Hey Pops - how's life in the big house? Made any special friends? Victor tells Adam to take a seat - shouldn't you be off running my company? Adam congratulates Victor - well played - woulda scored a direct him - except for one thing - the wedding's never gonna happen. Sharon still loves Adam. Victor chuckles - irrelevant - she didn't choose you. Not yet. Not ever - Adam can't give Sharon what Victor can.

Nick protests - to no avail (they're to draw up a shared custody agreement - and present it to the court). He's further angered when the Judge approves Mike's 'reasonable' request (Sharon's to have custody in the meantime). Nick makes a beeline for Sharon (who's selfish and manipulative). You sold yourself to my Dad - to get control of Faith!

Much to Patty's frustration, Jack insists that Genevieve move in with him (so they can look out for one another while Ronan investigates). No, no, Patty whispers - as Jack and Genevieve seal the deal with a kiss.

Extremely uncool - bouncing your 'babymama' to voicemail, Chelsea leaves a message for Billy (who can't ignore her calls forever). Checking his phone, Billy's joined by Phyllis (who's updated the website). The story of Sharon will be a huge hit - and no, Victor's not off the hook (proposing to his grandchildren's mother). It's a good day, Billy claims (then frowns at a text from Chelsea; who'll be with him and Vikki when the results come in).

Billy lies - it's just reminder for his annual teeth cleaning. And since he wants to take a break from work, Phyllis is off for lunch - and to spend some time with her kids (leaving Billy to frown at his phone some more).

Patty in hiding, Jack talks of helping Genevieve pack - and she needs to speak to Merna (who Jack had forgotten about). Getting a call from Billy (who needs to talk - now), Jack's on his way.

Back in the courtroom, Sharon understands that Nick's upset - but that doesn't give him the right to accuse her of selling out. Knowing there's only one person who could arrange this custody hearing, Nick's sure she made a deal with Victor. Sharon denies that - and Nikki and Vikki's accusations (that she 'worked' Victor). As Nick and Sharon shout at one another - then Mike and Avery (when they try to keep the peace). Told to deal with it, Nick's sure it won't last - Sharon will screw up again. Yeah, well - she'll expect him to bring Faith over later.

Adam would be with Sharon now - if Nick hadn't forced her to get the restraining order. Things will change when she gets Faith back (and she'll realize she doesn't need Victor). We'll find out soon, Victor announces that Sharon's in court right now. Adam declares it a sick game to win Sharon over. He's sure she'll hand the ring back to Victor (who again reminds that she didn't choose HIM).

Sure that Collin's behind the recent trouble, Genevieve asks Merna to move into Jack's with her.

At RS, Jack wonders what Victor's done now. Billy updates that the girl from Myanmar is in town - pregnant - and today they find out of the baby's his.

Returning to Vikki's, Nick thanks his mother and sister for coming. Vikki's annoyed that Mom told Nick about the pregnant woman showing up. We've gotta stick together, Nick figures - especially since Dad doesn't give a damn what he does to their lives.

Still in the courtroom, Sharon marvels that the Judge granted her shared custody. She then asks Mike if Victor had anything to do with this. He's cagey - let's just be grateful the Judge was sympathetic. Mike offers advice - don't make any bad decisions (IE Adam; who arrives on cue - as she's admiring her ring). You can't be here. Adam had to know if she won (and is happy to hear she did).

Merna's sure she'll be safe - and it'd be unfair to Mr Abbott's housekeeper (if she tagged along). Genevieve depends on Merna - but more importantly, her favourite employee will always have a home with her - no matter what. You have no idea what that means to me, Merna's grateful.

Updated, Jack agrees - sure sounds like classic Victor. Billy also believes Victor's behind the Myanmar set up - he didn't just discover me in prison (he staged it with Chelsea; who's accusing him of rape. Jack knows he'd never do that - but can Billy prove she's lying? Billy was drunk in a bar - a woman who looked like Vikki was all over him - next thing he's waking up - she's gone - heroin's there - cops are hauling him out. Admitting it's possible he had sex with Chelsea, Billy wonders what the hell he'll do - if the kid IS his.

Vikki relays blasting her Dad (who denied having anything to do with Chelsea). Nick blames Billy (for walking out on Vikki). Could the woman really be carrying Billy's baby? No matter what, Vikki's standing behind Billy all the way. After Nick leaves, Nikki's left to comfort Vikki.

Avery accosts Phyllis as she lunches at the club - the story on Sharon was classy with a 'k'. She then boasts that Sharon won shared custody (assuming Nick would have told Phyllis by now).

Having left before Adam's arrival, Mike tells Victor that he didn't show up for the hearing. Updating, Mike adds that he's alienated his entire family. For now, Victor seems unconcerned. Is it worth is? Mike has to ask - does he really want to marry Sharon so badly? She hasn't even accepted. Not yet, Victor sounds confident. Why am I not surprised? is his reaction - when shown the latest edition of RS.

Back in the courtroom, Adam assumes this (custody) is why Sharon accepted Victor's ring. She can drop the restraining order she didn't really wanna get - and he knows she doesn't really wanna marry his father. Seen this? Oh my gosh, Sharon guesses she should be flattered that she's on the RS cover again. You don't have to put up with this - Adam knows Sharon loves him (not his father). Pulling out his phone, Adam (as Sharon yelps; who're you calling?) - announces that he's in the court room - violating the restraining order.

Phyllis and Billy spewing their venom doesn't bother Victor. Sure HE can ignore it - but Sharon's the one on the outside (getting heat), Mike thinks it'll only get worse when she's Mrs Victor Newman.

Why did Adam call the police? So Sharon can tell them to stick their restraining order - and say she wants to be with him. Sharon can't risk losing her daughter - doesn't wanna give Nick ammunition. She thought he understood. And when the cops arrive, a devastated Sharon hands them the restraining order - yes, she wants to press charges. Adam Newman; you're under attest. Sharing one last painful look, Sharon leaves him to be handcuffed.

Billy tells Jack that Vikki's been incredibly understanding - but - she can't have more kids. How's she supposed to deal with Chelsea carrying his kid? She'll be OK, Jack assures - you'll make sure she's OK.

When Vikki returns with the tea set, Nikki informs that Deacon wants her to meet him at the club. But no, she has no intention of leaving her daughter (who's NOT a 'big baby'). Why, Nikki'd be yelling and throwing things. Vikki claims that Billy was COMPLETELY set up (she blames Victor and Chelsea; whom she refuses to get upset about). It's just that the Abbott's were so close to adopting a baby ~hug~ On cue, Chelsea comes knocking. Excuse me - who ARE you!? Nikki squeaks - as Chelsea marches in; I'm the one Billy knocked up he around?? Mom - Chelsea (Vikki makes a tired introduction). Told that neither Billy nor the results are in, Chelsea sits - fine - I'll just have some tea while we wait. Hands on her hips, Nikki's jaw's on the floor.

Nick's been summoned to RS. Having run into Avery, Phyllis asks how he is - then hands him a copy of RS. She may have written the story - but Sharon and Victor are responsible for the headline - and once Nick reads it, Phyllis thinks he'll agree.

Through the glass, Sharon expresses her disbelief (at being awarded custody). Yes - Adam came by the courthouse - and she had him arrested. You did the right thing, Victor claims. Knowing his family (and RS) haven't been nice to Sharon, he hopes it hasn't swayed her in any way (about wearing his ring).

The exhausted lawyers commiserate at the club's bar - Avery asking Mike if there's always so much drama around the Newman's.

You can't come barging in her making demands! Get out! Nikki screeches at Chelsea (who claims this baby she's carrying gives her all sorts of rights actually). You've drifted to the wrong side of the tracks baby, Nikki snarls - out! Chelsea doesn't care what they think about her - as long as her baby's taken care of. She asked Billy if he was married - he said no. Arriving home, Billy's not happy to see Chelsea. The results are in - we can go check now, he informs (with Chelsea the only one happy about that news).

Genevieve's bags are packed when Jack comes to pick her up (Merna will be staying - but is welcome if she changes her mind). After they leave, Patty rants - about the bitch going to live in her old house - with her old husband. You'll never be his wife!

Taking the story in stride, Nick won't defend Sharon (or condemn Phyllis) They'll agree to disagree. With Nick off to deliver Faith to Sharon, Phyllis is here if he wants to talk later. And as she gets back to work, Nick gets a call - Adam's been arrested?

Locked in a cell, Adam wants to get this moved along - he has big business to handle.

At the GCAC's bar, Nikki pours soda into a glass. As the bartender obediently cleans up, Deacon joins her. Scolded for lying to him - and visiting Victor new year's eve, Nikki pastes on her drinking smile - we'll talk about it over a drink.

Everyone's so quick to think the worst, Sharon's glad the Judge saw things differently (and that Victor arranged the hearing so quickly). Victor hopes it proves that marriage to him is a very good thing. Yes, I will marry you, Sharon agrees.

Chelsea eyes the Abbott's clasping hands - as the doctor joins them in his office - to announce that Billy did indeed father Chelsea's baby.

Next: You declared war on Victor - and that is a very bad idea, Mike warns Phyllis .... Why don't you tell me what really happened between us that night, Billy asks Chelsea ... Sharon announces to Nick - she and Victor have set a date - we're getting married tomorrow.

My Thoughts: Line of the day goes to Adam; so - how's the big house? Make any special friends? ... Billy only gets his teeth cleaned once a year? Why did he give Chelsea his cell phone number? ... Guess we didn't get to see the scene where Vikki 'blasted' Victor (who then denied bringing Chelsea to GC) - cause all we saw was Victor sitting silently with his arms folded .... You can't give her what I can, Victor tells Adam (clearly not realizing that Adam - or anyone not confined behind glass - can give Sharon many things HE can't) .... Nikki'd be 'yelling and throwing things'? Yeah - yelling for more vodka - throwing it down her throat. Good thing Deacon's too stupid to ever sniff or sip Nikki's non alcoholic beverages ... Was there ever any doubt that Billy was the father of Chelsea's baby (never mind how he managed to impregnate her while being inhebriated to the point of no recollection of the act). But if he WAS drugged, shouldn't some tests be run on the baby - to ensure it wasn't adversely effected? I'm guessing the Abbott's will somehow adopt this baby. Perhaps Chelsea will hand it over willingly - once she learns that he paid 2 million for his last baby... Won't the NE board members be impressed to learn the CEO they just voted in has been arrested yet - again? .. Yeah Jack - let Ronan 'come up with a culprit' - cause he's got such a good track record apprehending criminals (he only captured Collin because Jill had him in handcuffs) ... With RS now on the stands, shouldn't someone be calling Noah and Abby with a heads up?
