A new beauty company - to compete with your old company? Sharon loves the idea (but working with Nick isn't a good idea - sorry).

Wanting to go back to the way they were, Nick's over Sharon (and only cares about the kids they share). Phyllis doesn't feel better, however, and isn't tough enough to take any more 'bad stuff'. So don't be tough - accept Nick's support. Phyllis worries about Daniel losing (his custody bid) - she can't take losing Lucy.

Daniel meets Daisy at CL's - to spend time with Lucy. You don't have to sue me (Daisy's willing to share). Let's focus on Lucy - our little family (Daniel looks ill).

Outside the studio in LA, Billy calls his CEO wife (to hear her moan that Adam put Jack in that chair. And oh, what he's doing to the Newman name). Good thing Chelsea hasn't run away because of Uncle Adam).

At the club's bar, chatting with the only one on the planet who hasn't read the article on him, Adam's asked to fill Chelsea in. Holding up the magazine she put aside, he busts Chelsea - you're lying.

Thanking Paul for coming by, Jack wants to talk more about Adam and Victor (who're responsible for what happened to Patty). Victor will never 'own it' - but Adam confessed to Paul. Yeah - he slithered into Jack's too - begging for forgiveness. Adam wants something, Jack knows - lets not disappoint him.

Despite Victor selling the 'fresh start', Sharon can't partner with Nick. And Phyllis will lose her mind. Victor doesn't give a damn what that 'petulant child' thinks. Accept - for me. OK - Sharon will (but it'll be a hard sell to Nick).

Back at RS, Nick's sure that Daniel will win - Phyllis won't lose Lucy. Nick wants to take her away - but she must answer phone (but thanks - for everything). With a kiss (and the promise that she'll call if she needs him), Phyllis is left to mope over her phone wallpaper; Lucy.

A child needs both parents, Daisy wants to do everything for her daughter (that wasn't done for her). We're responsible adults - Daisy wants Daniel in their life - raise Lucy together (just as parents). Not budging, Daniel answers a call from Phyllis (who gets all excited when she hears Lucy). Of COURSE she won't come over - to CL's. But when Daniel hangs up (as she's gushing messages for Lucy), Phyllis tells the staff 'I'll be back' - and bolts.

Still on the phone, Vikki thinks it's a bit late for Billy to decide his magazine's bad for the baby - now go sign the deal and come home. Wishing he could, Billy asks her to check on Jack. It sucks - the truth's out on Adam - but no one can do anything about it.

Jack ends his productive call - with time it WILL be what Adam deserves - he's going down and won't see it coming.

Busted, Chelsea says the article's a 'juicy read'. Yup - Adam HAS caused lots of trouble (but would like to leave it in the past). Informing that the Abbott's will be raising her baby, Chelsea says it's 'the right thing to do'. Adam's trying 'the right thing' too - then explains why Lucifer has 'seen the light'. Chelsea can relate - it's hard to show people you've changed. And as Adam complains about everyone picking on him, Walsh appears - he's wanted for questioning re: Patty.

Adam makes quips about Walsh acting on tabloid tips. What next? A warrant for 'bigfoot'? Exchanging a few more friendly words, Adam's escorted out. Arriving, a puzzled Vikki makes a beeline for Chelsea. Why is she talking to Adam? Because she knows him.

Nick summoned to Sharon's, Victor announces that he's not giving up on BofN - but is starting a new cosmetics line. Why are they discussing it there? Because Sharon (who's smiling on silently) has experience at Jabot and NE - that qualifies her to work with Nick (who replies 'no - absolutely not').

Off to pay the parking meter, Daisy leaves Daniel to have father/daughter time. Dashing in, Phyllis plucks Lucy from her stroller. What the hell are you doing? Daniel protests (worried she'll screw up his visitation). You HAVE to get her away from that psycho, Phyllis repeats insistently. Watching, Daisy's on her phone.

'Not interested', Nick lists his reasons. He already HAS a full time job (and no desire to compete with Vikki). Getting a 10 second call, Victor leaves - this line WILL happen. That leaves Nick to confirm what Sharon told Phyllis (she's OK with the article on Adam) - and to confirm Sharon's assumption (that him rejecting Victor's idea is because of her and Phyllis).

Just another second - please, please, Phyllis clutches Lucy. What are you doing here? Daisy returns. Please, hand me the baby, she sounds reasonable (asking Phyllis not to stalk her) - all a performance for the woman who's just arrived. Daisy's just trying to do the right thing - can't Phyllis think of someone besides herself for a change? Save the tears - you don't even KNOW this child, Phyllis snarls. That's the point - the CPS worker claims Ms Newman has no legal right to be holding Lucy. THIS will not happen again.

Adam ain't talking til his lawyer gets there - maybe not even then. Heresy is inadmissible in court. Walsh corrects him - if charges are filed, his statements can and WILL be used against him. Yes - he has these statements. From whom? Us - Jack and Paul com into the interrogation room to gloat - and to thank Adam for being so honest.

Chelsea met Adam when she first got to town - filed it away that he was Vikki's sister (but lost interest in causing trouble for her and Billy). Appreciating her honesty, Vikki warns Chelsea to stay away from Adam. That article doesn't scratch the surface - one can only hope he's run out of chances (and will be arrested).

You apologized - admitted what you did, Jack tells Adam (who doesn't want an audience). Paul knows this won't help Patty - but Jack looks forward to Adam rotting in jail (then hell).

Nick repeats to Sharon - his plate's full - and he doesn't wanna battle Vikki. And you and I working together...? Her working at NE is one thing - they'd be lucky to have her - but them working together is entirely different. Phyllis needs one thing she can count on (and he plans to be that - keep his promises). Sharon understands - and is relieved.

I'm family - her grandmother, Phyllis babbles - Daniel didn't know - I just wanted to see Lucy. The CPS worker wants to file a restraining order. If that's what's best, Daisy agrees. Are you kidding me!? Phyllis balks - then fails when appealing to Daisy (she must listen to the courts - and so must Phyllis; who's none too pleased).

Sharon thinks she has a lot to offer NE - but having reservations (about working with Nick), told Victor that HE had to convince him (which he didn't). Nick's all for her starting a new division - but without him. That's exactly what Sharon wants - to go to NE without any baggage. It's a whole new start - for her, Nick and Phyllis.

Back at RS, Phyllis knows Daisy set her up (but is an idiot for going to CL's). But, it was so hard to hear Lucy - who's 'living with wolves'. I want her home, where she belongs. I screwed this up for good, didn't I?

Still at CL's, Daisy prattles to Lucy - all about crabby Granny and Daddy Daniel (he's a sneaky one). We're growin' on him. Soon we'll all be together.

Now home, Vikki leaves a message for Jack (encouraging him to call Billy - and in case he didn't know, Adam's been pulled in for questioning). Listening - then joining Vikki, Chelsea's again warned to stay away from Adam. Of course, Chelsea lies.

Paul's at Jack's - wondering what Adam was after - forgiveness? Or was he gloating? Hopefully, he'll be charged, tried and convicted. Paul's told to get corroborating evidence (that Adam helped Patty escape).

Adam's surprised when Victor drops by the interrogation room - not to help them build a case - but to help him through this.

Next: Tucker tells Sofia - I've got big plans for you my friend ... I'm Jill's right hand now - at Jabot, Cane (Jill at his side) makes Genevieve gasp ... Nikki drops by Victor's office - I don't know where your head is these days - I just know I don't like it. What the hell has gotten into you? Victor scowls.

My Thoughts: Why does Vikki care if the LA producers add 'a few zeros' to their 'big money' offer? She's worth half a billion at LEAST. And why is she moaning about the Newman name being dragged through the mud - hasn't that already been done - most recently when every member of the family was implicated in Diane's murder - and before that the Newman kids suing their father? And before that .. (I have no idea why Vikki'd be under the delusion that the Newman name still commands respect) ... A child needs both it's parents? Funny - Daisy didn't seem to think Fen needed Lauren (and where did she get that idealistic idea anyway?). It's also the height of hypocrisy for her to call Daniel 'sneaky' (as the 'responsible' Daisy drugged and raped him). And what about the parents of poor l'il Max (the kid she killed when a kid herself)? They didn't need their son? We can only HOPE Daisy's not 'growing' on Daniel (isn't that already being done - with Kevin and Angie?) ... The Child Protective Services office must be located right next door to CL's (judging by how quickly the snooty social worker arrived). I guess she hasn't read Daisy's file (or she'd know how very little respect Daisy has for the courts - and the laws they enforce). Can't Lauren just shoot the simpering idiot? She's painful to listen to - it's a relief when Lucy babbles over her ... God help Phyllis - if Nick's the one thing she can count on in her life. She's too call him when she gets tired of being 'tough'? Oh - so when she's clingy and in need of rescue? Still hard to feel much sympathy for Phyllis (perhaps she now knows how Vikki felt - when Lucy was taken from HER) ... How can RS 'spare' Phyllis - with Billy away? But why is the editor in chief in charge of answering phones? ... Nick's now 'fine' with Sharon moving Adam to the ranch? And he uses that as proof that he's over her? Does he no longer see Adam as a threat because he's blind? Or was his issue never ABOUT Faith's safety? ... 'let me back you up on this', Nick says ('this' obviously being 'the desk') ... Her few months sashaying around Jabot and NE hardly qualifies Sharon to have 'full autonomy' and put her 'imprint' on a new cosmetics line. The most memorable thing Sharon did at Jabot was leave her ass 'imprint' on her brother in law's desk ... How does Adam know the 'breakable object' Jack threw was aimed at his face? (if so, Jack has lousy aim). Line of the day goes to Jack: Adam's going down - and he won't even see it coming.
