In Adam's suite, Avery denies breaking client attorney privilege; the memory card was found when the lake was dredged re: the Jenkins investigation. She's glad it was - and also glad that Adam didn't get to play Sharon's hero (the REAL reason he's upset).

Isn't it the most incredible morning - Sharon woke up in her own home - her own bed - with her wonderful kids. Dropping by again, Victor plans to beef up security (due to reporters still swarming the gate). And though Noah and Victor approve of Sharon taking Faith away for a few days, she's sure Nick won't.  As Noah and Victor take Faith to see the 'horsies', Sharon appeals to Nick - wanting to bond with Faith - away from the media. Please.

Ronan's favourite suspects gives him a smile on the CL's patio. Still at the top of his list, Phyllis wonders what a girl has to do to get the heat off. Both grin - as Phyllis proceeds inside (where Paul's telling Chance all about how Adam used Heather; who's now fired and devastated). All because of Adam, Paul fumes.

Joined by Avery (in the club's dining room), Ricky is NOT OK. The photos are everywhere (he shows her another headline). He's eager to sue Phyllis - until he's told that everyone will then know he took the photos. Ricky's sister and father can never know - ever. On cue, Heather approaches - tell me Phyllis lied (that Ricky didn't really take those photos).

Confronting Phyllis (still at CL's), Paul hopes no one does to HER daughter (what she did to HIS). Phyllis denies being in cahoots with Adam. The photographer brought the photos to HER. Who? Figure it out - YOU'RE the Detective,

As Avery exits, Heather learns the truth. Oh, how could her own brother do this to her!? And when Ricky gets rid of some reporters, she wails some more; see what you've done?! Rejecting Ricky's apology, Heather knows he can't make this 'better'. Get away from me! Left to shake her head, Heather looks up - at Adam.

Back from the stables with Faith, Noah and Victor stay long enough be pleased to hear that Nick OK'd Sharon's trip (with Faith). Alone again, Nick sees the Sharon he used to know (who'd never hurt Faith). Sharing a teary hug, a grateful Sharon promises to keep in touch every day.

In Ronan's office, Chance relays Paul's info. Whomever took those photos made a nice buck. Heather? Unemployed. Ronan sympathizes - girl can't catch a break.

Thanks for ruining my life - again, Heather whines to Adam. Told he never meant for the pictures to be published, Adam can't deny he wanted them used in court (but - it was never about Heather). She's sure his evil deeds will catch up with him one day - too bad she won't be there to see it. Marching to the revolving door, Heather blasts (and blames) a speechless Nick (thinking he was a better man than that).

Victor will have his helicopter take Sharon to the airport - so the media aren't aware of her trip. As Victor exits with a sweet kiss on the forehead, she'll miss the one person she can count on. Sharon then calls Adam - I need to see you - come right away.

Phyllis is counting 'hits' to the photos online - You Go Heather! Enter Nick - we'll see how proud you are when we're sued into oblivion! He's just witnessed Heather's devastation first hand. Phyllis crossed the line - again (just like she did with the Devon story). Her impulsive behavior is effecting 'us'. There's nothing 'hot' about being reckless with people's lives!

Adam's chat with Sharon doesn't quite go as well as he'd hoped. Angry that he destroyed the evidence - and Heather's career, Sharon never wants to see Adam again. She's going away - to reconnect with the child he continuously tried to keep her from. We can't quit each other - you know that, Adam's sure that one day Sharon will need him - question is, will he still be here. Don't hold your breath, Sharon watches Adam leave - then calls to say she's ready to go.

Also claiming credit for the memory card, Phyllis can't believe Nick's not thanking her (for saving Sharon). This isn't ABOUT selling magazines, Nick blasts Phyllis for stealing photos - from an attorney. It's all about pissing off your sister!

I'm suing the bitch! Ricky joins Avery (who assures that Phyllis WILL pay; she's adding pain and suffering to his suit. Get every penny you can get! Ricky wants to teach Phyllis a lesson she'll never forget (which Avery looks eager to do).

Paul at her place, Heather's packing and leaving town in a coupla hours - for good. And when Paul talks about 'family', Heather lets him know that Ricky took the photos. What kind of person does that? No idea, Paul can only offer a weepy hug.

Zipping up her suitcase, Heather talks about a fresh start - at Mom's in New York. Paul understands - but can't be happy about it. What he can do, is sell Heather's car (and give her another wet hug). Thanks for everything, Heather snivels.

Bumping into Ricky at the club, Adam's sorry their collaboration didn't go as expected. But - because 'the kid' really came though, he's Adam's 'go to' guy. Yeah/ Well - go to hell. Curling his lip, Ricky never wants to deal with Adam again!

As RS staff duck n cover, Phyllis breathes fire - unable to believe Nick is taking 'that woman's' side! As Nick tries to speak reason, Avery arrives - to serve Phyllis. Ricky William's is suing for photos being used without his permission. A criminal complaint will be filed too (as evidence in a murder trial was stolen - from court no less). Now on the elevator, Avery's still spewing threats; when I'm done with you, you'll be broke and on your way to prison. Won't be the first time, will it? You have no idea who she is! Phyllis turns back to Nick. You never consider the consequences, Nick's still talkin' Greek to Phyllis (who says - you wanna see consequences? Watch this! and huffs out).

On the patio, Paul glares at Ricky (who looks like a kid about to get a deserved spanking). Meanwhile, Chance drops by Heather's - sorry to hear she's leaving town. Heather too - alas, leave she must.

Having been told about Adam's visit with Sharon, Victor wastes no time showing up at his son's suite - to gloat that he has no power over her anymore. Announcing that Sharon's gone, Victor's not there to kick Adam outta town (again) - he's there to give him a reason to stay.

An exhausted Avery's just flopped onto her bed - when Nick arrives (just wanting to make this right - or make this go away). He doesn't approve of what Phyllis did - but RS is his magazine (and Nick's willing to pay Ricky off).

Phyllis blows into Ronan's office like a hurricane - her wraparound dress already open as she strides the few feet to kiss the stunned  Detective violently.

Sam's about to sit down for dinner. Knock knock - who's there? Surprise! it's Sharon and Faith, Sam's delighted - get in here woman!

Declining a ride to the airport, Heather doesn't like good bye's. You're a good guy. You too, Chance assures that they'll stay in touch via email etc.

Paul's spittin' mad and jabbin' his finger - Ricky shoulda put the camera down - and walked away - when he realized it was his sister! The pictures should never have been taken!! No, Ricky can't make it up to Heather - or stop her from leaving town! Some things can't be undone! You're my son - but really! Who the hell are you!!??

Summoned to Sam's, Piper's eager to see her 'surprise' - and isn't at all disappointed to see it's just Sharon and her kid. I missed you so much ~hug~ And as Piper fusses over Faith, Sam knows why Sharon came back; her soul is here. Smiling, Sharon looks around (as if considering he might be right).

Work with me at NE, Victor invites. Needless to say, a suspicious Adam wonders what Dad's up to. No tricks. You know that old saying; keep your friends close, your enemies closer, Victor explains.

Oh alright - Avery will talk to Ricky (about resolving things amicably). Nick knows he's staring - because he can't believe she and Phyllis are sisters (as they're so opposite). Same as you and Adam, Avery points out (and seconds later is kissing Nick; both their clothing coming off).

Likewise, Big Sis is gettin' it on with Ronan (in his office). And when a call comes in, Ronan hits the speaker button. Familiar voices fill the office (Diane squealing in fright - then Nick's threat to kill her echoes - over and over and over)

Next: Just leave me alone - a grumpy (and bandaged) 'Merna' shrugs away from the nurse - as Genevieve frowns at her ..... Phyllis barges into Avery's suite; where what just happened is obvious (by Nick's 'busted' expression - as he puts his shirt back on).

My Thoughts: Why does Heather need to sublet the apartment? Isn't it still the police department's 'safe house'? Buh bye Heather - don't let the club's revolving door hit yer @ss on the way out ... Nice that Sharon's taking one of her kids along this time (as she goes to find herself). And great that she woke up in her own house this morning - her own bed - her own hooker boots ... Kinda ironic that she calls Adam all the way over for a face to face - to tell him that she never wants to see his face ever again .... Where's Hunter? Is she only at Noah's long enough to mess the place up - turn the stereo on full blast - then leave? ... Victor may have 'beefed up' security - but he obviously hasn't told them not to let Adam on the property ... GC's reporters may be pesky - but they're not too persistent. Why would they leave a public place just because Ricky raised his voice at them? .... Looks like Phyllis already knows how 'a girl gets the heat off' ... Let's hope Nicky Ampleseed doesn't create a little sister/cousin for Summer  .. Avery and Phyllis may be opposites - but they aren't polar opposites (as they both like the pole). In fact, I'm really starting to see the resemblance between the sisters ... Thanks to all who've donated to the fibrofoundation. I will be posting a list of angels (first names only) over the weekend.
