Little early for Paul to be hangin out at Jimmy's - is he waiting for someone. Yeah - but looks like Dad got stood up. Business meeting, Paul looks nervous.

Danny!? Cricket!? Good to see you - good to see you too? Drink? Sure, lovesick puppy, Chris, is lead into the club by her leash, I mean arm.

Daniel joins Phyllis, Daisy and Lucy at the penthouse. And as the latter two head upstairs for a diaper change, Phyllis (and Daniel) wonders why Daisy's brought Lucy over twice in two days now.

Abby tells Jack that everything's set up for the BBQ (which'll be so good for Ashley). Nikki arrives with potato salad. The Murphy's can't make it - Billy and Vikki are at the cabin. Sarge calls - but never mind Jack's tingling foot - come on over for the BBQ - bring a guest. Sarge is a definite maybe.

Kyle shows up at Eden's door - does she have plans today? He's rewarded with that 'you're insufferable' look.

As Noah invites Devon and Roxy to the BBQ, Ashley joins them. All smiles fade, heads turn - when Harmony enters via the CL's patio.

As Harmony heads back through the patio, Devon speeds over to spin her around - wait until we leave. Hasn't Ashley been through enough (thanks to what she and Tucker did)? The last thing Harmony wants to do is cause that woman more pain. And as the group exit, Ashley quietly thanks Devon - and a glum looking Harmony re-enters.

Back at the club, Danny and Chris discuss Daniel's dilemma over wine. Phyllis hates that Daisy used the baby to get Daniel to marry her. Karma's a bitch, Chris now understands why Phyllis is even nastier than usual.

Phyllis wonders if Daisy's trying to 'chip away at Daniel's defenses' (using her). Jack calls to invite her (Nick and Summer) to the BBQ. Nick's out with the girls - she's there with Daniel and Lucy. Though the convicted felon's not mentioned, Phyllis announces they're all invited. Both look uneasy when Daisy gushes - A BBQ - oh what fun - Lucy will love it.

New case? Not that Paul can talk about. His client a no-show, he's taking off - enjoy your burger. Thanks Dad. Outside, Paul calls Avery - he just had an 'unnerving' conversation and would like to use her as mattress, I mean sounding board.

Chris and Danny engage in some mutual ego stroking and flirtation. Next thing ya know, they're passionately making out upstairs.

We're SO glad you could make it, Jack and Nikki gush as Daniel carries Lucy in - then Phyllis. Don't forget me, Daisy pops up. Thanks for having us.

Poolside, Lucy's the center of attention - until Daisy appears. Everyone looks uncomfortable (especially Daniel and Phyllis). Jack's surprised when Kyle shows up (with Eden) - though he quickly moves off when Nikki takes her spot beside Jack. Even more awkward? Eden and Noah (who assures Abby he's fine with her being there). Ashley thinks it's gonna be a good day after all.

Back at CL's, a down n out (but still drug free) Harmony has a good talk with her pal Sarge; who invites her to a cook-out (without mentioning it's at Jack's place).

Inside, Ashley and Nikki have a nice chat - until it's pointed out that Nikki's hurt Jack in the past. She's so sorry about what happened with Tucker. It isn't easy, Ashley agrees - then moves on with her stack of towels.

Bathing suit? Yeah - they have a pool. Harmony's then hears the party's at Jack Abbott's. Bad idea - she goes over her past (and recent events) with Tucker; Ashley's husband. She's persona not grata with the Abbott's and her own family - but it's Harmony's own fault. Thanks anyway.

The party in full swing, Noah asks Devon what's going on - where's Tucker? Don't mention him in front of Ashley, is all he's told. Again, Noah assures he's OK with Eden being there.

Eden and Abby put their claws away to discuss the one thing they agree on; Daisy. Who invited HER? Eden then marches over to confront her on renting her place to Ricky (which Daniel doesn't like either). No - he hasn't done anything wrong - but gives Eden a bad feeling. Her phone ringing, Daisy walks off - huffing about whether to take Ricky's call or not.

Meanwhile, at the club, Paul updates Avery - Greg Hunt never showed up with his proof. Ricky did. Greg isn't taking calls. What if it's not coincidence? he frets.

Ugh. Chris and Danny are making up for lost time. And what's that cheesy song playing? Danny Romalotti of course.

Daisy answers Ricky's call. No - she didn't get dirt on Phyllis yet - she's at a BBQ now. Well, here's what Ricky wants her to do ....

That gives Daniel time to apologize to Eden; who has plenty of OTHER people to call (if Ricky gives her a hard time). Daisy returns to give Daniel the baby monitor - she's going for diapers. Phyllis gets a call from Avery - who insists she leave the party to talk to Paul. Still unable to reach Greg, Paul hasn't been able to access the coroner's report on Rachel's death. Time to get creative.

Inside, Daisy grabs diapers from the bag - and a key from Phyllis' purse (which she comes to get nanoseconds later).

Poolside, the host and hostess introduce Sarge to Devon. Ashley then comes over to thank him for helping her brother.

We always were good together, Chris and Danny agree. Then why .... Chris wonders. But now it's time for more sex.

At the club with Avery and Paul, Phyllis never heard about Ricky's ex girlfriend. Asked for access to computers and phone records, she wonders what they're after. Phyllis can't get over Ricky's underhanded tactics - she'll never trust Paul's son.

Daisy gives Ricky the key to the penthouse - and joins him inside.

Abby and Noah walk Ashley out - then chat. Hearing Noah's crashing on a friend's sofa, Devon offers his place. And after he leaves with Roxy, Kyle (and Abby even more so) react when Eden announces she needs a roommate.

Inside, Sarge badgers Jack to get tests done. Tests? Nikki's alarmed (and placated by both). Alone again, Jack thanks Sarge - he's not saying anything to Nikki until he knows more (about his legs 'coming back').

Warned that Ricky's carrying a grudge, Phyllis promises to be careful. After Avery leaves, Paul won't tell Phyllis anything - but appreciates access to everything at RS. Paul's worried for her safety. Talk to Danny, Phyllis suggests - who makes a loud entrance with Chris at that moment. Awkward.

Meanwhile, Ricky wants to find something to write an expose on. Cause he doesn't get mad - he gets even. Oh look - Lucy's pacifier's on the floor.

Oh crap - it's at my Mom's - Daniel hands Lucy over. He'll run over to the penthouse and be right back.

Next: Phyllis is with Danny and Chris. You told him Ricky visited me, right? Danny says He WHAT?! Chris sputters ... The Baldwin's get news from a pair of his n hers suits - There's a very short list of potential DA's - and Michael's name is at the top... Ricky finds a business card; DR Timothy Reid, psychologist. Grandma's still insane, Daisy gloats.

My Thoughts: If Devon wanted to get Harmony 'out of there', why did he actually delayed what appeared to be Harmony's exit... OK - so MS (Phyllis) has a stunning body - but check out the alarming arm waddle when she's on the phone with Jack ... Oh Good Grief - it just doesn't get anymore awkward and forced than Danny and Chris - forced being the operative word. If only they could get Chris' sprayed-into-a-helmet hair out of the way .... Why would Phyllis put her tiny purse in the purse pile up - but keep that huge diaper bag strapped in front of her like a horse feed bag? Daniel or Phyllis never checked to ensure there was diapers in it? ... Sarge couldn't stop by his place and change into something more appropriate before going to Jack's? ... Why couldn't Avery and Paul have met Phyllis at the BBQ? (it's not like either would be unwelcome) ...
