Today's Spoiler

At the one and only restaurant in Japan, Nick and Sharon hope Mr Mitsukushi arrives soon - so they can get back to the girls. So - how'd Phyllis react? Nick reports she heard it from Adam - but was surprisingly fine with it.

At the penthouse, Phyllis is far from 'fine' - still looking glum even when Avery comes with good news about Lucy.

At the club's bar, Chelsea's not happy that her Mom bailed on her last night. Mr Bardwell telling the whole world he's not her father was mortifying. Sperm donor or not - he wants nothing to do with me.

At the airport, Jeffrey once again denies fathering Chelsea. No need waste good money on a DNA test - there's no one to back it up. Too bad Anita didn't stick around - Glo has a few questions for her too.

Leaving Chelsea yet another sickeningly sweet message, Anita hangs up to gripe about ruined chances at a jackpot. Barging into G-worm - explaining why it IS their business, the Baldwin's are left to take a call. Using Jeff's hair (and strands Vikki got from Chelsea's brush) - the lab will have the DNA results today. Next problem; Carmine.

At CL's, Daniel assures Eden that Carmine was just flexing his muscles - and is likely back in Jersey by now. Or not (he appears on cue).

Also at the airport, Chloe's still worried about the 'threat' of Carmine - while Kevin's only focus is their honeymoon. Listing all he survived (ending with being married to Angelina) he won't let some jerk ruin their happiness ~kiss~

Trust me - Carmine's not a threat, Kevin gives Chloe some earbuds - focus on the amazing honeymoon we're gonna have - far away from everything and everyone we know.

Pan to the Bardwell's - on the other side of the airport lounge (where Gloria interrogates Jeff on sex with Anita - ring any bells?). Trust me - Jeff's sure this'll blow over by the time they return from their honeymoon.

Avery informs that Daniel's parental rights hearing has been set for tomorrow - then they can file for custody. Phyllis isn't as optimistic. No - nothing's wrong. OK - it's Nick.

Back in Japan, Nick pats himself on the back for his great work. Sharon takes a different, more personal approach (Mitsukushi is into Wei Wei you know). All stats and graphs, Nick is the experienced negotiator - follow my lead. But when Mitsukushi joins them - he immediately mentions Wei Wei - and having cleared his schedule to hear SHARON'S perspective, leads her off to a private room (as Nick's left to chuckle at his useless self).

Carmine taking a seat, Eden stares and frets. Daniel wants to cut him a break - he had his heart broken. IS Eden only worried about Kevin's happiness? Daniel taken to the patio by Mike, Eden's glad that someone shares her concern - then joins Lauren as she approaches Carmine (who's more than happy spare them a few minutes).

Meanwhile, on the patio, Mike informs Daniel that his hearing's tomorrow. Wow - so soon - are we ready? Daniel looks guilty when Mike wonders if he's changed his mind.

Back at the airport, Chloe yanks out her earbuds - you have Angie's song on here. I can't get away from these Jersey jerks! Offering more reassurance, Kevin hears familiar voices arguing. Please tell me that's not my mother. Kevin!? Gloria can't believe this. And as luck would have it, they're all headed to the same destination - Reno. Declaring it 'fantastic', Gloria's already making plans for the foursome.

At the club's bar, Adam regrets dropping the bomb on Chelsea. S'ok - she's used to being disappointed. What did she want from Mr Bardwell anyway? To know you, Adam gets it. He doesn't want to, Chelsea tears up - but it's not Adam's fault her Dad's a jerk. Oh the irony - not known for doing nice things, Adam really hoped this'd go well for Chelsea (who hoped so too).

Is Daniel having second thoughts? Doesn't seem like his heart's in it. Daniel never wanted to be a father - that's why he divorced Amber! Shhh - nobody forced you to do this, Mike needs to go over what he'll say to convince the Judge. Wising they'd all get off his back, Daniel jumps up. Mike grabs him - if you screw this up, you may never get Lucy away from Daisy!

Eden and Lauren tell Carmine how Kevin was tricked by Angelina - he never 'stole' her. As Kevin explained last night, he only married Angie because Angelo threatened him. He and Chloe were meant to be together. So were Carmine and Angie. Go after her then, Eden encourages.

How long does it take to clean an airplane? Chloe complains to Gloria (who also assures that both she and Kevin will protect her from Carmine). Of course, Glo would call in a mob hit - Chloe's like a daughter to her. They then discuss Chelsea and Anita (whom Chloe suggests Gloria fire).

Across the lounge, Kevin moans - what could be worse than your mother showing up on your honeymoon? Your long lost daughter showing up at your wedding (though Jeff claims Chelsea's not his). You better not hurt my Mom, Kevin warns (not so enthusiastic that they're all honeymooning together)

Bringing Sharon back to Nick, Mitsukushi exits - give my regards to your father. What the hell just happened? a baffled Nick's left to wonder - as Sharon blinks innocently.

Nick's disappointed about the wasted trip - until Sharon announces they got the contract. What really sold him was the marketing strategy they created together. WE did this. Oh what a great team Nick and Sharon make.

Back at the penthouse, Avery's updated on Nick and Sharon's business trip. Bad stuff happens when they're together. I obsess about them, Phyllis admits - like a teenager. They do have this 'thing', Avery admits - but what Nick and Phyllis share is deep and 'grown up' - he wants you. HER relationship with Nick didn't end because of Sharon. Phyllis has to wonder - why - of all people - is AVERY telling her not to give up on Nick??

Pleased that Adam's ordered her OJ - has listened to her - and thinks her Mom 'crappy', Chelsea's read all about Adam - but knows he's not all bad. You'll change your mind once you know me, Adam's sure.

Daniel doesn't know anything about being a Dad. Babysitting's one thing - being totally responsible's another. Mike feels it's normal to be afraid and have doubts. Unless Daniel's OK with Daisy raising Lucy, there's no other options. But after Mike leaves, Daisy comes along - maybe there's a way to avoid this whole custody fight.

Exiting with Lauren, Mike makes it clear that he's not happy leaving Eden with Carmine. Eden scoffs - she doesn't need her 'protective' big brother - or anyone - looking out for her. Tough girl - Carmine likes that.

Clinking glasses - to success - Sharon talks about how good it feels to work well together (then excuses herself to freshen up when Nick decides to call Phyllis). Forcing brightness, Phyllis is happy to hear they closed the deal - and relaying her own good news, wonders if Nick can be home for the hearing. Happy to hear he's gonna try catch the red eye, Phyllis updates Avery. Returning to hear that Nick promised Phyllis he'd be home for the hearing, Sharon looks disappointed as he goes to get the check.

At the counter, Eden makes a case for Carmine joining Angie in LA. Where's this place? 10 minutes away - but why is he looking at a brochure for an apartment? Saying he needs a place to live, Carmine leaves Eden (mesmerized)

Daisy's sorry she got him into this - but isn't sorry Daniel's Lucy's father. Also trying to do the right thing - Daisy missed out on a family - but doesn't want Lucy to. This could be her last chance. Tearing up, Daisy feels like everyone's trying to rip it away from her.

The plane finally boarding, Chloe and Gloria join the line. Following - Jeff says 'what do we have to lose'? Everything, Kevin replies.

Maybe it's a fake - Adam DID dig it up quickly - it COULD be a plant. That'd make Chelsea's day - to find our Jeff's not her father.

Marching into G-worm, the Baldwin's fire Anita. Take this job and shove it! And after she exits, Mike's given the DNA results. Jeffrey IS Chelsea's father!

As Avery leaves, Phyllis thanks her for listening. She'll be fine - now that Nick's going to make it home for the hearing.

You'll be home in plenty of time for the hearing, Sharon jinxes it. She and Nick are buckled into their first class seats - when a delay due to mechanical problems is announced.

Next: I'd like to apologize, Genevieve says to Cane at the club ... Daniel tells Eden - this whole thing with me, Lucy and Daisy is never gonna be over ... Victor holds up his phone to Jill (who's been summoned to his office). Would you mind explaining to me why you took this ridiculous photo of me and Genevieve?

My Thoughts: Nick didn't 'promise' Phyllis he'd make it home - he said he'd 'try' to catch the red eye ... 'Have you lost your mind?' is hardly a question one should ever ask Kevin ... If Chelsea knew more about Jeffrey, she'd realize that him denying paternity is not all that 'mortifying'. And the dozen people at G-worm last night is hardly telling 'the whole world'. Odd that Vikki hasn't been around - since she warned Chelsea off Adam - and might be concerned about her stress effecting the baby ... Sharon seems pretty anxious to get back to Faith after a few hours in Japan - certainly moreso than when she was in New Mexico - or Kansas ... The penthouse once touted as having such great security (in fact I believe it was referred to as 'Fort Knox') doesn't even require visitors to press a buzzer number in the lobby. Given how many enemies Phyllis has made, you'd think she'd at least have a peep hole - or say 'who's there' before yanking open the front door .... NOW Gloria has questions for Anita? She didn't have any before hiring her .... Jeffrey doesn't need a DNA test because there's no one to support 'the kid's' claim? Huh? It's not true because no one saw him having sex with Anita? ... Jeff accepted Gloria getting G-Worm in lieu of 50 million (stolen by Angelo) - but is too cheap to 'waste good money' on a DNA test. Good thing the nosey Baldwin's are more than willing to foot the bill .... But isn't there any privacy or authorization issues involved with DNA testing? Or can anyone just supply hair from random individuals? Perhaps Anita used Chelsea's brush - or maybe Chelsea brushed Keeley with it - or her doll collection? Who knows? But how is Mike authorized to request and receive such confidential information? .... Odd that some DNA tests are done within a matter of hours (like this one) - while others necessitate days of anxious waiting. And how much extra does it cost to have the results delivered to you - in a restaurant? Shouldn't the results be given in an office? Or by certified mail? ... Why are the airport's departure boards placed at Delia's eye level? Shouldn't they be bolted higher up - making it easier for ALL passengers to read? ... Given that she works in a place where single young men are coming and going all day, why is Eden having such a hard time finding a boyfriend? Maybe she should join an online dating site (her profile can specify exactly what she's looking for - 'tall, dark, handsome - artistic - journalistic - stalking tendencies - able to handle small firearms') ... Odd that Daniel shrugs Carmine's violent behavior off - because he was 'heartbroken'. He didn't punch a wall in anger - he tracked Angie down and fired a volley of bullets in a dark public parking garage! It's only luck that no one was killed ... Reno's a big place - there's no reason Kevin needs to spend his honeymoon with his mother. Jeff's lost money and teeth due to gambling - why would he go to a casino? ... Mitsukushi would be a 'fool' to go with anyone other than Newman? No - he's a fool for giving an exclusive contract to a cosmetics line that doesn't even have a name yet ... LOL@ Adam - what kind of parent blackmails their own child? (like he's genuinely surprised) .... Nick's relationship with Phyllis is 'real' and 'grown up'? (I guess those fantasy video games are rated '18+') .. What kind of airline announces that the plane passengers are already buckled into has mechanical problems - 'and until we know what that is, we won't know how long until we take off' (shoulda taken the private jet!)
