In the stable, Nikki's on the phone with her worry wart daughter; assuring Vikki that she's there for a night ride (made quite apparent by her attire) - not to see Victor.

Inside, Victor pours a drink as he calls to summon Mike to the ranch. Taking a sip, he stares at a photo (of Nikki).

At CL's, Neil now wonders if he expects too much of people. Harmony delivers another great pep talk - nobody's perfect. And here's the Ashby's - on their way to Devon's studio (to hear what might be Angelina's 3rd song). Oh wow - Harmony invites herself and Neil along.

Summoned by Victor, Mike's enjoyed getting to know the human side of Avery - things will work out with Phyllis - once Lucy's where she belongs.

Over beers at Daisy's, it's for her own good that Ricky won't reveal any details of his plan (which is taking place 'now'). By the end of the night, Daisy will be all but guaranteed custody.

At the penthouse, Phyllis is so entertained by Lucy, she forgot Nick was coming to take her out. Can't you just leave Lucy here? she whines to Daniel.

Just one more night - then Lucy will be back with her family (and Phyllis can see her every day). Good luck, Nick sends them off (and is totally OK with staying home with Phyllis).

Now at the ranch, Mike reads the contract - commenting on Genevieve's role (which Victor thinks a small price for BofN). Nick and Sharon will go along - what Victor's really worried about is where Genevieve got the funds to buy BofN (dirty money from Collin? The SEC will be all over that). Mike's given the name of a guy who's to bury this matter. Told that Nikki's car's outside, Victor assures - she ain't here for me (but once alone, calls security to find out where on the property she is).

Arriving at the studio, Lily gets a call from Devon. He's meeting with a new rapper - but they're to listen to the song. As the Ashby's slowdance, Neil and Harmony smile on awkwardly.

As Nikki puts on her riding gloves, Victor strolls into the stable for a staredown.

Eden's on the patio with Daniel (holding Lucy). Nervous? A little. He'd be more nervous if he noticed Ricky staring; a most diabolical grin on his face.

Over wine, Phyllis admits that she and Avery are at it again. She's over them sharing Nick - but neither she nor Avery can put their Daddy issues behind them. And how would Phyllis feel if Avery walked out of her life for good? Relieved.

Returning to the club (for his forgotten credit card), Mike finds Avery still at the bar. With nothing to rush home to, Mike lets Avery buy him a drink. Here's to keeping it simple, they toast.

This is the last place Victor expected Nikki to be. She came for a ride - hoping to avoid him. She's quite indignant when accused of drinking again - and when Jack's name's tossed out, wonders if Genevieve's frigid in bed. Announcing that she's riding the south side of the property, Nikki marches out (or would if Victor didn't grab her arm - to snarl that he rides wherever the hell he pleases). Yanking her arm away, Nikki glares and exits.

Behind the glass, Harmony entertains the Ashby's and Neil (with an alarmingly bad singalong). Reluctantly, Neil's pushed in to join her (and prove he can't hit any high notes either). But of what fun.

Nick gives Phyllis a foot rub - as he updates on BofN business. But no more talk of George or Sharon ~kiss~

Entering the stable, Nikki's in pain from her fall (Victor's fault) - and makes it clear she doesn't need his help. Over her protests, Victor removes her boot - don't be so damn stubborn.

Lucy playing on a blanket on the patio's floor, Daniel tells Eden that Daisy's not a bad Mom. And when Eden bumps into a patron, spilling the sugar dispensers she's just filled, Daniel hops to her side. Seconds later, both are stunned to turn and find Lucy's vanished.

Shedding their clothes, Nick and Phyllis get busy on the sofa.

Eden reports back to Daniel - nobody's seen Lucy - the police are on their way. Somebody took her! If something happened to that kid! Daniel lashes out - he didn't realize how much his daughter meant to him til right now. Call if someone finds her, he runs out (leaving Eden to wait for the police).

Mom, Lucy's missing! Daniel calls Phyllis. The police are on their way - and so's she. Nick calls Mike (who's also on his way; taking Avery with him). This is MY fault - I can't believe this is happening! Phyllis frets as she dresses. Meanwhile, Ricky's in his car, Lucy in his lap. Just a few more cookies and he'll take her back to Daddy.

Cane's now singing along - to the amusement of Lily, Harmony and Neil (who thanks all for turning his day around). Harmony ain't done - and Lily's especially delighted when Neil removes his coat and ties his tie around his head to dance.

As Nikki sulks, Dr Jekyll applies ice to the ankle that doesn't appear to be broken. How DO you do it? Nikki shakes her head - so gentle yet so cruel to those he claims to love. That's damn well who Victor is - he fixes things - ankles - murder charges - his daughter's future. Victor sees a family torn apart - a woman he loves who doesn't want to be with him. Why is Nikki so damn stubborn? Why the hell aren't they together?

Eden at his side, Daniel's telling the officer what happened. Mike and Avery arrive, Nick and Phyllis seconds later. And in comes hero Ricky - handing Lucy over to Phyllis, he claims he found her in the parking lot. Yeah, 'lucky', Phyllis eyes him with extreme suspicion.

Leaving Neil and Harmony to lock up, Lily and Cane debate the sparks between them. Lily's worried - while Cane's sure Neil wouldn't cross any lines. Yeah - but he and Sofia aren't married like WE are. Neil doesn't light up like that with Sofia. Back inside, Harmony puts music back on - and is soon swaying n swooning in Neil's arms ~kiss~

Lucy in his arms, a relieved Daniel, now realizing he loves his daughter, doesn't see the big deal. Mike, Avery, Nick and Phyllis do - Daisy WILL use this at the hearing tomorrow. Phyllis believes the whole incident more than a coincidence. In his car, Ricky calls Daisy - you're good to go. What did he do? Give her ammo - he'll text details for her to forward to her lawyer. Daisy's grateful - thanks to Ricky she could really get full custody.

Victor wraps Nikki's ankle. Thank you, she bleats - but the WAY Victor 'loves' is destructive - and she can't do it anymore. Alright, Victor sighs - he'll have the driver take her home. Victor wait! Nikki calls (as he saunters out).

Next: Victor ponders - the Judge might hold that against Daniel. Do whatever you can - call whoever, Nick pleads .... Daniel's on the stand - yes, Lucy and I were separated for a brief period - but she's safe and sound now.... What's up boss? I'm not your boss. You're fired! Phyllis (Nick behind her) informs Ricky (who wonders what he did THIS time).

My Thoughts: Weird that Daniel lashes out at Eden - but sounded way too calm when calling his Mom (to report Lucy's missing) ... Good one Phyllis - yes, Nick really 'fought' to hold onto his 'family' (the one he'd built with Sharon for a decade). He really fought to keep THAT one 'intact' .... Devon's meeting with a 'young' rapper? Oh? As opposed to an 'old' rapper? .... Kinda lame that everyone 'loves' Devon's new song 3 seconds into it - before hearing any vocals even .... Hey Nick - you here to see Mom? Duh Daniel. I guess compared to her father, Lucy IS 'brilliant'. Phyllis IS the only one who resides at the penthouse after all - who else would Nick be looking for? 'Sharon' must mean Spanish Fly in ..um.. Spanish - cause once again, the name 'Sharon' serves as an instant aphrodisiac for Nick and Phyllis - and why would she say she and Avery 'fell in love' with the same man? (if Avery loved Nick, she wouldn't have sent him back to Phyllis so easily) ... No one noticed Ricky at CL's? Arms folded and sneering, he couldn't look more diabolical if he tried .... Is Cane for real? Neil would never 'cross any lines'? .... Victor asks Mike if he's 'gone over' the sales contract for BofN - but shouldn't he have had a lawyer read it over BEFORE signing it? ... Why ISN'T Mike in Toronto - with the wife he loves so much (and the son he misses so much)? Couldn't he approve the BofN sales contract via fax or email? There IS overnight courier service to Toronto. How many drinks has the 'exhausted' Mike had (before getting behind the wheel to race over to Victor's)? ... Victor had no right to grab Nikki's arm like that - but where does SHE get off telling him which side of his own property he can ride on? I'm sure she doesn't even pay boarding fees for Blue Smoke .... Isn't it a bit late to worry where Genevieve got her money from? And if Victor's got an SEC agent in his pocket, why wasn't he utilized when Vikki was busted for the bribing Japanese officials? ... When has Avery EVER appeared so 'together' (as Mike claims)? The character (as first introduced) was a bumbling klutz, too busy freeing the innocent to bother with hair or wardrobe - she always raced in late and disheveled - and once used chewing gum to fix the heel of her shoe (in court no less).... Could Nikki look any cuter in her riding togs? Two words however; camel toe ... The photo Victor's gazing at barely looks like Nikki - it's been so photoshopped.... I'm no horse expert or anything - but I'm pretty sure it's easier to adjust the stirrups with the rider actually ON the horse.
