Coming down to bid Jack good morning, Nikki's told that today the courts will rule on BofN (which it looks like he'll lose).

At the ranch, Sharon gets a frosty welcome. Her company not 'necessary' (while Victor waits for the court's ruling), she wonders 'what happened'? Things are suddenly not 'fine' between them.

The Abbott's giggle and kiss on the patio. Assuring they're SO 'cool', Vikki's credited for putting the whole Billy/Sharon thing in the past. She's learned not to get mad - get even.

At home, Neil whines that Sofia's distant - we need to put Moses first. Not wanting to break the family apart, he has a solution.

At G-worm, Tucker's upset to hear that Harmony tried to 'fix' things with Ashley. Dammit - stay the hell away from her!

Bumping into her at CL's, Kay's so worried about Ashley (who doesn't wish to discuss Tucker). It's nobody's business but Tucker's and mine. Kay's making it her business.

Sitting Sofia down, Neil informs that there's an apartment for sale in the building. Sofia thinks that unrealistic - why on earth would she live down the hall from a man who doesn't love her? They'd see one another constantly - be in each other's business. It's not a solution - for either of us.

Jack tells Nikki that he's been told the Judge will rule in Victor's favour. But - he has his family - the possibility of walking again - Jabot - oh wait - and he's lucky enough to be marrying the gorgeous Nikki. But as soon as she leaves, his smile disappears.

Vikki 's not mad - just grossed out (by Billy and Sharon). But - it's in the past. So what's this about getting even? Billy's interrupted by a call from Jack (who's waiting for him - so she'll share her sinister plot later) ~kiss~

Sharon recalls the tension the other night - after a phone call? Someone or something changed his attitude towards her. Please - what's going on. Victor walks off to take a call - we'll discuss it tomorrow. Left alone, Sharon checks his cell phone; ~gasp~ Victoria!~ And out she runs.

Moses is doing something new every day. Sofia would never take him away from Neil - she just wants space to plan a new future. Moving further away will help? Her love for him complicates things. He likes - cares about - and owes Sofia (for all the ways she's enriched his life). Way to make me fall even harder Winters - Sofia doesn't think Harmony deserves him - she SLEPT with Tucker (a subject Neil doesn't wish to discuss). Gotta go. OK - we'll iron out the divorce when you get home, Sofia's left to pout.

Tucker's wife sure doesn't need Harmony in her face - reminding her... Sorry, he apologizes - it's not 'OK'. Ashley won't forgive him. Think he hasn't tried?? He'll do whatever it takes - but Ashley won't take his calls. What's he to do? Kick the door down? I failed her - and must live with that. Harmony couldn't let it go like that - oh what a mess she's made - with Devon too. She will find a way to reconnect with him. Tucker wants to help - maybe there'll be a chance for him too. Now alone at G-worm's bar, Harmony sends Neil a text (which Sofia spots - huffing in disgust).

Tucker didn't ask Kay to plead her case - John did. Both seated, Kay reminds Ashley that John was her dearest friend - so is speaking for him. Ashley's listening - but not 'hiding' at Abby's - she's recovering. Cheating with Harmony was a throwback to the past - he's kicking himself - would do anything to regain Ashley's respect. CAN you forgive him? Ashley wishes she could figure it out. WWJD - What Would John Do? He wouldn't want Ashley to sacrifice the possibility of happiness - to live in limbo.

Alone on the patio, Vikki checks in with the sitter - then is confronted by Sharon; you bitch!

Jack moans n groans to Billy - there's huge ramifications if the Judge sides with Victor (whom Jack hates to lose to). Billy's the voice of reason - Victor wins if Jack can't be happy that he stole Nikki from him - and may walk again. He hints that something went down with Vikki last night - but it's OK now.

Told your father didn't you? That Billy and I slept together? What gives Vikki the right to judge Sharon? And how dare she insert herself into Sharon's relationship. Yeah - well how dare Sharon insert herself into Vikki's 'mother's house'. It's VICTOR'S house. Back and forth it goes - over who's hurting Victor. We're not done until *I* say we are, Sharon asserts herself.

At the club, Nikki approaches Victor's table - waiting for an important call? You bet - Victor thinks he'll win. The fact that it means so much to him makes Nikki very sad.

Nikki feels another vendetta against Jack is pointless - why do it? Billions? She knows why Victor wants BofN - it's all about control (which he lost when the kids' lawsuit forced him to take NE public). Have a nice day, Victor dismisses her.

Vikki's disgusting - and cruel - dredging up something that happened years ago to hurt her father. Yeah -well - Vikki wouldn't have known - if Sharon didn't throw it in her face. When Billy joins them, he's surprised - to hear that Vikki tattled to her father.

Moses in her arms, Sofia approaches Harmony's table at G-worm. She assumes Neil got her text message. Harmony can talk to Neil whenever she wants - they're getting a divorce.

Tucker's stunned when Ashley shows up at his door - to say she's made a decision....

Neil joins the ladies at G-worm - he didn't know Sofia would be here. Sofia will leave them to talk. Saying good bye to Moses, Neil's left to join Harmony - you alright? She wanted to talk about Devon ... but a divorce?! It's not your fault, Neil assures.

Tucker assumes Ashley's there to say she never wants to speak to him again. Oh how sorry he is - oh how he loves Ashley. You have a strange way of showing it. It's not just about Harmony - it's his other secrets; going after BofN - Emily ... Genevieve ... Ashley loves Tucker - but isn't sure they ever had a real marriage. So, it's over? That depends on Tucker ....

Obviously you two have a lot to talk about, Sharon leaves Vikki to say she's not sorry she 'got even'. Billy likens her to Victor (going after Sharon the way Victor does him).

Nikki returns to Jack's with surprise take out - his favourite lunch from the club. Nope - still no word on BofN. Jack admits losing WILL 'eat him up' - and looks nervous when his phone rings.

Kay drops by the ranch - she heard Jack's suit will be decided on today. Victor's confident - Avery has a plan. He too then gets a call - how does it look???

Back at G-worm, Harmony doesn't believe that the divorce isn't her fault. Suddenly having somewhere to be, her talk about Devon can wait.

Now home, Sofia boasts to Moses - I did it - finally let your Daddy go. There's nothing left for her there. A tear rolling down her cheek, it's time for Sofia to start packing.

Ashley really does love Tucker - but it can't be the way it was - he must make a miraculous change. Tucker can do it. Prove it - or it's over. And without further word, Ashley heads out the front door.

Now at G-worm, Adam finds Sharon moping over her phone (set to dial Victor). Is she OK?

Back on the patio, Billy understands Vikki being upset - but to sabotage Sharon and Victor? Vikki did what she had to do. She then gets a call - already? The Judge has ruled on BofN.

Well - what did your lawyer say? a nervous Nikki asks when Jack hangs up (concealing a smile).

Also hanging up, Victor updates Kay; JagAbbott won BofN.

Next: Can you believe Vikki would be that petty? Sharon asks Adam (who says he'd have done the same thing) ... At the club, over bubbly, Jack slides a ring on Nikki's finger. This is a joke (Vikki looks horrified) ... I'm writing a story about YOU - one helluva tell-all, Ricky boasts to Phyllis...

My Thoughts: Nikki didn't approve of Vikki and Abby suing Victor - but no mention of Nick? He jumped on the bandwagon in time to collect .... How is the ranch 'Nikki's house'? She didn't get in the latest divorce settlement - and it's not like Victor's never installed other ladies of the manor ... Kinda presumptuous of Kay to speak on dead John's behalf - isn't it equally possible that he wouldn't want his Beauty with a cheating liar (whom his granddaughter thinks a total 'skeeze')? If he felt the need to weigh in, couldn't he have materialized - how come only Jack gets to see him (odd that he hasn't popped up in Jack's latest hour of need) ... VIKKI keeps hurting Victor? over and over again? What's she done beside marry Billy? Oh - and suing him for a half billion dollars. But that pales when compared to what Victor did to Vikki (and Billy) - and I don't think... Why is Sharon blaming VIKKI for 'dredging up' something that happened years ago? SHE'S the one who put it out there (so can't complain when it blows up in her face) Of COURSE Vikki's gonna use the ammunition Sharon handed her ... Nice opening line - Sofia walks straight to Harmony's table - sorry, didn't know you were here? She's 'grateful to be a mother'? Huh? That's pretty random ... The Bardwell's still have no hostess it seems .... Tucker 'doesn't know what to say'? How about whatever it is he was gonna say if Ashley answered any of his numerous calls? .. Silly Neil - it's not that Sofia like the 'lay out' of the place - it's that she wants to get laid at YOUR place.
