Today's Spoiler

At the club, Nick and Sharon are mighty impressed with their work - and sure Victor will be too (if only Nick could reach him). Sharon's to rest up - for the media blitz.

A smiling Genevieve teases Victor - is he there to give her away - or put a stop to the nuptials. How romantic. Chuckling, Victor claims her good mood will end once she marries Jack.

Ending their 'wow - what the heck was that?' kiss, Nikki and Jack find a concerned security guard at the now open elevator door. Assuring that all's OK, Nikki and Jack are like giggling teenagers.

At RS, Phyllis and Ricky are determined to find the good Samaritan who saved Chelsea and baby (though it's doubtful Billy will want his private life made public). And laying it out (when Billy arrives) it sounds pretty juicy. But he won't allow it - not even if the story focuses on the do-gooder.

In the hospital hallway, Chelsea growls Adam's heroics at a disbelieving Vikki (who believes he's lying; taking credit).

Defending Adam veraciously, Chelsea points out that Vikki wouldn't HAVE the baby in her life - if Adam hadn't saved her. Get over yourself and stop treating him like crap. Vikki IS grateful - to whomever saved them (but walks off unconvinced).

Billy doesn't care what the producers think of them letting this huge story go. And at the threat of Daniel and Lucy on the cover, Phyllis backs off. Billy doesn't want anything (or HER) to ruin their chances of getting custody (as Chelsea could still renege).

Coming down from the kiss both enjoyed, Jack and Nikki are now in a suite. And when Nikki continues her campaign to change Jack's mind (on marrying Genevieve), he assures it's just a game. Playing the 'John' card, Nikki knows this isn't Jack. Ignoring her pleas, Jack wheels off - to find his bride.

Yes - Genevieve DOES have good business sense. Her marriage to Collin caught her to give as good as she gets. And when Genevieve reminds that she's not in it for money, Victor pokes holes in her plan to marry a second rate business guy - and claims that Nick and Sharon would be answering to HER. But wait - Victor wouldn't even put Neil in a position above his children. Yes - a mistake Victor won't make again. He wants Genevieve to run NE Cosmetics in it's entirety, not just BofN.

Understanding why Billy doesn't want to take any risks, Phyllis pressures Ricky for dirt on Daisy. He won't let her down. Vikki then updates them (and Billy) on Chelsea's claims. She hates the idea of owing Adam. Off the Abbott's go to the hospital - speculating that he's just trying to earn points with Sharon.

Back at the club, Nick's still unable to reach Victor - then has no comment on the newest member of the family - or the hero who saved him. The reporter scurries off empty handed.

Wheeling her IV pole back into her room, a robe clad Chelsea can't believe Vikki still hates Adam (who thinks she has good reason). Yeah, well, Adam will always be a hero to Chelsea.

In the hotel hallway, Victor and Nikki assume they're both there to stop the wedding. Have Genevieve arrested during the ceremony or pay someone to seduce her, Nikki snarls. Victor insists she hear his explanation.

In their suite, Jack talks of undoing past mistakes. Genevieve knows the 'I do's' won't undo his anger - forgiveness will take time and effort. She's ready for a real marriage with this 'good man'. Oh how happy they'll be (Jack looks guilty).

Jack doesn't share Genevieve's faith in 'us' and never will. He can't do this - she at least deserves his honesty. Jack's sorry he brought her - sorry for Genevieve. Get out! Jack leaves her to sob n' rock.

Victor admits being behind Chelsea meeting Billy - but angers Nikki by refusing to take responsibility for the events he set in motion. Oh how wrong Nikki's been (about Victor; who implores her to stay). This is what he does - protects his family. Yes, Nikki loves Victor - but can't accept this (so is coldly dismissed from his room).

At GCM, the Abbott's conclude that Chelsea's telling the truth. Perhaps Vikki shouldn't think of Faith and Sharon (when Adam comes around her baby) - perhaps she owes him an apology/thank you.

Meanwhile, at the club, Phyllis doubts Adam's story (since he didn't come boasting to Sharon). Nick explains that Sharon believes Adam had an epiphany. Phyllis is sure she's right - she always knows when Adam's up to something (Sharon, not so much). All turn to stare at Adam (who looks most uncomfortable).

Confronted, Adam admits it's true - but stomps off unsurprised by their suspicion (especially Nick's). Phyllis gets Nick to agree with HER (over Sharon) - but is left by herself when Sharon excuses herself (Nick on her heels).

Victor? He's here? Jack turns up at Nikki's suite - to announce that she convinced him - he called it off (rather than make promises to Genevieve). How ironic - Jack dumped Gen because he's honest. Nikki dumped Victor because he isn't.

Suddenly free, Genevieve shows up at Victor's suite with champagne - and the contract for BofN. I'll be damned, he invites her in.

Barging into Chelsea's room, Sharon introduces herself - and wants to hear how Adam saved her. No, she wouldn't be disappointed that it's true - she'd be happy.

When Billy calls to summon Adam to the hospital - for an apology/thank you, he's told there's no need. But when Vikki invites him to come see the baby, Adam accepts.

No, Victor wasn't sure he'd 'win'. Genevieve thinks they'll have fun - starting with a kiss as soon as he signs the contract.

Dining in Jack's suite, Nikki's relieved (to no longer have to wonder if Victor's telling the truth). Jack appreciates the kiss that made him see sense - and is willing to return the favour. Now? Apparently so ~kiss~ Trust me, Jack whispers.

Discussing Adam, Sharon doesn't look too pleased to hear that Chelsea has his back.

Handing Adam the baby, the Abbott's express their gratitude.

Ricky marches over to Nick and Phyllis - to be told that they're NOT running the story (which could get Phyllis canned - again). WTH? Nick reports that the Inquisitor's posted Adam's story online. Who COULD the source be? Oh look - Ricky's vanished.

Come back to bed, a naked Genevieve orders. Looking like it's the last place he wants to be, a robe clad Victor flashes back to Nikki's harsh words.

Jack and Nikki are in bed - Nikki clearly impressed - and Jack clearly happy she's there - for as long as she wants to be ~kiss~

Next: Morning Ms Editor, Ricky greets Phyllis - who tells him to drop the smile and explain himself ... He does have a point about Chelsea - big mistake to trust her, Chloe tells Kay .... Balloons in the background, Vikki doesn't look too happy when Victor (and Genevieve) come knocking. Hello sweetheart.

My Thoughts: Won't Nick and Sharon be happy when they hear they're not in charge after all - but will be reporting to Genevieve (who's not only running BofN - but the whole cosmetics line)?? Tucker sure went from 'front runner' to being left in the dust. If only he was in Vegas instead of marvelling over Devon's lame song .... I see why the RS staff is stumped on a new cover (since Billy and Phyllis are nixing the hottest stories in town). If only they'd sent a reporter to Vegas (are all the suites that hideously decorated?) .... Genevieve should at least close her hotel room door before having such a loud meltdown (which didn't include squeezing out one single tear). And that reminds me - Chelsea's saline IV bag doesn't seem to be dripping anything into her body ... Couldn't Sharon have knocked on Chelsea's door - even poked her head in to ask if she's decent - or wants company. She IS a stranger after all - one who's obviously extremely jealous of Adam's relationship with Chelsea (SC doesn't often get credit for her acting - but she too is quite capable of 'saying' a lot with one expression. Cause today's look clearly said 'What? Another woman has Adam's back? That can't be') ..... Phyllis was pretty smug when Nick took her side on Adam - but he didn't even say good bye when following after Sharon (who's sporting a slightly shorter, lighter 'do') ... Jack's rich - why doesn't he have a state of the art electric powered wheelchair? ... Will Adam never utter a snide remark - a well aimed verbal dart? No more biting wit? If that's the case, Adam ain't so new and 'improved' after all. His 'I'm misunderstood' face and gushing over babies is gonna get old soon. We all know Adam (brilliantly played by MM) could easily trounce Vikki and Abby in verbal sparring (of which he's a black belt; they're pink belts). And though I don't like his toe kicking the sand 'aw shucks ma'am' - I did like seeing him and 'Vik' getting along. Now - if he'd just tuck L'il John under his arm like a football and knock everyone aside as he runs for the touchdown - I'd be more entertained... Have the barf bags and fast forward fingers ready - it's geriatric porn day - a Golden Girls meets Grumpy Old Men version of Wife Swap. And if Victor DID 'drop to his knees' - I'D be the one saying 'please, please don't'.
