Lucy between them, Nikki and Jack think of Johnny - and how amazing THEIR son would have been. Jack's so grateful that Nikki agreed to marry him. It won't be a secret much longer - Nikki admits that Victor overheard the proposal.

Poolside, Noah declines Eden's offer. But I need a roommate, she whines - and Ricky creeps her out. Just for a little while, Noah agrees (much to Abby and Kyle's chagrin).

As the Baldwin's wonder why the Mayor's summoned them to the club, Phyllis and Paul approach Chris and Danny (Phyllis not happy when Paul insists they all sit together). Danny explains about Ricky's interview (which wasn't what it seemed). Little about Ricky is what it seems, Paul sighs.

Daisy and Ricky's search finally turns up something of interest - a business card of Dr Tim Reid, psychologist. They jump into hiding when Daniel races in - and frantically searches for Lucy's pacifier.

Phyllis isn't sure if Ricky's interview was legit - or if he's obsessed with her. The Baldwin's come over to enthusiastically greet Chris and Paul - then join the Mayor and Councilwoman at the bar. It's not money the Baldwin's are asked to cough up - it's something more.

Walsh is leaving the DA's office - and Mike heads the short list as interim DA (until the election).

Noah agrees to Eden's rules. Both leaving, Eden pauses to thank Kyle for inviting her - it worked out great. That leaves Abby to blame Kyle - those two should NOT be in the same apartment.

Still inside with Lucy, Jack continues to gripe about Victor (trying to turn Kyle against him). Because Victor knows (about the engagement), Jack must tell Kyle asap.

Paul worries Ricky's too much like Isabella (which makes Phyllis nervous). Who knows what he's up to? Ricky doesn't trust Paul (and hasn't been given reason to). Anyone who has contact with Ricky is asked to let Paul know. Phyllis then races back to the BBQ - and Lucy.

Finally finding the pacifier, Daniel runs out. Ricky can't believe Daisy loves that dweeb. Scamper off, he tells the nervous Daisy (who's eager to get back to the BBQ) - but make a copy of that key (before putting it back into Phyllis' purse).

Mike reminds that he's the enemy; a defense attorney - he keeps people OUT of jail. Yes - so he knows all the angles. It'll be good for GC and Mike (who's to answer before the end of the day). Once alone, the Baldwin's speak in unison (Lauren: no way in hell - Mike: kinda likes the idea). Awkward.

Kyle denies blame (or concern)- obviously Eden and Noah have history. You like her, Abby insists.

Meanwhile, in the building hallway, Eden introduces Noah to Ricky (who met him when he helped free his Mom). Hearing (but not believing) that Eden's other roomie arrangement fell through, Ricky's glad to see that things are working out for everyone. Welcome to the building.

Daniel returns to thank Nikki and Jack for watching Lucy. Daisy? There she is - back with diapers (looking nervous when informed that Phyllis left a while ago).

Outside her front door, Phyllis rummages through her purse; puzzled when unable to find her key.

Given the grand tour, Noah isn't completely convinced that living with Eden is the best idea - but at least Ricky might back off. He gives off weird vibes - is nothing like Paul.

Across the hall, Ricky ponders the business card of Dr Tim Reid, psychologist. Let's play getting to know you - and Phyllis too, he goes online.

Daisy's thanking Jack and Nikki for having them - when Phyllis barges back in - looking for her key (which Daisy plants then 'finds'). Good thing Lucy didn't find it. Weird - thank you, Phyllis looks suspicious. After they leave, Kyle comes inside. And as Nikki goes out back to clean up, Jack announces their engagement.

Are you serious? Lauren can't believe Mike's interested in the DA's public/high pressure job. Everyone he indicts could hold a grudge - she won't be a target anymore.

Kyle doesn't exactly take Jack's announcement well. He mentions Victor - wonders why the rush? Oh - and that Nikki gets drunk and blacks out. Every time Kyle looks at Nikki, he'll never forget. Get married - but he won't throw rice - or dance with the bride.

Arriving at the club, Daisy whines that she didn't eat at the BBQ. OMG! It's Danny Romalotti! Daisy (Lucy in her arms) makes a beeline to Paul, Chris and Danny (who then takes them to another table - leaving Paul to chat with Chris - he'd really like to get Rachel's case file and autopsy report. Perhaps a dear friend might help, he hints.

Continuing his research, Ricky reads about Dr Tim's unsavory past - then finds his current address.

Ending her call with Nick, Phyllis again looks suspicious - when finding a folder left out.

Just to be clear, Noah's glad Eden's with Kyle. It's no big romance - nor is this Eden's plan to get back with Noah. They agree to forget what happened in Paris.

Poolside, Nikki assures Kyle that it's not a package deal - she'll make herself scarce when he needs Jack. Funny - Kyle just made his Dad the same promise. Deal. And as he suggests he and Abby take the party elsewhere, Nikki heads inside - to say Kyle was polite with her. Jack's not so optimistic - but can balance fathering Kyle - and being Nikki's husband. And now they can tell the world - go shopping for a ring. Yes! ~kiss~

A big fan, Daisy gushes over Danny. Ease up - he already likes Lucy, Daniel whispers. And when he excuses himself to take a call, Danny compares her to Phyllis. No - Daisy never lied about Lucy's father - she just wants a real family for her daughter. Meanwhile, Phyllis calls Daniel - relieved to hear he may have left the file out.

The Baldwin's look glum at the bar - Lauren's still worried about people who'll want payback. They'll be in jail, Mike points out. Well - if he can manage to get Daisy locked up, it'd ALMOST be worth him taking the job, Lauren's still not sold.

Ricky calls Dr Tim Reid - he's doing an unauthorized biography on Phyllis. Good luck, Tim thinks he'd be better off handling a rattlesnake. Asked if they can meet, Tim never wants to hear that woman's name again ~click~ You don't know me YET, Ricky puts his evil face on.

Back at the club, Chris is on the phone pulling strings. Delighted, Paul's about to add the contacts number to his phone - when it alerts him to a fatality on highway 12. Paul's sure Greg Hunt's dead - and Ricky had something to do with it.

Next: Got any fatherly advice for me? Daniel asks. Yeah - Danny does - about your wife .... Dr Tim shakes his head - you won't believe the things Phyllis did. Ricky can't wait to hear .... Chris reminds Paul - it was a car accident. WAS it an accident? Paul doesn't seem convinced.

My Thoughts: Sorry no time today - the soccer season has begun! Oh yay!
