Sharon isn't troubled by the mess or the blaring music - she's just happy to be home.

At the club, Heather also gripes about the press - but who can blame em - it was a high profile trial (and she can't be unhappy about the way it turned out). Ricky (as invited by Heather) joins her and Paul. The subject is 'family' - and Heather's grateful for the support of her father and brother.

Phyllis takes over the busy RS phones. She can't say who took the photos - but, yes - it DOES seem that Adam's at the center of every scandal.

In his suite, Adam leaves a message for Vance (who's services he may soon need). Victor drops by - with a print out of the Heather/Adam photos. Wondering whether Adam was trying to destroy, or help Sharon, Victor's determined that he never gets near her again.

At CL's, Dan, from the Chronicle, asks Avery for a quote. Did her planned defense have anything to do with the RS article? What article?

Denying having anything to do with the memory card, Adam claims that Victor can't stop him from seeing Sharon (whom he's sure will forgive him - again). She sees the good in him. There's no good for her to see, Victor declares Adam delusional (if he thinks the 'smart' and 'strong' Sharon will take him back).

After Noah tidies up, neither he nor Sharon can believe she's actually free ~hug~ Oh how they've missed one another. When Nick arrives with Faith, Sharon's ecstatic to be holding her daughter. Mommy will never leave you again.

Sharon thanks Nick for bringing Faith (who reportedly demanded the visit). With Noah cooking dinner, Nick unfortunately can't stay - something's going on at RS.

Phyllis is still manning the RS phone. Yes, it's definitely Heather Stevens. Avery marches in - you bitch! She rants about Phyllis stealing her photos (in a court of law no less). Is there anything you won't do to get what you want!? My bad, Phyllis remains unapologetic.

Still with his kids, at the club, Paul toasts; to a woman getting her life back today. Talking about the trial, Heather would have got a conviction - if not for the memory card. Paul bets Ricky learned a lot. You have no idea, he agrees. Heather too - she now wants to be a better person - with integrity (like Paul). More gushing - she really likes what she knows of Ricky. Dan the reporter then approaches (for Heather's comment on the RS article). Having no clue, Heather gapes at the photo on his cell phone.

Victor and Adam continue to point the finger at one another (Adam blaming Victor, the hypocrite - for faking Skye's death and trying to frame HIM for it). You used sex for your own gain, Victor's sure Sharon won't forgive Adam (for withholding evidence that would have cleared her). As summoned (by Victor), DA Walsh then joins the party (to arrest Adam if Victor has his way).

Questioned about the memory card, Adam's memory is 'fuzzy'. Having been railroaded many times, Adam won't talk without a lawyer (charge me or leave). Get one, Walsh suggests on exit. Also leaving, Victor again warns Adam to stay away from Sharon - ya got that?

Having sung Faith to sleep, Sharon comes down to hear that Phyllis posted some photos online (which is no surprise to her). Leaving Faith for the night, Nick has to wonder how long it'll be before the doting mother abandons her kids again. Never! Sharon vows that her kids are the only thing that matters. Nick hopes so - stay away from Adam (he won't let his kids be hurt again).

After Dan leaves, Heather panics - OMG - how did those photos get out!? Paul has a better question; why was she kissing that jerk!? Heather swears that nothing happened - she was drunk. Ricky remains silent. As Heather continues whine, the DA calls (and is on his way over). I'm so screwed, Heather groans - as Ricky makes an abrupt escape.

Ricky came to ME, Phyllis clarifies. But he had a change of heart, Avery counters - you STOLE them! It's unethical - ruining a woman's career to get at ME! You're not that important to me, Phyllis assures 'sweetie'. It's business. Bull, everything Phyllis has done since Avery came to town has been about her!

Leaving, Nick will check in with Sharon later. She apologizes for being defensive - knows she's given Nick reason not to trust her (and has made terrible decisions) - but she'll never hurt the kids again. After Nick leaves, Sharon calls Sam (who's thrilled to hear the good news). She again vows not to waste the this second chance.

Back at the club, DA Walsh lectures Heather on her latest scandal. Despite Paul's protest, Heather (a liability to the DA's office) is fired. I'm so sorry, Paul sympathizes after Walsh leaves. I'm such an idiot, Heather moans - shoulda knows Adam was setting me up.

Ricky marches into RS. How could you!? he blasts Phyllis (who reminds that HE was going to use the photos). And as he spouts off about suing, Avery arrives (happy to represent Ricky). Smiling, Phyllis continues with her 'oops' attitude.

Sam's glad to be home - but misses Sharon. Both agree to sharing special memories (of her time at his peaceful ranch). Hanging up, Sharon then welcomes Victor into her home. Happy to hear that Nick left Faith there, Victor asks Sharon to promise that she'll stay away from Adam.

At the club's front entrance, Paul spins Adam around; gimme one good reason I shouldn't kick your ass! You never know who's hiding behind a potted palm - with a camera, Adam replies - then tells Paul that the person he should be blaming is whomever took the photos.

Blasted by Ricky and Avery, Phyllis calls them hypocrites. Arriving to hear the word 'lawsuit', Nick sputters - what!? You can't do that. Watch us, Avery marches out. Now alone with Phyllis, Nick reams her for putting them and the magazine in jeopardy. Off to do 'damage control', Nick's accused of taking Avery's 'side'. I made a genius move, Phyllis shouts as the elevator takes Nick down.

Impressed with Noah's homemade spaghetti and meatballs, Sharon and Victor hear that he studied at Cordon Bleu. And as Noah takes plates to the kitchen - and Sharon's upstairs tending to Faith, Victor's left to answer the phone (and tell Adam never to call there again - ~click~). He then lies to Sharon (it was a reporter). Meanwhile, in his suite, Adam thinks Victor crazy - if he thinks he can keep him from Sharon.

Chasing Avery down at CL's, Nick pleads for 5 minutes of her time. Yes - Phyllis was wrong to publish the photos - but isn't there anything he can do to make this right? Sorry, it's too late, Avery exits.

Rejoining Paul at the club, Ricky hears that Heather (now gone) was fired. Paul's run in with Adam got him thinking - he SHOULD ne going after whomever took the photos. What kind of person DOES that? A guilty looking Ricky remains silent.

On the phone (still at RS), Phyllis gets a mighty shove from a furious Heather. I didn't take the photos, Phyllis points out - if Heather wants to be mad at anyone, she should be mad at her brother!

Next: Adam appeals to Sharon - you and I can't quit each other. You know that .... Heather confronts Ricky - tell me that you really didn't take those pictures .... From the elevator, Avery warns Phyllis (Nick behind her) - by the time I'm done with you, you'll be broke and on your way to prison. But then - it wouldn't be the first time.

My Thoughts: We hear mention of the 'pesky' reporters - yet, there's no sign of them anywhere. No one was posted outside the courtroom - to get Sharon or Heather's reaction to the Judge's decision - and no one (except Dan) approached any of the key players while out at CL's or the club. With no security in sight, there's nothing to stop anyone from knocking on Adam's door (like Victor did) ... I guess Noah's culinary skills are just as much of a surprise as his musical talent ... I can't imagine Cordon Bleu teaching students the fine are of spaghetti and meatballs. And why does Victor say that Noah'll 'graduate' to burger and fries'? I'm sure there's many Italian chefs (and homemakers) waving their arms at their TV's over that one ... I can see Noah and Hunter leaving the house a mess - but was every light in the house (and loud music) left on? I guess utility bills aren't an issue for the uber-wealthy ... Victor, Sharon and Noah can't walk the 10 feet to the table to eat? ... Doesn't Victor realize that warning Adam away from Sharon only makes her more enticing? When (not if) Sharon hooks up with Adam again, I hope she at least keeps him away from Faith (as Nick will obviously then keep Faith away from Sharon). Hopefully she's as smart and strong as Victor thinks she is ... I'll resume the screencaps tomorrow (computer issues are slowing me down - but I'm hoping to get my laptop fixed tomorrow) ...
