Having no cavities, Fen's sent to the kitchen for a reward. Phyllis joins Mike and Lauren - to gripe about Daisy. Avery's on our side now, Mike reminds. WE will change this, Phyllis is told the next move. Mike's filed to have Daniel's parental rights restored - and is working it into a certain Judge's docket. Phyllis frets - we don't know where Lucy is (or whether she has a roof over her head).

In her new apartment, Daisy plays the role of good Mama - at least Sarah left them some money. You're gonna love me aren't you Lucy? Not listen to the bad things. Daddy WILL be with us soon - she'll make it happen somehow.

Bumping into Daniel at the club, Avery explains that she told Daisy what she's up against - hoping to avoid a court battle. She won't give up, Daniel relays Daisy's 'happy family' ideas (which Avery claims they can use to their advantage).

Chloe's brought Delia to Billy's - to make a date for online tea parties (while he's in LA). Vikki joins them - sorry she can't stay for lunch. And after Chloe and Vikki leave, Delia recites a list of things Daddy can bring her from California.

In her office, Ashley's on the phone with her adoring husband (who's still in Dallas with Devon). Business is delayed when she gets another call; from Jack (who offers to help with some ad proofs). Hanging up, he's stunned when Genevieve walks in.

Genevieve's so glad Jack's home - and looking well. Do I? Her gift not taken, Genevieve sets the bag down; award winning cartoon books. You're here to make me laugh? (Jack's not laughing). Genevieve wishes SHE were in the chair (a bit overdramatic, Jack thinks). Know this - Gen really loved him (and still does).

Amused to hear that Delia's gonna be a fashionista (not president or doctor) when she grows up, Billy won't be gone long - and will bring back everything on her list. Love you ~hug~

Now at the club's bar, Avery thinks Daisy's feelings for Daniel could be her achilles heel. He's OK with using anything that'll get Lucy away from Daisy. Proclaiming Daniel a good guy, Avery knows what him 'stepping up' means to Phyllis. Vikki joins them - any word on Lucy? Mike and Phyllis arrive - to the 'perfect' Judge (as he's pro father's rights) might be able to hear the case in a coupla days. This is just the battle, Mike points out - we're gearin' up for war.

Daisy Carter? You've been served. Still at home, Daisy reads the enclosed paperwork - I knew Daddy'd want you as soon as I claimed you. What he doesn't know is that we're a package deal.

Patty shooting him is the ONE thing Jack doesn't blame Genevieve for. Why did you do it? Genevieve wants to be a force to be reckoned with - her OWN work. Jack understands that - and would have supported her pursuit of another company. But - instead, Gen betrayed him - snuck behind his back - to steal the one company HE wanted. You didn't trust my love! You didn't trust my love! Me! Us! And for that Jack doesn't forgive Genevieve. But if he was willing to say 'I do' - forever - why can't he forgive her? Jack's done with her - hope BofN keeps ya warm at night - forgive me if I don't show you out.

Still all gathered at the GCAC, Vikki offers to testify (pointing out that none of this would be necessary if Avery left Daisy in prison). Phyllis defending her sister, Vikki thanks Daniel with a hug (for doing what's best for Lucy). What's going on? Chloe arrives. We're taking Daisy down, Phyllis announces.

On the elevator, Lauren's stunned to find herself face to face with Daisy (wheeling Lucy).

Jack Abbott's on the phone - asking someone to come to see him right away (for a private meeting).

Avery leaves - keep me posted. Ditto - Vikki says as she spots Genevieve. Seated, Daniel shares his insecurities with Chloe (who approves of him putting Lucy first).

At the bar, Phyllis tells Mike not to read anything into her relationship with Avery - and who can blame Lauren for being upset? Mike assures that Lauren will be fine - as long as Daisy keeps her distance.

Stopping the elevator, Daisy denies she's stalking Lauren (who doesn't believe her living there is a coincidence). Stop freaking out - Daisy just wants her baby to be safe and happy (which Lauren should understand). Jabbing a button that sets the elevator in motion, Lauren warns Daisy to stay away from her - and her family.

Yes - Jack IS expecting someone else (but happy to see Billy and Ashley). Billy has news for them both (the reason for his trip to LA - and that Vikki's going back to work - with Genevieve at BofN). He's cool with it - is Jack? It's a brilliant move on Genevieve's part, Jack brightens at the thought of Victor's reaction.

Joined by Vikki, Genevieve really needs to make this company a success - a lot of people are hoping they fail. Vikki likes the 'warrior' in Genevieve (who will NOT give up). The contract 'all in order', Vikki shakes Genevieve's hand.

Billy gone, Jack assures Ashley he hasn't changed his mind on challenging Genevieve's purchase of BofN. Her visit makes him more determined - but no, he won't give Billy and Vikki a heads up (as the company will be doing well when Jabot takes over)

Now home, Vikki tells Billy that she signed the contract - and that Daniel's fighting for custody. Lucy will be safe with her Dad.

Chloe and Daniel now discuss Daisy; a horrible person (who's NOT reformed - or done causing trouble).

At CL's, Phyllis rushes in to meet Lauren - to hear that Daisy and Lucy are living in HER building! Lauren relays the run in - what if Fen had been with her!?

Avery's thanked for coming by - intrigued by Jack's call. His legal agenda? Suing his ex-fiancee.

Genevieve thanks Ashley for allowing her up to her office - she's no threat to the family. Ashley knows - she's already done her damage. Why visit Jack? Gen feels horrible about what happened? She'd love to help Jack. My family does not want your help - ever, Ashley's clear.

Mike joins Lauren at CL's - to hear that she's taking Fen to stay with Scotty in Canada. They'll be on the next flight. She then reports that Daisy moved into their building (Heather's old apartment, across the hall from Eden). God knows what could happen (to Fen).

Babbling to Lucy (about their unfriendly neighbours), Daisy's surprised when Phyllis shows up at her door.

Back in Ashley's office, Genevieve's told to stay away from Jack - he doesn't need her (and that WON'T change). The family holds her responsible. It's not the way Ashley feels - it's how it IS. Thrown out, Gen won't give up - this isn't over. You have no idea how right you, Ashley's left to mutter.

Avery's told all about Genevieve bidding on BofN (after Jack showed her his). She's a piece of work, Avery thinks he has a good case. Let's do this (she's hired).

Chloe continues to reassure the uncertain Daniel. Was SHE Mom material? Phyllis will totally step up. And off the pals go to work out.

Ending his call with the building owner, Mike tells Lauren that he's aware of Daisy's record - but is a big believer in second chances. How can she afford this apartment? Lauren asks what we all wonder. One half of Sarah's estate. Lauren CAN'T calm down - while Daisy's under the same roof as Fen (who'll stay with Scotty til they figure out how to handle this).

Phyllis accuses Daisy of moving there to freak Lauren out - but do she or Lucy need anything? Can Phyllis see Lucy? No - not a good idea. How does it feel? But - Phyllis DID bring Lucy to visit Daisy. It's not about ME - Daisy doesn't want to confuse her daughter. And with that, she slams the door on Phyllis.

Vikki's to call Billy if Chelsea or Anita give her any trouble. No worries - the Abbott's will be in contact via email etc. And now to do something they can't accomplish long distance. Upstairs they go.

Next: Please don't overstep again - or we're gonna have a really big problem, Ashley warns Jill ... You dumped ME jerk! Chloe reminds Kevin. You back off my husband, Angie's snarls ... I'm not chasing Neil! Harmony asserts. What's with all the little touches and things? I know your moves, Tucker accuses.

My Thoughts: LOL @ Phyllis trying to see inside Daisy's apartment through the peep hole (like she might actually be able to see inside) ... Stop freaking out? Lauren shoulda just shot Daisy right then and there (or, I'll say again - get her hubby to file a restraining order) ... Obviously the building owner DOES believe in second chances (if past crimes and criminal records were a factor, neither Kevin nor Mike would reside there) ... Oh? Sarah had an 'estate' significant enough to allow Daisy to lease such a pricey apartment?The only money Sarah had was what she fleeced Mike for (while posing to be his wife). I wonder if he still has the yellow sports car Sarah bought him... If this reality producer is so eager for 'face time' with Billy, why can't HE do video chats - or come out to GC. And if Hal's SO 'amazing' why couldn't he get the Naked Heiress off the ground? ... Oh? Jabot has strict security now - like an 'iron curtain'? Where were they all the times their rival, Victor, sauntered into the executive offices? And Ashley would have made herself more 'clear' had she refused to let Genevieve into the building ... Does Vikki's new boss know that she's going to be taking time off soon to tend to an infant? .... Poor Fen - just shipped off to Gloria, he's now gonna be sent to live with a much older half brother he doesn't even know? And if Lauren wants to be 'on the next flight', perhaps she should be home packing - instead of loitering at CL's all day.
