Today's Spoiler

The eyes of the 'corporate elite' are all on Genevieve (who accepts Vikki's invitation to join her). Tucker sends a drink over - while Nikki's most perturbed by 'that woman' - preening like 'the Queen of Egypt'. And when Victor approaches Genevieve, Vikki tries to get rid of him (but she's the one dismissed from the table). Joining Nikki and Jack, she's not surprised that her father 'hijacked' her meeting. The ladies then leave Jack to fume (as Genevieve and Victor chat).

Victor tells Genevieve to stop playing games - do what's best for BofN (sell to me). Saying his office is always open, Victor leaves Genevieve to wink at Jack (as Tucker continues to watch from the bar).

At the club for lunch, Adam gets a call from Chelsea (who's going stir crazy and needs to get out - enjoy some company). Thanking Adam for saving her sanity, Chelsea will be right over. Going someplace? Abby appears to chirp.

As Jack watches, Genevieve joins Tucker (who had to send a busboy out to get the 'wine cooler' she used to like back in the day). He likes to go the extra mile. Tucker follows Gen to a table - assuming she's enjoying all the attention (and money being thrown at her). I know you. It's been a long time since you've known me. People don't change that much, Tucker opines.

Ashley insists on joining Jack - imploring him to rethink his decisions (on surgery and Genevieve). Jack's had a lot of time to think - he'll get what he wants. Everyone, including your husband over there will be sorely disappointed. Stunned to see Tucker with Genevieve, Ashley makes a beeline over - all three paste on smiles.

Abby's just wondering who put the smile on Chelsea's face - but it seems more like an interrogation to Chelsea. Admitting she's been a bit bitchy, Abby knows what it's like - constantly having eyes on you. Indignant, Chelsea can't compare being spied on to Abby's 'vapid' reality videos. And as the argument heats up, Vikki arrives (with Nikki) - is there a problem?

Hello son, Victor joins Adam at the club's bar. No - he's not meeting Sharon - he came to see Adam.

As Jack continues to watch, Tucker tells Ashley he was just discussing the sale of BofN. No need for privacy, Genevieve already knows what Tucker has to offer. Well, don't YOU work fast, Ashley quips. I'll be in touch - Genevieve leaves the McCall's in awkward silence.

No problem, Abby and Chelsea assure - just some head butting. My goodness - that baby's coming along, Nikki forces a smile - won't be long now. Handing over vitamins, Vikki was just trying to be helpful (not imply that Chelsea would forget). OK - thanks - see ya, Chelsea can't escape fast enough.

Back at the bar, Victor was merely checking on Adam (who's merely super). Faced with Adam's skepticism, Victor's glad the son he almost disowned can now see. This sure is a great father/son talk - but Adam suspects his Dad's just worried he'll go back to causing trouble.

Now it's Genevieve's turn to watch from a distance - as Sarge arrives for a 'fancy' thank you lunch. What's this all about? Jack's grateful - but will no longer be needing Sarge's services - he's going ahead with the surgery (that will enable him to walk again).

Abby's updated (on Victor trying to 'woo' Genevieve right in front of Vikki's face). Totally uncalled for, Nikki adds. Though raving that Vikki's the best person to take BofN to the 'iconic' level, Abby gives her job offer a 'hell no'. She's been getting along with their father just fine (and never wants to see his dark side again). Nikki has to agree with Vikki's assessment of Victor - but always has hope that things will get better.

Whether or not Adam and Victor believe each other's sincerity, at least Adam's trying (though has no proof he's changed). You have nothing to prove to anyone, Victor says - just prove it to yourself. Hoping Adam's epiphany sticks with him, Victor ignores Chelsea's greeting on his way out. The Newman's (and Abbott's) think everyone's beneath them, Adam tells her.

Sarge is OK with the short notice - he has a full client list. He's not judging Jack - who wouldn't choose a couple of hours in surgery over years of grueling therapy? Jack's NOT looking for a quick fix - he's taking his best shot. I guess we're done - I wish you well. Good luck, Sarge exits.

Now home, Tucker explains that he kept his word - he didn't act on Ashley's BofN tip - he hears it from Genevieve herself. Ashley's not surprised - she's disappointed. Can't Tucker understand that Ashley doesn't want her husband competing with her family business? It's 'personal' to HER. Perhaps their marriage means something else to Tucker (than it does to Ashley).

Also home, Jack informs Genevieve that he let his therapist go - despite what she, Ashley or Nikki think, this is HIS decision to make - and he won't hear any arguments against it.

Vikki sees no hope with the father who paid Chelsea to sleep with her husband. Must be killing Victor that he's given them a baby - and their marriage is stronger than ever. Nikki's the only one who refuses to cut Chelsea any slack. Kinda harsh, Abby thinks - though Vikki can't give Chelsea the benefit of the doubt (until she and Billy have the baby).

Chelsea tells her one and only friend that she's having a hard time keeping it together. She has a father who won't acknowledge her - a mother who left town - the Abbott's are making her claustrophobic. Hearing she's sick of it, Adam wonders if Chelsea's thinking of taking off before the baby's born.

Interesting that all the major players were gathered today - almost as if Jack and Genevieve planned it. Neither have anything against Vikki (a great CEO)- but enjoyed seeing Victor and Tucker 'suck up' shamelessly. And look where it's brought US, Genevieve beams - when Jack has a surprise for her.

The 'devil himself' gives the 'spawn of satan' a pep talk. Do right by the baby and yourself - who cares about what others think?

Talked into joining Abby for shopping and a movie, Vikki worries about Chelsea's whereabouts. She's not under house arrest - an unconcerned Abby figures she probably just wanted to get out. Let's go.

At Victor's office, Nikki insists on being heard. She's very worried about what he's doing to Vikki. He failed to end her marriage - so now is going after BofN (her 'baby'). Victor WILL get it back. At what cost? Stop punishing her! Did you come here to stop it!? Victor fires back.

Adam catches up to Chelsea at the Abbott's front door - to deliver her forgotten phone (which she's to use to call him anytime). Her center of gravity shifting, Chelsea's helped to the sofa. Vikki appears - alarmed. It's not big deal, Adam was just leaving. I told you to stay away from him, Vikki points out that the last time Adam was around a pregnant woman, he stole her baby. Is that what you want to happen? she scolds Chelsea.

Tucker assures 'beauty' that their marriage means just as much to him - I love you. Ashley doesn't doubt that - and isn't telling him how to run his business. There's a wall between us, her whining's interrupted by a business call.

Just let Vikki have BofN, Nikki pleads. It was stolen from me - Victor feels he has every right to it. And to hell with your daughter? She's not innocent - she chose to work with Genevieve. Victor will give Vikki a job when he gets BofN back. Nikki's horrified - you're pushing her away. She can fight all she wants (along with Tucker and Jack) You BET Victor's 'lumping her in with his other rivals'. Nikki storms out - leaving Victor equally furious.

Jack's made all the wedding arrangements - next week - Vegas. Genevieve's deliriously happy and excited (and will keep it a secret). Oh the fireworks - when everyone finds out he owns BofN. ON the front step, Genevieve flashes back to finding Yoshidu's business card - then calls Victor - she's on her way (with good news). Tell me now, Victor requests.

Next: Daisy encounters Phyllis at CL's. The restraining order says you have to leave - sorry. You're hardly sorry, Phyllis snarls (on Nick's arm) ... I assume we're talking about BofN - you want ME to buy it? Kay asks Nikki .... You're no better than my mother. You're just using me for whatever you can get! Chelsea screeches at Vikki (as Abby and Adam watch on).

My Thoughts: Line of the day goes to Ashley - who must 'get this in' - before Jack 'runs away' from her. Really? ... 'Art' is subjective - but how can Abby possibly think anything she's done qualifies as 'art'? And what happened to her entrepreneurial ventures anyway? Seems odd that she'd connect Billy with a 'reality producer' - then give up the limelight to babysit the woman he impregnated - and if Chelsea's so fed up of everyone spying on her, why doesn't she retreat to the privacy of the apartment above the garage (instead of always hanging out in the Abbott's living room)? ... Billy's shooting the pilot? You'd think that would take place at RS - not an LA studio ... ... 'And don't forget our lawsuit', Vikki reminds Abby (like anyone could possibly forget winning 500 million dollars - from their father!) What about his loyalty to us? Vikki manages to say with a straight face ... Of course Abby and her father have been getting along 'just fine' - they barely see each other. As I recall, Victor wasn't the only one who 'bullied' the Naked Heiress (nobody was onboard with her random and public acts of nudity) ... Victor managed to call Adam 'son', no less than 3 times in one short conversation (far more than he ever calls Nick 'son'). You'd think a man who'd miraculously regained his eyesight would want to get out - see the sights (yet Adam sticks pretty close to the club - upstairs to sleep - downstairs to eat and drink) .... Vikki's been a great CEO for BofN? What has she done exactly? She's talked a lot - but has yet to even report to an office .... Beauty of Nature must be one helluva cosmetics line. Tucker makes it sound like he and Genevieve were best pals in high school or sumthin. G-worm serves wine coolers customers bring in? ... Back to BofN - where does it stand legally? How come Genevieve's having money 'thrown' at her? Shouldn't the company and it's assets be frozen pending litigation? ... If Jack was ever serious about physical therapy, why didn't he invest in some weights etc. Why have someone drive him across town for 5lb dumbbells, a wooden plank and a mirrored wall? It's not like he can't afford it. How's he getting upstairs anyway?
