We're closed! an annoyed Cane opens the door to whomever's trying to break into Jimmy's. His frown immediately turns upside down - as a giggling Lily catapults into his arms. Thank you SO much ~kiss~

Hearts all but circling her head, Sofia watches the wedding on the laptop - the hearts disappear when she notices Neil's lack of enthusiasm. And when Neil joins her, she mentions it.

At CL's, Tucker leaves another 'call me' message - offering Devon help on the new mix - or just to hang out. Kay appears - to observe he hasn't made much headway with Devon either.

Devon's clearly struggling with the new mix - when Harmony slips into the studio; anything I can do to help?

When Phyllis delivers Summer to the tackhouse, Nick distracts her from visiting Faith - to say they have plans - to watch a game. Phyllis agrees to stay - and mop the floor with them.

Chelsea's at the club - on her phone - having an elegant breakfast (on Billy - who'll be footing all her bills from now on). She's thoughtfully giving Billy and the 'wifey' some time - to let the news sink in.

Joining early riser Billy, Vikki mopes - what a mess. He's gonna fix it - with Vikki's help this time - they'll present a united front (which sounds good to Vikki). Billy vows not to let 'this woman' hurt Vikki anymore.

Back at CL's, Kay denies she'd LIKE it - if Tucker and Devon had trouble connecting. But she knows it's not the relationship Tucker hopes for. Tearing up, her invitation (to team up) is still open. Sorry - Tucker doesn't think it a good idea (and so leaves Kay all weepy and alone).

Harmony's brought a misdelivered package down. Noticing that Devon's having a hard time, she offers to lend an ear. It's just a saying, she assures she meant no disrespect. Devon's a bit touchy - when getting the implant, he was told he may have trouble distinguishing pitches - which wouldn't be a problem - if music wasn't his career. This mix has gotta be better than great. And as Devon gets back to work - so does the hamster in Harmony's brain.

Oh how sexy Vikki is - just rolling out of bed after no sleep. Yeah but it's too bad she looks like Chelsea - that IS why Billy took notice of her, right? And how can someone lie about being raped? Vikki struggles to understand. Knowing the story will come out, Billy also knows it'll make it harder for a REAL rape victim to come forward. Both are so mad at Chelsea. No need to involve Mike - Billy has a plan - a bit bizarre (so he needs Vikki onboard).

Chelsea's annoyed when answering her phone. No, she doesn't need a lawyer - her 'leverage' trumps Billy's legal team. Bills piling up, she needs this settled right away. She then calls Billy (who delays answering - to ask if Vikki needs more time to think about 'this'). Assured it's the only answer Vikki can live with, Billy invites Chelsea to come over - now.

At Jimmy's, Lily's all excited about her first gig as a photographer - a day in the life of a model - shot from a model's perspective. Billy's credited with the great idea (though knows it's payback for Cane going to Myanmar for him). Mom leaving them for the first time, the twins will need to be with someone they love and trust. Hmmm - does Lily have anybody in mind?

Sofia does have mixed feelings - because Neil looks so unhappy (in the wedding video). Yeah - but there's a lot of FUN footage (of father/son). He gushes about Moses' first Christmas. Sofia finds it odd - on one level, they're a perfect little family - but on another...... Left to pout - Sofia slams the laptop closed (when Neil abruptly jumps up - dashing off to attend to his crying son).

At RS, Harmony searches online ... while Devon scowls at his mixing board ... Harmony's research of cochlear implants puts a smile on her face.

Nick, Phyllis and Summer have a great time playing video games - and after kicking her parent's butts, Summer checks her email on Nick's laptop (much to their amusement). Phyllis thinks Faith will be deeply disturbed by Sharon and Victor's marriage (which Nick can't shield her from - since losing full custody). How's Nick dealing with it? He's done - quit NE. Phyllis is sorry - and won't say 'I told you so' - she didn't see this coming. Victor keeps hurting the people she loves.

Chelsea arrives to state two facts - this is Billy's baby - he can't stand the sight of her. The solution should be easy. By 'easy', Billy assumes she means 'expensive'.

Cane would love to spend time with the twins while Lily's working on her new project - and grateful when she wants to revise the custody agreement. Let's go celebrate. One more thing ~kiss~

Print outs in hand, Harmony also has Kay's profile from CI - and Tucker's from McCall Unlimited. She calls 'Mick' - wanting to discuss their sons 'issues'.

At CL's, Vikki meets Matt - from the adoption agency - to confide the Abbott's situation - some things have happened in the last few days ...

Back at the house, Chelsea's decided not to stay in GC - it'd be more comfortable for Billy is she and the baby got out of his life completely. In fact, if they come to an equitable resolution, she can leave today. Ballpark - 3 million dollars. No, Billy chuckles - you're not gonna get that.

As Phyllis is about to leave, Summer screams and runs down - with an injured finger. Taking over, Nick determines that it's not broken - just a silly little sprain. Coming back with ice, Phyllis looks like a 5th wheel - as Nick distracts Summer with lame humour.

Dropping by the Winter's residence, Kay's heard that Neil's thinking of going back to work (and encourages him to come back to CI). He's missed personally and professionally.

Summoning Tucker to RS, Harmony confides that Devon's working hard to prove himself - but he's lacking confidence. Oh look - here's some him print outs - of company's doing great things for the hearing disabled (and what a coincidence - one of which is backed by McCall U). Tucker offers to call the head of research - find out what they've got goin' on.

Chelsea's broke and needs Billy's money - she'd hate to have to sell her story to the tabloids (for his wife's sake). Billy makes it clear that Victor's daughter is not a woman to be messed with - Vikki's not scared of a little girl like Chelsea. And surprisingly - Billy doesn't want this baby out of his life.

Told all about the promising work being done, Tucker reports that the head of research he called is eager to help Devon (thanks to his big donations). Tucker then wonders why Harmony didn't take this to Kay first.

Kay regrets her decision (how she handled the Devon thing) - but for heavens sake - it had nothing to do with their business relationship. Yeah - but Neil valued the trust (that no longer exists). Told she won't hold Neil's position open much longer, Neil understands - but wastes no time walking her to the door - sorry. Neil then informs Sofia that she's stuck with him hanging around the house a while longer - Kay crossed the line in manipulating Devon. Sofia points out that everyone makes mistakes - he loves his work - and is best qualified to run CI.

Huh? How's this gonna work? Chelsea and the baby in a house with a white picket fence - Daddy dropping by every other weekend? Call me when you're ready to get real, Chelsea stomps out - as Cane arrives (to hear that she just realized she's not the one calling the shots).

Summer's finger feeling better, she jumps at the opportunity to play more video games. Leaving, Phyllis praises Nick (who noticed he got HER smiling too). We get along well - to bad we can't make things work, she concludes. Who says? Nick responds. Outside, Phyllis pauses to mull it over.

Neil's off for a walk - to rethink Kay's offer. Insist on a big fat salary, Sofia suggests - knowing what he's worth (and is rewarded with a brief kiss -that leaves her smiling to herself).

At CL's, Kay approaches Devon (who's cleaning up his spilt coffee). Offering her help, she's again rejected.

Harmony's not worried that Kay might use this as an opportunity to manipulate Devon (both he and Tucker have been too hard on the kind hearted woman). Tucker again asks - why come to me? Simple - you're his father. That means a lot to Tucker - thank you.

He wants to help me raise the kid, Chelsea spits into her phone. It couldn't have gone any worse!

Look who Vikki found at the coffee shop; Lily (who thanks Billy for the job). The Abbott's then share their plan with the Ashby's - Chelsea will lose her parental rights - Billy gets full custody - he and Vikki raise the baby - together.

Next: I've gotta tell you something, Angie looks nervous. What? Kevin's all ears.... Password, Nikki mutters (on Deacon's laptop) - then whips her head around in surprise. Again in a towel, Deacon asks what she's up to ... Think it's wise to be out in public? Adam asks Patty (on the CL's patio). Just forget you saw me OK? she snaps.

My Thoughts: Summer's injured finger sure showed Phyllis as the non-maternal mother she is. Looks like Lucy's with the nanny again .... Is Devon's implant malfunctioning? Is that why he thought Angie screeching like a bag of strangled cats sounded like talent? ... Oh please - Billy sure has an inflated opinion of his importance. I doubt a rape victim will choose not come forward because some unknown girl lied about being raped by Billy. It's not like it ever hit the media - or the courts. Does he really think Chelsea's the only woman who's ever lied about being raped? No one will even hear about Chelsea's accusation - unless he plans to publish it in his magazine ... I guess Harmony's supposed to be a tad ghetto - but her glaring butchery of the English language always makes me cringe (especially since she's living with the richest woman in town - and answering phones for RS) ... Despite never mentioning even a passing interest in photography - even when dating Daniel - she's got a job behind the camera? A day in the life of a model - shot my a former model. My - what a brilliant idea - NOT ..... Really? The Abbott's are gonna take full custody of Chelsea's baby? Have they forgotten that both have lost custody of their other kids? (Billy BEFORE his stint in an Asian prison) If Daisy can regain her parental rights, I doubt anything Chelsea has done will make the Abbott's plan a slam dunk. And who is she talking to? Victor? Or is that too obvious?
