Summoning Kay to CL's (for some advice), Nikki whines about Victor, Genevieve - and BofN (a company Kay's been watching too). Oh God! Not you too!? Nikki sighs.

Cagey, Genevieve would like to come speak to Victor in person. Updating Nick, he thinks he's got Genevieve right where he wants her.

On the CL's patio, Cane's arranged for the sitter to stay - so he and Lily can go out on a date.

Heading to the courthouse with Mike, Daniel decides not to call Phyllis - why disappoint her if it's bad news?

Meanwhile, Phyllis visits Jack - to say how great he looks. What a neglectful (but busy) friend she's been. Struggling to hold back tears, Phyllis talks about the wonderful Lucy. At least Daniel has some say now - keep good thoughts. Jack's opposition is all in the past. Yes, Chelsea's signed the papers - but the biological mother has a lot of power in court.

Abby joins Vikki (who believes Adam's insinuating himself into Chelsea's life). Never mind Sharon and Ashley! Chelsea won't be controlled (and doesn't like the way Adam's kicked out; the way Vikki feels he 'deserves'). This is a mistake - no - not Adam - YOU! Chelsea glares at Vikki.

Of course Kay's interested in what's going on with BofN - it's business. But Genevieve's so smug - lapping up the attention. It won't last, Kay assures. Nikki then gets an idea - maybe SHE'S the answer - CI can swoop in while they're all fighting (and no one will mind). Whoa - Kay wasn't planning to make an offer. Nikki insists it's the perfect plan. Kay won't compete against her son. Nikki understands - if only Victor felt that way about Vikki.

At NE, Victor gives Nick credit (for ALMOST having BofN again) - him getting the Mitsukushi contract lowers the value - makes it easier to sell to the board. Perhaps Nick and Sharon should run the company. Vikki? She's welcome to 'stay'. Nick reminds of one small detail - Genevieve hasn't sold it to him yet.

Have faith, Jack's sure the courts will side with Daniel. He then announces the surgery - he'll be on his feet by summer. Phyllis is thrilled - Jack deserves good things (which is what he's gonna MAKE happen).

Genevieve runs into the Ashby's on the patio - please don't run off. She's learned from her mistakes - and will fix everything - you'll see.

How weird was that? the Ashby's pack up the twins Easter goodies - Cane's not willing to trust his mother.

Phyllis is now at CL's with Nick. You have to stay away from us, Daisy asks her to leave - sorry. You're hardly sorry, Phyllis snarls (as she's lead to the patio by Nick).

Vikki backpeddals - she's just worried about Chelsea. You can't con a con artist - I'm just an incubator! And Vikki's no better than Anita - just using me. As Abby chimes in to assure that Vikki'd be a great Mom, Chelsea storms out. Wait! Vikki looks after her from the front door.

Jack's next visitor is Nikki - who's upset about the BofN feeding frenzy. It'll all be over soon, Jack assures (hopefully not on anything Genevieve promised, Nikki hopes).

Genevieve's happy to see Victor waited for her - then wastes no time accusing him of setting her up - leaving the federal agent's card in the briefcase he knew she'd snoop through. You went through my personal things? Stole? And accuse ME of doing something wrong? Victor balks. Told that Genevieve's marrying Jack (and selling him BofN), Victor declares her a bigger fool than he thought.

At G-worm, Glo knows Jeff was stealing tips (when a busboy). The Ashby's arrive - for a private table (and dinner on the house). Half price, cheapskate Jeff counters.

Chelsea drove off - what if it's for good? Her stuff's here - she'll come back, Abby assures Vikki. Adam's suggestion that they treat Chelsea with a little respect, goes over as expected. Showing Adam the door, Vikki and Abby follow.

Nikki knows that look - he's letting Genevieve worm her way into his life right? Stay away from that woman. We worked out a mutually beneficial deal - Jack knows what he's doing - using things to HIS advantage. Here's what Nikki needs to know - no matter what happens - he's in control. Tell me what's going on, Nikki insists.

Victor can't believe how naive Gen's being about Jack (who hasn't forgiven her - he's plotting revenge and will toss her to the curb like yesterday's news). No - Genevieve can count on Jack. Victor warns she's in for a shock - you and Jack are doomed. Have a nice evening.

In the dark, Adam shines a flashlight around Chelsea's car. What the hell you doing gin the middle of nowhere?! Chelsea! Chelsea! he's unable to get cell signal.

Back on the patio, Nick assures that Lucy looks great. Phyllis frets about Daisy's judgment - bets she doesn't have a pediatrician - she won't know what to do if she gets sick. She's not reassured that a social worker's looking in on her. Daniel must get custody. I'm there for you Lucy, she whispers (as Daisy gives her a look and wheels Lucy out). I hate that woman.

Vikki and Abby look for Chelsea at G-worm - explaining she ran out. Pregnancy mood swings, Abby adds. Sorry - the Bardwell's can't help. Jeff denies knowing how to contact Anita (who's got him confused with his twin brother). Focus - Vikki's really worried about Chelsea and the baby.

Chelsea! Adam's in the woods with his flashlight. OMG - he hears her beneath the ice. I'm coming - hold on! Adam bellies up the frozen pond.

Movie? Gym? Phyllis declines. OK - let's go home - Nick offers a massage. That idea rejected too, Nick won't be gotten rid of easily. Daniel calls - asking Phyllis to go by his place and pick up some stuff.

The Ashby's go over the menu (Lily wanting to order everything French - their 7th week anniversary). Dancing - then ... ~kiss~

Only when the police are mentioned does Jeff suggest Vikki try Chelsea's home town; Truth of Consequences. OK - call if you see her. Vikki and Abby split up to search. If only Billy were here.

Sliding over on his belly, Adam tells Chelsea to hang on - I'm on my way - stick your hand out of the water. Help me out here. An icy hand reaches out. Adam clasped it - I gotcha.

Back at G-worm, Glo shows the Ashby's honeymoon photos on her phone. It was a lovely trip. All members of the 'second time around' club, Gloria won't let the Ashby's pay for dinner. Never anyone but you, Jeffrey's coaxed to equal Cane's romantic words.

Phyllis and Nick are surprised to find Mike at Daniel's place - even more surprised when Daniel carries Lucy out. Mike got Daniel unsupervised visitation til the custody hearing. The best part? Phyllis can see Lucy (when she's with Daniel). Holding Lucy, a teary Phyllis thinks this the best news possible.

Jack tells Nikki NOT to worry - I know what I'm doing - I don't love - or trust Genevieve. I'll never let her make a fool of me again, Jack vows. Entering though the kitchen, Genevieve's heard it all.

Billy pauses at his front door - flashing back to his exit (skipping upstairs for sex). Hello - I'm home! Billy greets Keeley - where is everybody?

Vikki's at Victor's office - I need your help. He found Chelsea and Anita before - Vikki asks that he help find the again - lease.

Shivering - but safe, Chelsea pants at Adam - the baby's coming.

Next: Genevieve's with Tucker at G-worm - I get the feeling you never told Ashley - about us ... She's dangling BofN right in front of you. What makes you think you won't get sucked in? Nikki warns Jack ... Adam and Chelsea are at the cabin. You can't go, a terrified Chelsea clings to Adam (who needs to go make a phone call).

My Thoughts: sorry - no time (for spellcheck or proofreading either)- I'm off to a Toronto Maple Leaf hockey game tonight. Go Leafs go!!!!
