Awakening in their honeymoon suite, a fruit basket addressed to Kevin and Chloe makes the Abbott's think of them. Poor Chloe - Kevin leaving her at the altar is weird - even for him.

Also awakening, Angie wants to replace the motel's smelly sheets with Egyptian cotton. Delivering coffee, Kevin snaps that it's only for a few days - they aren't moving in. And put some clothes on!

At the tackhouse, Sharon's ever so grateful for the time Nick's allowing her with Faith. Isn't there some way to avoid a custody battle? Yes - Nick's come up with a way. Whatever it is, Sharon will do it - though she doesn't look impressed with Nick's idea - a restraining order against Adam.

Mike's been summoned to the new CEO's office. Adam knows that Victor's lawyer is also him friend - and to make things easier on all of them, Mike's fired.

Nikki came as soon as she got Victor's message - but no, he hasn't changed his mind (on letting her help him get out). Victor's sending Nikki back to rehab. After signing some papers, she'll be leaving GC today. What!? Nikki squawks.

Correct - Mike DOES work for Victor, as his personal attorney. But as NE's attorney, he works for Adam - or rather, he DID. Morbid curiosity - why does Adam want Mike gone? Adam needs someone who has his back - Vance Abrams. Yes - you definitely ARE in the 'same 'league', Mike leaves chuckling.

Nick explains - if Adam comes within a 100 yards of Faith - or Sharon, she can call the police. Sharon balks - it's not about Faith's safety - it's about controlling her life. Not true - and if Sharon refuses, she'll continue to see Faith on Nick's terms.

'Jamaican Me Crazy', Billy's T-shirt reads. A bikini clad Vikki wants him to show her how to surf (which invokes a flashback to a bar - where Chelsea first chatted up 'Liam'). No, Billy's not all serious about his surfing - and there's no one else he'd rather go with than his novice wife. Let's go catch a big one!

THIS is your solution to our problem?! Nikki's aghast. YOUR problem (is what Victor's trying to save Nikki from). Please go back to rehab. When Dr Sawyer arrives, Nikki's stunned. My God - you really DO want me gone. Victor wants Nikki 'well'. Arriving on cue, Sharon states the obvious - she's there to see Victor. You seem to be making a habit of that, Nikki's clearly not impressed.

Kevin mopes over a photo of Chloe and Delia (on his phone). Angie declares him a hero - saving them from Carmine - and her too. She's sacrificing too - wearing the same dress two days in a row. Deserves a medal, Kevin's sarcastic. Angie's trying to smooth things over with Carmine - using a friend as a 'go between' (as it's too dangerous). Decaf!? You're pregnant, Kevin reminds - then wants to know all about Angie - and Carmine.

Awkward - Sharon didn't know Victor had visitors. Nikki was just leaving. She appreciates Dr Sawyer coming (from Dubuque) - but is staying in GC (a mistake, Victor assures). After Nikki - then the Dr leave - Sharon apologizes for interrupting. She's there to talk about Nick.

You fired Michael? Nick isn't impressed. Yeah, well, Adam's not impressed with Nick setting his own hours - and his 'go to hell' is insubordination. Nick denies he's jealous of the 'loser'. The only thing he 'wants' is Adam out of GC. And away from Sharon? You can't keep us apart. Checking his watch, Nick's confident Sharon's getting a restraining order - right about NOW.

The honeymooners giggle their way into a beach side cafe - for rum drinks. Oh look - a table of young men are checking Vikki out. Billy sure can stop guys from checking his wife out. Grabbing a handy marker, he writes 'bride!' across her 'expensive' T-shirt. And watch this - Billy gives Vikki a passionate kiss.

Angie's known Carmine since she was in leopard print diapers. Her Daddy did business with Carmine's. And when THEY had a falling out, Angelo put a stop to the relationship. Of course Angie wants this baby (so many cute clothes). She realizes she comes off a bit spoiled - but has a heart like everyone else. She just wants to love somebody. Kevin pats her hand - no - that's not crazy at all.

What IS crazy? Angelo giving Glo the restaurant. He and the pup can have anything they want - on the house. Mike arrives - wanting an explanation to the papers that don't add up. You wouldn't be trying to pull a fast one on my mother would you?

When Sharon whines about Nick trying to control her (with the restraining order against Adam), Victor wonders why she's so against the suggestion - does part of her not want Adam to be kept away from her?

Adam doesn't approve of Nick making Sharon choose; him or Faith (and is sure it's because she chose HIM over Nick). He's using his own child to keep them apart. Nick denies it - he's protecting his daughter. And if Adam knew what real love is, he'd stay away from Sharon willingly.

Mike's left holding the dog - as Angelo tries (and fails) to reach Angie. And what's this about the contract? It doesn't give the restaurant to Gloria 'free and clear'. Angelo will bang a few lawyers heads together to straighten it out - baddaboom baddabing. When Mike politely declines lunch, Angelo leaves Glo to come over to gush; isn't he the greatest? Greatest what? Mobster in town? Mike's clearly not impressed - don't trust him. No, he hasn't talked to Kevin (Mike's giving him some space).

Babbling that the jealous Carmine thinks he's the baby-Daddy, Angie lunges into Kevin's arms - so sorry she got him into this. Extracting himself, Kevin won't bail on her. She, him and the bambino are in this together. She plays a message from Daddy (who's furious that he can't find her - but ends with I love you Princess).

A veil made of napkins on Vikki's head, Billy's not done letting everyone know she's his wife (so announces it). I love this song, Vikki jumps up. Billy's smile fades - as he flashes back to the Myanmar bar - seems Chelsea also loves this song - and the drunken Billy's gonna dance with her, like it or not). Enticed by his insistent bride, Billy's once again dancing to the song.

Glo greets Nikki - here to meet your husband? Flashing back to her Guardian Angel saying that her husband knows the truth, Nikki realizes she meant Deacon. Thrilled to see Nikki, Deacon stands to greet her. Both seated, Nikki says a lot's happened since last night - she's not filing for an annulment.

As the newlyweds dance, Billy flashes back to dancing with Chelsea (or rather leaning on her as she shuffles in around). Victor, he slurs - before his head flops back onto Chelsea's shoulder. You OK? Vikki asks. We need to talk about what happened in Myanmar, Billy replies.

Angie calls Daddy - she just needs a few more days. OK - since Angelo heard that Carmine's in the slammer in Jersey. Promising to stay out of trouble, Angie hangs up - kiss kiss.

Joining Angelo, Glo asks what's wrong with her Guardian Angel? Angie's taking years off his life. Glo would love to cheer him up - with a romantic candlelit dinner - whaddaya say? He'd say 'who's Angie'?

Deacon's skeptical - why the 180? He's just doing his due diligence. Fair enough, Nikki explains that Victor nor her kids want anything to do with her. She can't stay sober and has publicly humiliated herself. What does she have to lose? Wow - Deacon can really feel the love. Nikki'd be lying if she said Deacon's the love of her life. But she doesn't want to be alone - and he's the only one who hasn't abandoned her. Baby, Deacon's 'all in' (but alarmed when Nikki snaps her fingers for service - let's get some drinks over here).

Sharon's at the chapel - whining about Nick. It's not that the restraining order is wrong - she wants to prove to him (and herself) that she can take care of Faith. She let Cassie down - not taking care of her the way she should have. Sharon doesn't want to make the same mistake with Faith. She and Noah are all that matter. It's been so long since she felt truly happy. Perhaps Sharon doesn't deserve it? Turning, Sharon locks eyes with Adam.

With Daddy taken care of, Angie's only problem is wardrobe. There's the small matter of Carmine and his arsenal of automatic weapons, Kevin reminds. Until that's resolved, Kevin wants her to stick with him and not do anything stupid. Angie thinks it sweet - and is beginning to think that Kevin cares about what happens to her. They then leave - discussing clothes - and whether it's better for Angie to be dead - or look fat in a bullet proof vest.

Vikki knows about the girl in Myanmar - and since Billy doesn't love her - and hasn't seen her, Vikki wants to leave it in the past. Billy feels she has a right to know everything. Vikki made mistakes too - turning her back on him. She doesn't want to know what happened in Myanmar. It's just you and me - nothing else matters ~kiss~

Hearing that Adam fired Mike, Victor's pleased. Good - everything's going according to the plan. Wonderful - maybe Mike should be let in on the plan. Uh hmmm, I will, Victor nods.

On her second drink, Nikki's fed oysters - told she's beautiful - and given a kiss. Arriving on cue, Nick stares - not happy.

Having followed Sharon, Adam heard what she said - and is sorry. For what? The things he's done - that have caused Sharon to doubt herself as a mother - it's wrong, sick. Sharon's kids are the luckiest kids in the world. Adam's sorry he ever came between them. What does Adam want? Forgiveness? Love? Adam wants Sharon to know that hurting her kills him. Both are teary eyed, as Adam says the only good thing her ever did was love Sharon.

Next: What's the matter with you? Angie pouts. I want to go home - back to Chloe, Kevin rants... How much does Nick know about your plan? Mike asks. You tell him nothing, Victor insists .... They can't make us testify against each other, Nikki slurs to Deacon - you can tell me anything.

My Thoughts: I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and/or Hanukkah. Special thanks to the TELboards Moderating Team - and Tina (who's kind offer to give me a coupla days off wasn't necessary due to Christmas falling on a Sunday). An update on my stepson; I'll be taking him to Texas in early January - for a consultation with a surgeon at MD Anderson - who specializes in his rare form of cancer. He's reviewed his scans and we are optimistic that surgery can be done - and is successful. I somehow neglected to post a link to my 'thank you page'. www.young-restless.com/fibro.html

... The issue between Nick and Sharon could very easily be remedied - by having the restraining order pertain only to Faith. I can't imagine why it hasn't been done already. No Judge would hesitate in issuing an order to keep a child's kidnapper 100 yards away from said child. The only hiccup might be that Adam was never formerly charged for that particular set of crimes (though a case could easily and quickly be made - the proof is there - and easily verified by Ashley etc.) .... Having seen Vikki arrive WITH Billy, I doubt the table of single young men were seriously checking her out - their glances were barely more than casual interest. Fellow American travelers. Perhaps they recognized the high profile pair - maybe they had copies of Vikki's centerfold under their mattress ... They may not even have looked over had the Abbott's not been so loud ... Inadvertently funny line of the day goes to Adam - Sharon's kids are the luckiest kids in the world. Uh huh
