It's just Nick and Victor at the BofN meeting (with Sharon given the day off). Genevieve won't be participating (until legal issues regarding the sale are resolved). Updating on the DOJ's involvement and Jack's progress, Victor isn't worried about losing the company. Let's get to work, is Nick's response (when reminded that Sharon won't be in today).

What a lovely surprise, Sharon manages to say. Of course she's sure ~hug~ Things get awkward - Noah flew in last night. So yes - knows she's JUST getting home. It's not what you think. No no - not Adam - Sharon was hoping to ease Noah into this - she's been seeing Victor.

Chelsea doesn't think Adam (who's paying for the room), should be sleeping on the sofa (she should). Chelsea'd love to go to Lake Michigan - but has a job - at Jimmy's. Impressed, Adam pounds knuckles with his BFF.

Kevin and Kyle are not happy that Chloe and Abby have dragged them to Jimmy's (for a male perspective on the gala). Guilted into it, both take a seat - rolling their eyes when the bickering begins.

Kay drops by Neil's - not really for the papers that coulda been delivered - but to ask if he's seen Harmony. Kay's sorry she overreacted - and that she assumed Neil was 'the' man (which inspires him to confess she wasn't far off).

Bumping into Harmony at CL's (and eager to move on), Devon denies he's 'runnin' - he's said all he has to say. Please, Harmony implores.

A selection of new products on the table, Victor approves. But why is Nick leaving so suddenly? Is it the elephant in the room - Sharon? Nick says he doesn't wanna discuss it - then admits he ran into her at the ranch - this morning. Victor's only concern is whether Nick was 'unpleasant' with her.

Sharon explains why she hasn't told Noah about Victor (it's new - and she wasn't sure where it was going). OK - Noah doesn't think dating his grandfather's a good choice - but won't give Sharon grief about it. Why not? Doesn't Noah care? Sharon seems disappointed. Yes - but Noah's decided to just roll with whatever his parents do with their lives.

Carrying the carseat into the club, Sofia gushes - your Daddy and I love you (then flashes back to Neil proposing).

Neil confides to Kay - he and Harmony have feelings for one another (but it can't go beyond that). Kay now understands why she slept with Tucker. Sofia knows everything, Neil claims that the marriage is reasonably happy. Kay's advice? Make a choice and stick to it (before he causes more damage - to himself included).

On the patio, Harmony knows she's hurt Devon. She's starting fresh - and will try to make things right again. Yeah, well, don't bother trying to make things right with me, Devon growls.

Back at Jimmy's, Chloe and Abby move onto the gala's entertainment hoping Angelina will come back - as she's part of operation 'get-rid-of-Carmine' (who they hope falls for and leaves town with Angie). Planning a close encounter between them, Abby calls Carmine to come over.

You don't trust me, Harmony mopes. It's not that - Devon's seen her good heart. I love you boo. Devon knows - but can't love her back - he can't 'go there' right now. Thanks for listening - take care, Harmony exits. Mom - hold on a second. Knowing that Neil has feelings for her, Devon wonders how she feels about him.

Commit to the marriage or get out of it - NOW. Sofia can't be expected to settle for a husband who's not devoted. Neil agrees - he and Sofia can't go on like this.

At the club's entrance, Adam's not worried about money. Chelsea wants to chip in (and will with her tips). I'm a damn good bartender, she boasts. Sharon comes through the revolving door just in time to see Adam give Chelsea a brief kiss for good luck. "Awkward." How are you doing Adam - Chelsea? Sharon forces a smile. And is Adam leaving too? No - he's in no hurry.

Victor declares it 'unfortunate' that Nick ran into Sharon (who made it clear that nothing happened) But obviously things are getting more serious. Does that bother Nick? No - he's merely worried about his kids. On cue, Noah bounces in to hug them both. Mom told him everything - and that's why he's checking in with his father - and grandfather. Victor hasn't been looking forward to this conversation - but go for it - lemme hear it.

Abby defends her decision to summon Carmine over (instead of discussing it by phone). He has no friends or family, the boys point out. He's relentless, Chloe chimes in. And speaking of people you never wanna see again. Enjoying your lunch? Chelsea announces she's there to work (and invites them to go someplace with better service).

Sharon's not proud of the way she behaved last time they saw one another. Him moving in with Chelsea was .... Unexpected, Adam informs that things are going 'very well' - thanks for asking. And how's it going with Dad? Nick go ballistic? Glad to hear he's handling it well, Adam doesn't think anyone should come down on Sharon (who concludes they're both moving on). Adam prefers it not be witih his father - but if it works for Sharon - that's what counts. It's great, Sharon fakes a smile - yup - looks like they're both getting their happy ending after all.

Back at NE, Nick didn't want Noah to be blindsided - that's why he suggested he call his Mom. Noah's fine with everything. Sure he has questions, Victor invites Noah to come talk to him anytime.

Harmony blubbers about spending so much time around Neil; a great man and father. She fell - hard. He's married, Devon reminds. And that's why Harmony got into a mess of trouble with Tucker. She respects that Neil has a wife and a baby - and is keeping her distance. Keep it that way, Devon says in parting. Calling Harmony (who cries about her son), Kay implores - come meet me.

After ordering a burger and beer from Chelsea, Devon joins the gang - she's working here? Yup - now Jimmy's is officially a dive. And as he reports that Angelina's excited to perform at the gala, Carmine arrives. Taking him aside, Abby has a proposition - stammering praise, she wants him to bartend the gala.

Now home, Neil's been doing a lot of thinking - about us. Sofia has too. Asking to go first, Neil appreciates his wonderful wife - he wants this marriage to work. Promising to do his part - from now on, Neil will be the husband he always shoulda been.

Seated at the club with Harmony, a 'concerned' Kay hears that she's been staying at a motel - and is sorry she aksed her to leave. Kay has a better understanding of the full picture (after talking to Neil) - and will support Harmony in any way she can. Harmony's messed everyone up so bad - lost Devon's respect and love. She wiped it all out in ONE night.

Dropping by Sharon's, Victor updates that Noah SEEMS to accept their relationship (but isn't sure he believes him).

At CL's, Nick also suspects that Noah's bottling things up (perhaps because Victor was there) - and would really like to hear what he's thinking.

Back at the club, Kay's relieved (and proud) to hear that Harmony didn't start using again. Harmony must stay strong for her son (who's forgiveness she doesn't deserve). First, she must make ammends - prove what's in her heart.

Neil is asking Sofia to give him a chance - to show her how serious he is. He hasn't appreciated her enough. Neil can ACT like the perfect husband, but Sofia knows one thing is missing - love. We can survive this, Neil insists. How? Living together while you're attracted to someone else? Harmony won't be an issue, Neil promises - but doesn't think he can ever love Sofia 'like that'.

Suspecting something more is going on, Carmine agrees to take the bartending gig. After he leaves, Abby gloats to the gang - mission accomplished. You're SO into him, they chide. I'm NOT - shut up! Abby yelps. Meanwhile, Adam arrives to chat with Chelsea. She knows Sharon and Adam still have feelings for one another. Not jealous, she understands that when you love someone that much it doesn't just go away. Adam relays what he told Sharon' to be happy and move on. Because of how he feels aboout Chelsea (who can't hide her delight).

Sofia hands Neil an envelope from her purse. I'm filing for divorce.

Kay insists Harmony move back into her home. You're NOT an imposition (and shouldn't be alone in a vulnerable state). We can look out for each other. Come ON. Go pick up your things - we can even go to a meeting. That sounds good ~hug~ Over Kay's shoulder, Harmony's eyes fill with tears.

Noah's not gonna bang his head against a wall - people can't help who they fall for. Yes - Noah's being 'straight' with Nick (who's relieved and proud).

Noah doesn't like the relationship - but didn't give Sharon 'too much trouble' about it. Even Nick and Adam are OK with it. Sharon wants to be with Victor (who wants that too). But as they embrace, neither look happy.

Next: I'm Daniel's wife - shouldn't I be allowed to know? Somebody died a long time ago today - and it was my fault, Daniel responds (Phyllis at his side).... Beside Nick (in church), Sharon weeps - if Cassie had never gone out that night, a lot of things would have been different... Outside, at Cassie's grave, Nikki (flowers in her hand) approaches Victor (who wordlessly extends his hand to take hers).

My Thoughts: Sharon's not proud of the way she bahaved during her last encounter with Adam? Sad that she doesn't regret her behaviour during any other time.... Whatever happened to Noah's pal Hunter? She disappeared just as quickly as she appeared. And I guess Sam is totally out of the picture too. Maybe they're both hanging out with Roxy (Devon's long-time-rarely-seen girlfriend in case y'all forgot) .... Why would Adam OR Chelsea be sleeping on the sofa? They've already slept together. And whatever happened to financial support the Abbott's offered Chelsea? I thought they were supposed to set her up - to help ensure their baby's Mama has a good life. They were promising the world before Chelsea signed the paperwork .... Nowhere in his update does Victor inform Nick WHY Jack's case is 'accelerating' (because Adam's sale of BofN has been declared valid). It's odd that Victor's not 'worried' he'll lose the company - and even odder that Nick (wearing his 'I'm-An-Intelligent-Businessman' face) doesn't think to ask about the validity of the sale. Shouldn't this news be all over the media (who seem to be obsessed with all things Newman)? Why isn't RS all over this? Victor and Sharon hooking up is a dream come true for the magazine - you'd think they'd be villified on the next cover .... Huh? NICK needs to get in touch with SHARON? SHE'S the one lounging on a sofa instead of working - shouldn't the onus be on HER to get up to date on what she missed? ... Adam doesn't think anyone should be coming down on Sharon - or going down on Sharon? ... I shudder to think at what questions Victor thinks Noah could possibly have for him. Victor and Sharon clearly aren't that into one another - I guess they're just together by default - two leftovers teaming up because no one else picked em .... I'm actually liking Adam and Chelsea together; their rapor is easy and lighthearted (that said, if Adam loses his edge, he'll soon become boring) ... Why is there a plan of action to get Carmine out of town? He's not bothering anyone (especially Abby; much to her chagrin).
