Lauren called into work, Phyllis visits Mike - we need a plan (for Daniel to get custody). Uh uh - Mike won't be able to help with that.

Joining Paul on the patio, Avery's updated on Greg Hunt's 'accident' - then is foolish enough to ask if he thinks Ricky might be responsible.

At home, Ricky begins reading Dr Tim's notes - the Romalotti's counseling was court mandated. What could have POSSIBLY gone wrong? he sneers.

At the club; Leaving already? Yeah - Danny's got a show in LA tomorrow night. Chris feels lucky (that she got lucky) - and is glad he doesn't have to leave right now.

The Abbott's are having a great time at G-worm - until Victor and Sharon arrive. Who WOULDN'T love seeing their father and sister in law making 'googly' eyes all night? Vikki quips - to awkward silence and Victor's death glare.

District Attorney Baldwin - Phyllis thinks it fantastic news - congratulations. Advised to hire Avery, Phyllis has no reaction to Chris and Danny being together - they no longer effect her.

Over wine, Danny tells Chris that Phyllis was right about Daisy (and she IS aware of the similarities between them). He invites her on tour - maybe this time we'll get it right.

Ricky continues his fascinating read - Danny is bitter towards his wife (whom he only married because of the child). Flashback to the session - where Phyllis claims the marriage isn't hopeless. In a private session Mrs Romalotti denies drugging Danny - that's ridiculous! Ricky now sees why Phyllis hates Daisy - she's YOU.

Obviously, we'll have run ins - no need to be uncomfortable. Yes, Victor IS suggesting Vikki puts a sock in it. As the Abbott's take a table, both Sharon and Victor are used to being snubbed. And since Vikki won't be run out, Billy goes to fetch drinks.

Of course the only vacant barstool is beside Victor - who asks Billy if Vikki's calmed down - and gripes about her humiliating Sharon. He's disappointed - didn't he hear Billy say he understood why Victor despised him?

Meanwhile, Sharon approaches Vikki - wanting to call a truce - for her father's sake. Vikki takes a few shots - calling her a 'pet' who'll soon be sent off with parting gifts.

Reading the online article, Avery thinks it may be a classic DUI. Yet Paul claims Greg didn't seem drunk on the phone. They also don't agree on whether Phyllis should be warned. She's already IN the line of fire, Avery frets.

Ricky reads more about Phyllis' 'fixation' on Chris - still a threat even though she's with Paul (who's 'dangerously naive'). Flashback to Phyllis telling Paul that she'll never let Danny go - she loves him too much. She then gnashes her teeth - I will NOT let you have my husband! Hmmm - Ricky wonders - how did Phyllis keep Chris and Danny apart?

Danny continues to persuade Chris (whom he's always wanted). We missed our chance - we have different lives, Chris points out. And there it ends with a teary hug and kiss. Not alone for long, Chris could use a friend. Use away, Mike invites.

At the penthouse with scones, Avery agrees to help Phyllis get rid of the daughter in law from hell - and for a second time warns her away from Ricky (whom Phyllis doesn't want contact with anyway).

Ricky's still reading the notes - a delusional Phyllis insists Danny loves her - Dr Tim finds her child-like faith appealing. Ricky gasps - flashback to Phyllis thanking Dr Tim - with a kiss. Then - after sex, she won't let him feel guilty - what happened was 'beautiful' - a therapeutic breakthrough. Dr Tim tries to break it off - but is no match for Phyllis (who implores him to 'FEEL'). Ricky then answers a knock at the door - Paul!

Still waiting for a drink, Billy admits his sins - but he's now a responsible husband and father. Victor won't change his opinion - save your breath.

Taking a seat, Sharon shows Vikki the irony (in her questioning her father's relationship). There's NO comparison - the Abbott's are building a life together - Sharon's just flavour of the week. Oh but Sharon DOES know Billy (whom she slept with the day before serving as Chloe's maid of honour). So - good luck building a life with him, Sharon leaves Vikki devastated.

Back at the club, Chris and Mike chat - then toast to putting the past in the past - where it belongs (though she doesn't look happy about it).

Ricky's not buying that Paul just popped in to say Hi. Paul wants to make sure that the people he cares about are safe. You can't guarantee it - must accept that some things are beyond our control (Ricky eyes the visible notes). It's nice to know you care - Ricky opens the door - and is mighty relieved when Paul exits through it.

With G-worm's service slow, Victor suggests they go back to the ranch - have the chef make dinner. Even better - Sharon will cook. Watching them leave, Vikki confronts Billy - you slept with Sharon!?

Billy calls it pre marital idiocy - that was WAY before 'us'. It was the night before your wedding - Sharon was matron of honour. Yes - but the marriage was doomed from the start. Billy can't apologize for everything he did before marrying Vikki (who knows he's been with tacky women - but Sharon?!) Hell of a date night, Billy drinks up.

At the ranch, Victor finds Vikki's behavior inexcusable - he doesn't blame Sharon for reaching her limit. And then there's that obnoxious husband of hers. Sharon wants to reciprocate Victor's kindness - make things equal (by cooking for him).

Ricky's back at it - Phyllis was devastated when the Judge gave Danny custody - her child and illusions stripped from her. You'd do the same to Daisy, Ricky mutters - then gets a call from Dr Tim (who knows he took the notes from Phyllis' file)

Back at G-worm, Vikki won't hold the Sharon thing over his head. Billy was a jerk - punishing Chloe for trapping him. He's not that person anymore. No - Vikki doesn't wanna call off the 'arcade' - she's now got more reason to kick his butt. And as Billy goes to settle the bill, Vikki calls her Dad to tattle on Sharon (who then comes out to announce she's making fajitas). Something came up - exiting the room, Victor coldly gives Sharon the ole 'kindly show yourself out.

Oh it's not all Phyllis' fault (that it didn't work with Danny) - Chris also loved Paul. She reminds Mike that their wedding was postponed many times.

Dr Tim's not angry with Ricky - in fact has info to add that didn't make it into the file.

Avery can't believe she missed her big sis married to a rock star. I was a bit crazy then - did some things I regret, Phyllis admits. Like what? Flashback to Phyllis witnessing a kiss - damn her! Then a light bulb goes off - I won't lose him - it's not gonna happen.

You wanna expose Phyllis? Look into Christmas of 1994, Dr Tim directs Ricky.

Mike and Chris discuss the 'accident'. Flashback to a car speeding towards Chris. Paul darting over to try save her - both of them tumbling off the hood - left for roadkill as the car speeds off. They never found out who the driver was, did they? Mike recalls.

With glee, Ricky jots down Dec. 1994 - I always knew someone like you would have dirty little secrets Phyllis. Not that they'll be secrets for much longer.

At the penthouse, Phyllis looks nervous - she'd rather not talk about it (with Avery). She'd rather those dark times in her life stayed buried.

Next: You gonna lock me in a cage? Ricky taunts. You don't know what I'm capable of, Daisy hisses back ... You did this for me? You're my son, Genevieve reminds Cane ... Nikki at his side, Jack gloats that Genevieve will surely be stripped of BofN - then it'll be mine. Good luck to you, Victor grins (Avery behind him).

My Thoughts: Wouldn't it be a conflict of interest for Avery to represent Daniel against Daisy (the former client SHE had released)? .... Yes - Sharon and Victor have had a 'bond' that goes back decades - a FATHER/DAUGHTER-like bond .... Chris must have weeks of unused vacation time? What does Danny think she's on now? She certainly hasn't been working very hard on behalf of the Justice Department (other than threatening Cane for 5 minutes) .... Why is G-worm's service so slow anyway? No hostess to seat the most affluent diners in town? Where are the Bardwell's? .... What Danny? No concert in Toronto? How disappointing. Seeing Chris - 'it all comes flooding back'? There's a visual I didn't need .... Great episode though. Loved the flashbacks of Phyllis in her prime (the (over)acting was so unnatural and cheesy back then). It appears that what many have wanted for so long is about to happen; Phyllis will be revealed as the person who ran over Chris and Paul (but we didn't exactly see who was driving - is it possible we're being thrown a red herring?) I, for one, look forward to finding out .... It's not often that we see Sharon being malicious (but SC rose to the occasion - showing she could easily be a villain if and when written so - which'd be a lot more interesting than the weak woman in constant need of a man's validation). Her confession indicates she perhaps wasn't so mentally 'unstable' when changing bed partners quicker than her expensive lace panties. But her confession makes her look just as bad as Billy, if not worse. I'd say Vikki deserved it - except that Sharon approached HER table. Either way - looks like Victor's lost his appetite .... Shouldn't Lauren be celebrating with Mike? What retail emergency couldn't wait until tomorrow?
