On the patio, Phyllis (posing as Avery) calls the hospital - to check on her father. Can his condition worsen? How much time does he have? Hanging up - and hanging her head, Phyllis is joined by Daniel. I'm fine, she assures. If it's not Avery, what's the matter? Daniel prods.

At the prison, Daisy's thrilled with all Avery's doing ~hug~ (which doesn't thrill Avery - or Mike, when he arrives to witness it).

At CL's, Lauren comments on how hard Victor's working Mike - then is stunned when Nick updates that Sharon's in Kansas with Adam (even more stunned that Nick's OK with it).

Adam fumbles his way along a barb wire fence - to the spot that needs fixing. Sharon watches - then approaches to offer a hand (which Adam wordlessly takes).

Adam can put his own glove on - and fix the fence. he must learn to do things on his own. OK - Sharon will just watch then.

Nick's spent too much time and energy trying to make Adam pay for what he's done. Lauren couldn't be that forgiving - someone hurts her, she wants to hurt em back.

Mike takes Avery aside - how did she manage to get Daisy a hearing? She kidnapped and tortured his wife! If Avery thinks he's just gonna stand back while she gets her out, she's as crazy as Daisy is! Mike then leaves Daisy to fret - and Avery to reassure (he can't stop the hearing). Daisy is a victim - and Avery will make the Judge (and everyone else) see that.

Back on the patio, Phyllis encourages Daniel to focus on the adorable Lucy. Disinterested, Daniel won't sing the song he used to sing with Summer. She deserves to know her father. That's not gonna happen. Mom was just leaving, Daniel announces - when Chloe arrives. Phyllis takes Lucy and leaves - but we WILL finish this conversation later. She IS your daughter, Chloe's left to remind.

Chloe gets it - but Lucy's here - Daniel can't ignore that. Yes - he can. How? Chloe can't imagine it. But Daniel's not her. He loves kids - but doesn't want one (and pretending won't do anyone any good). Chloe confesses she left work early - should she punch the Mafia Princess - or her ex? Or - she can come to Jimmy's and drown her sorrows with Daniel (who's meeting Eden; just a friend).

Arriving at Jimmy's, Eden leaves Daniel a message - see you soon. Ricky makes his presence known - still hung up on that guy?

Lucy in her arms, Phyllis welcomes Nick into the penthouse. Observing that she loves having a baby again, he declares the girls are lucky to have her. After some talk about sisters, Phyllis reports her call to hospice - her father's dying - she's back and forth on seeing him (and knows Nick's opinion). But, there's things he doesn't know....

Summoning Lauren to G-worm, Mike has to talk to her - about Daisy Carter.

Avery lays out Daisy's case - she was abused from a young age. If only there was proof she was forced to hold Lauren and Jana hostage. Why the IS - her brother Ryder!

The fence fixed, Sharon declares it an amazing job. Adam credits her - for believing in him. Oh how simple things are when they're alone together. We're better together ~kiss~

The hearing's set for the end of the week, Avery updates. Daisy explains how Ryder can help - he secretly taped Aunt Sarah's threats - and conveniently uploaded it to the internet. Excited, Avery's on her laptop immediately. I need to see this right now!

Nick gets Phyllis talking about her dying father. She's not so much upset about that - but about the way he lived his life (and why he went to prison). She explains how (and from whom) the financial advisor stole - and after she turned him in (and testified) turned everyone against her - claiming she made up the story. No - Phyllis doesn't want to see him - but feels she should.

Sharon and Adam are now in the bedroom - for some tender lovemaking.

At Jimmy's, Ricky needles Eden some more (when her 'obsession' arrives). Daniel's sorry he's late. Eden's up for anything - IE shuffleboard bowling. Yup - that's Ricky. Good - we can play teams - boys against girls. Eden's not so happy when Chloe arrives.

On Avery's laptop, footage plays. Why can't we just let them go Sarah? We can't leave them in that old zoo. Basically, Daisy comes across the picture of sympathy - while Sarah (wearing Lauren's face) aims a gun at Daisy (who's ordered to do as she's told). OK - we'll do anything you ask Aunt Sarah. Do it - or you'll be sorry. Will that help my case? Daisy bleats like an innocent lamb.

How is this possible? Two words; Avery Clark. Mike's got a meeting with the Judge - he won't let Daisy hurt Lauren. I'll be in touch, Mike leaves Lauren to mutter - neither will I.

Back at Jimmy's, Daniel raves about March Madness. Trying to make Daniel jealous, Eden's hand is on Ricky's arm - suggesting they catch a game. Knock it off, Eden slaps Ricky's hand off her thigh. Did you see that!? No - Daniel didn't. He's more interested in helping Chloe understand the betting brackets. Eden stomps off to the bar.

The footage proves that Daisy and Ryder were traumatized over a long period of time. You should be able to count on family, Avery opines. Daisy scoffs - and is very upset that Ryder left her. Avery can relate - and will do everything she can to reunite Daisy with her daughter (so she can have a piece of herself back).

Phyllis continues to rant about her father - but she's fine, over it - OK. Nick's not so sure. He was always curious about her protectiveness about family - now realizing that her paranoia had nothing to do with Sharon - Phyllis was trying to give Lucy and Summer what was taken from HER. Phyllis says her father can go to hell. She wants it to be over. It will be - real soon. But it'll never be finished for Phyllis - if she doesn't go see her father (according to Nick).

Where do things go from here? Sharon wonders in bed with Adam. Where does she want to go? It's just Sharon and Adam against the world - bring it on ~kiss~

Ricky knows Eden was trying to make Daniel jealous - didn't happen - epic fail (he leaves her to drink). Meanwhile, Chloe updates Daniel - Eden has the hots for you.

Mike encounters Avery at CL's - for another round of arguing. Her anger at her sister is making Avery irrational - Daisy's a soulless animal - she abandoned her baby - left YOUR nephew on the road to die, he reminds. Is she ready to live with the consequences of releasing a monster?

Daisy's so glad Lauren came - oh, how sorry she is. Lauren will never be fooled. You won't get away with this - one way or another, Daisy WILL pay. We'll see about that, Daisy drops the Pollyanna act to snarl.

Phyllis calls her father's room - and asks the nurse if it's too late to see her Dad. No - it's not too late. Phyllis will be there asap (and gives Nick a leery look).

Next: We have another wedding gift for you Cane, Jill's with Ashley. .. Jeff comes in with a help wanted ad .... Have you ever had feelings for me? Even a little? Angie asks Kevin.

My Thoughts: Mike has 2 words; very Clark. But shouldn't it be 3? He left out the 'Bailey' ... Really? How convenient that Ryder started secretly recording the evil Sarah issuing threats at gunpoint - AND uploaded it to the Internet (for God knows what). Of course Daisy was able to find it - after searching through the plethora of online storage sites. Despite being a fugitive on the run, he uploaded them under is real name? And made the files accessible to the public. Did he put em on Youtube? I mean Viewclick? Daisy's last lawyer, a public defender, must have been a real bargain (guess Phyllis didn't feel the need to pay for a good lawyer). But how stupid IS Daisy - 'could this be helpful'? Duh. Avery's even more stupid - falling for what's clearly an act on Daisy's part. Obviously, Daisy's pending release will cause problems - and Phyllis' protective nature will be put to the test. Still - Lauren once again being a victim sounds marginally more interesting than Phyllis' dysfunctional relationship with her father ... And the third storyline thrillfest today - Eden using Ricky in an 'epic fail' attempt to make Daniel jealous? Really? I guess their one time romp didn't mean anything to Daniel. Eden means about the same to him as Lucy. And if Summer is Lucy's sister, what does that make Daniel? And why is he telling Chloe that she was just leaving. Wasn't Phyllis at CL's first? ... Thanks to Pondering Pete for his wit and skills with the remote. I love you!
