Meeting Cane at CL's, Lily isn't bothered by his vague answers on his trip and what happened to his hand. Having forgotten all about Thanksgiving, Cane won't be spending it with his mother (whom he assumes is off creating drama). Well there's something to be thankful for, Lily smiles.
Dinner's prepared and ready to be served - so Merna's off for the night soon. Setting the table, Genevieve really hopes Jack likes the 'vibe' (as he's used to larger Thanksgiving gatherings). Thinking it romantic, Merna hopes they like the extra special dinner she made them. Gen's sure they will - it smells delicious.
At G-worm, Gloria hands Jack a chilled bottle of Genevieve's champagne. And when Angelo saunters over to say they don't 'do tabs' - he changes his mind when Glo pointedly reminds that Jack's owner and CEO of Jabot. Happy Thanksgiving, Jack exits - as Kevin arrives to complain that he had a fight with Chloe. The Baldwin family then arrives in time to hear Kevin explain that Chloe found out he's a major fraud'.
While Jill and Ester are busy bickering about which tablecloth to use, a mopey Chloe informs a concerned Kay that Kevin dropped a bomb on her last night.
Dressed and ready to go, Billy enters Vikki's room just as she's waking up. There's a flight to GC - and yes, he'll be on it. Determined not to spend another day away from his daughter (and hopefully Vikki either), Billy's first move is to see Delia (while Vikki's will be confronting her 'worthless' father).
In his office, a heavy-hearted (and teary eyed) Victor leaves a message for Nikki (who he's really missing).
As Neil gushes over his beautiful son, Sofia comes in to gush over Neil (who's smile immediately vanishes when reminded that they're engaged).
On the CL's patio, Devon returns his 'Mom's' 'Happy Thanksgiving'. Yes, he'll be spending it with his family; Neil and Lily. Nice, Harmony then surprises him with the news that she'll be at Kay's.
Taking a seat, Devon wonders what Harmony hopes to get out of Kay. It ain't like that, Harmony was invited to stay (because Kay thinks of her as family). When Devon suspects they plan to 'gang up' on him, Harmony respects that he needs his space. She didn't mean to upset Devon. Have a great day, she hurries out.
Inside, Lily shares a cute twin story - and when Cane's surprised that she's not upset with him, Lily trusts him - knowing he's a good man. Taking her hand briefly, Cane thinks she should get going to her Dad's (and grins when invited to spend Thanksgiving with the Winters').
Back at the mausoleum, Chloe apologizes for being mysterious - and isn't happy about keeping Kevin's secret. Not pressing for answers, Kay knows Kevin to be kind hearted - and he adores Chloe. He makes bad choices - but has good intentions (which Chloe should keep in mind). Left alone to consider Kay's advice, Chloe looks conflicted.
All giving Kevin a pep talk, Lauren and Fen follow an emotional Gloria - leaving Mike to hear that Chloe knows everything. Kevin doesn't care if it all comes out - let the chips fall - that man (Victor) is a sadist. Is that so? Victor appears on cue. Sending Kevin to check on Gloria, Mike admits to Victor that involving his brother wasn't HIS best idea ever. Victor's sure all of them wish their loved ones hadn't been dragged into Billy's mess.
On the plane, Vikki ends a call with Reed. Sickened, she's ashamed that Victor kept Billy away from his sick daughter. It's disgusting, Billy agrees - but asks that Vikki take it easy on her father.
Gathered in the dining room, all smile when Chloe says she'll be back shortly. Set a place for Kevin. Doing a final head count, Jill's not happy to hear that Harmony was invited. And as luck would have it, Harmony arrives just as Jill's spit out the words 'crack addict'. Pretending she didn't hear the comment, Harmony compliments the decor and offers to help. No thank you dear (but it's Jill Kay's glaring at). Leading Harmony to the living room for tea, Murphy lets Jill know he's not impressed either. Left with Jill, Kay accuses her of being jealous - suck it up.
Now at Neil's, Devon reports seeing his mother earlier. But when Sofia says he could have invited Harmony for dinner, Neil objects; not surprised to hear she's making herself at home - at Kay's. Lily arrives with the twins - and Cane a few beats behind. Shaking hands in greeting, Neil doesn't look too impressed when Cane winces in pain.
When Jack arrives, Genevieve shares her suspicion that Merna lied about having plans so she wouldn't be a third wheel. Or around public displays of affection, Jack gives her a kiss (which Patty watches through the window).
Back at G-worm, Angie paws Kevin (in his nice shirt). You here to see Devon? Kevin distances himself. Angelo joins them to announce that Angie will be singing tonight. Kevin's smile is forced - but Angie couldn't be more delighted (when Lauren and Glo blurt out the news that he's fighting with Chloe). Across the room, Mike's told that Billy escaped his guard (and immediately guesses that Victor let him go). Why? Because the adorable Delia being without her father was breaking Victor's heart. Assuming that Billy's with Vikki, Victor assures it's temporary. He'll put an end to Vikki's relationship with that no good bastard.
Listing reasons why he doesn't want Vikki to go after her father, Billy just wants to focus on the future. Wait - what aren't you telling me? Vikki knows something else is going on.
With all three babies napping, Lily admonishes her father - Cane IS spending Thanksgiving with 'family'. Jokes about Neil and Sofia's gravy duel soon leads to the announcement that they're engaged (which is met with awkward silence and blank expressions).
Hearing that Victor's family is 'scattered to the winds'. Lauren invites him to spend Thanksgiving with them. Victor would love to - but is expected elsewhere. Finally - Kevin's relieved by his departure. And as Angie's about to show off photos of herself in bikinis, Chloe appears to snatch the phone from her hand - what the hell is wrong with you? Read my lips - the man is engaged - not interested - get your own man. And as Angie sulks off, Kevin wonders if he's forgiven. Read my lips, Chloe says for the second time. A few feet away, Gloria, Angelo and Angie watch them kiss.
Billy confesses - he met a girl at the beach in Myanmar. Vikki's not sure she wants to hear this. Billy's not sure he wants to tell her. Reassured that he's not in love with this girl, Vikki suggests he keep it to himself then. VIKKI is the only person Billy wants to be with - for the rest of his life. Then that's all that matters to her. Billy won't let her down again ~kiss~
Over dinner, Jack's asked about his other marriages - and talks about Patty's break with reality. No one knows where she is. Oh look - there she is - watching through the window.
Jill's NOT jealous of the attention Harmony's getting. I fact, she appalled that Kay's 'using' her. Delivering a pitcher of water, Harmony again pretends not to overhear - and leaves Kay to deny the accusation. After another interruption, Harmony returns yet again. Knowing she's causing a problem, she's heading off to a meeting. No - not because her sobriety is at risk - but because she wants to be around an actual spirit of faith. Enjoy your dinner. Now look what you've done, Kay's left to hiss at Jill.
Off to the mausoleum, Kevin and Chloe are wrapped up in Angelo's bear hug - then chided by Gloria. I hate this day, Angie whines to her Daddy (who puts a smile on her face by saying he'll call Devon over so she can start singing). Mike then wows Lauren with a kiss (a reward for being 'sane').
Still on the plane, Billy hopes they can celebrate Vikki's birthday when they get home. Yes - she wants him to come home (good thing Billy's already acquainted with Vikki's watchdog). Yes, they can get past it. Yes, Vikki's sure. She loves Billy more than anything ~kiss~
After dinner (with Sofia out of earshot) Lily and Devon question Neil on the proposal. Neither convinced that it was his idea, Lily and Devon worry that Neil will one day regret it (and how that'll effect Moses). Getting a text, Devon can't put Angelo off any longer - gotta go. That leaves just Lily - to warn Neil that marrying Sofia for the wrong reasons won't work. When Cane and Sofia return chattering about the upcoming wedding, Neil escapes - to go get pies, Is he OK? Oh yeah, he's fine, Lily lies.
Kevin and Chloe arrive to hear (from Murphy) that Kay and Jill have already taken dinner up to Delia (which gives Kevin a chance to thank Chloe for saving him from 'octopus girl'). About the secret - Kevin knows Chloe wants to confront Victor (but Delia and Billy will be the ones to suffer). On cue, Victor arrives; how's Delia? Missing her father - beside Kevin, Chloe contains herself. Victor hints that Billy may find his way back to her soon.
After a wonderful dinner, both Jack and Genevieve are yawning. Relaxing on the sofa, both are fast asleep in seconds. Creeping in, a delighted Patty hopes they enjoyed dinner - and pulling Genevieve aside like a rag doll, mounts Jack; he's mine.
Well - look what we have here. About to enter the patio, Neil catches Harmony outside - in what appears to be a drug deal. Back to your old tricks huh - Harmony? he sneers as he proceeds inside (Harmony following).
Inside, Harmony confronts Neil - maybe she just wanted to talk to someone who's not suspicious (for the first time that day). FYI - she was telling that guy her story - that there's hope. Maybe she SHOULD have told him that no matter how hard you try to be a better person, some people will ALWAYS look down on you - even when 'they lives' are more messed up than yours. Duces! Harmony marches out - Neil's mouth hangs open.
Arriving at G-worm, Devon can see they're still eating - so will be back later. No! They're all dying to hear me sing, Angie leaps into action. Guessing that Glo's thinking about Jeff, Angelo tells her not to waste her time (on that 'boob'). He then stands to introduce Angie - singing a song Devon wrote especially for her. Enjoy! And as Devon accompanies her on the piano, Angie makes everyone's ears bleed (Lauren pulling Fen's hands away from his ears). A tear in his eye, Angelo hears a beautiful voice....
And as Angie sings beautifully (really), Sofia (cradling Moses) looks envious - as she watches Lily and Cane play with the twins .. Genevieve passed out on one end of the sofa, Patty's blissfully happy cuddling Jack ... The mausoleum gang all smile as Kevin (a beaming Chloe at his side) carries Delia down ... All look stunned - as Billy (Vikki close behind) bursts through the front door. Daddy! You're home! Delia's quickly transferred from Kevin's arms. I'm not going anywhere, Billy assures her - as he stares at Victor (who can't help but smile at the touching reunion).
Next: I didn't leave on my own - they pushed me out! Phyllis passionately tells Avery .... Adam takes in the sleeping Jack and Genevieve. Patty - what did you do to them?! ... Perhaps he better tell you what he was up to when he was gone, Victor says to an emotional Vikki.
My Thoughts: Oh Vikki - I wouldn't say Victor's 'worthless'. He's worth billions (even after paying off his kids). He IS however, controlling and manipulative (but that shouldn't be news to her) .... Duces? WTH does that mean? No wonder people look at her with suspicion - Harmony's chat with her young pal did look awfully suspicious - what was she protectively clutching in her hand? And why didn't she go to a meeting (like she said she was gonna do) .... Did Angie have that huge wad of gum in her mouth while she was eating Thanksgiving dinner? At least she didn't stick it under the table - but could her dress have been any shorter? Hardly Thanksgiving Day attire... You'd think an organized guy like Neil would have already picked up dessert .. The ole MacMillian estate doesn't have a separate formal dining room? How can Genevieve eat with her back that close to the fireplace? ... Nice to see Fen still exists .. Who knew Devon could play piano? Never mind Moses being overwhelmed by everyone coming over Neil - how about being overwhelmed by the size of his Mom's mammaries?! How can a woman as intelligent as Sofia not notice that her groom-to-be starts frowning whenever their pending marriage is mentioned? ... Thanks to everyone who's so generously donated to the
