At G-worm, Sharon whines to Adam - his bitch sister is trying to ruin her life.

On the patio, Billy invites Vikki to come to his meeting (after which they'll 'hash it out'). OK - but Vikki will meet him at the club - after Jack's news, she needs to make a stop first.

At home, Jack boasts (to Sarge) as he works out - listing all the wonderful things happening in his life (ending with wrestling BofN away from Victor).

Also at home, Victor's boxing away on a hired opponent.

At CL's, the Fisher's are on the laptop - telling Eden that they're working out the details of their brilliant (and profitable) idea.

Ricky's now reading Dr Tim's notes on his iPad. What are you hiding now? Daisy marches onto the patio to ask.

At the penthouse, Phyllis is glad Daniel's the one who's brought Lucy over (now sleeping). Maybe he doesn't have to stay married to that freak - she knows someone who could talk sense into Daisy.

Seated with Adam, Sharon complains that Vikki's trying to break her and Victor up (using ancient history - which she doesn't wanna talk about). OK - a long time ago, she and Billy had a 'thing'. Can you believe Vikki'd be that petty? Sure - Adam may have done the same thing actually.

Impressed with Jack's hard work, Sarge credits Nikki (for Jack's determination). He then leaves Nikki to point out that the kids will be upset that the physical therapist heard about the engagement before THEY did. But Jack wants tonight to be about just 'us'. He's made reservations at the club - to toast their good fortune.

Victor ends his boxing session - then is left to take a call from a reporter (who's told to get lost and never call again). Vikki arrives. To gloat? Victor assumes.

Reading the ipad notes of Dr Tim (on the patio), Daisy knows they're stolen. Phyllis sure would be grateful if she got a heads up. You wouldn't be that stupid - WOULD you? Ricky snarls.

Inside, Phyllis (with Daniel) asks Kevin (with Chloe) to talk to his sister (for his best friend). Directed by Eden, Phyllis marches onto the patio - what excuse will Daisy and Ricky give her this time? (for being together).

Not even trying to be convincing, Ricky claims he was just showing Daisy a new photography app. You're lying! Phyllis guesses he's digging into her past (which is why he interviewed Danny). OK - you got me - I'm writing a biography on YOU. It's gonna be one helluva tell-all, Ricky gloats - lots of skeletons waiting to be dug up.

Daisy joins her 'hubby' - having fun with your friends? (she manages to sound like Daniel's her 5 year old son) We WERE, Chloe looks ill. And when Daisy wants some private Mommy/Daddy time, Kevin asks to speak to her. But as they walk off, Daniel assures Chloe that it won't work - Daisy will never walk away from this marriage.

Yes - Adam would use something from Sharon's past (to keep her away from his father). He DOES want her to be happy - and is just being honest. Sharon's getting mixed signals - thought they'd both moved on. We have - but Adam thinks it wrong that she moved on with his father. Forget I said anything, Sharon doesn't need his approval (so exits). A Mr Lemon approaches Adam - the board should know that the boss is dating a subordinate, don'tcha think? NE doesn't need this exploding in the press.

Victor assures Vikki that he hasn't lost BofN - and he doesn't care about Sharon sleeping with Billy. Vikki just wanted to open his eyes - to save him heartache. And she's sorry (about BofN; which she knows Jack won't let go of). JagAbbott won't hold onto that company, Victor vows - under NO circumstances.

Ordering sparkling cider at the club, Jack and Nikki are joined by an equally joyous Billy (who's so proud that Jack bested 'the dark lord of the universe').

Seated with Daisy, Kevin explains (from experience) that a loveless marriage takes it's toll on everybody. Does she really want Lucy to grow up with parents who despise one another? Daniel will grow to resent Daisy (for trapping him). Daniel WANTS to be with me! Daisy's sick of defending herself. Why can't SHE have a chance? (like KEVIN was given)??

Ricky suggests making it an authorized biography - work with me. Wanna tell me YOUR side of the story? Phyllis isn't telling Ricky a damn thing.

Hearing Mr Lemon plans to ask for Sharon's dismissal at the next board meeting, Adam doesn't believe he's merely concerned about NE (and knows he's profiting from feeding info to competitors). The secret's safe if Lemon keeps his mouth shut about Sharon. Tell 'Colt' (a rival chemist) I said 'hello'. As Lemon exits, Chelsea approaches - protecting Sharon again huh? No explanation needed - she thinks Adam defending an ex is part of what makes him great.

Off to meet someone re: RS business, Billy's asked to have Vikki stop by Jack's table when she arrives. That leaves Jack to reiterate for Nikki; Victor lost. Nikki's ecstatic about that (but even more so with the ring that comes tied to her glass). Tell me this is a joke, Vikki appears to frown - at the ring being slipped on Nikki's finger.

Back on the patio, Ricky continues to taunt Phyllis - work with me. Didn't the court mandated therapist work out your demons? Get a life - stay outta mine, Phyllis orders. Unsettled, she heads inside - to tell Daniel she's gotta go home. Yeah - she's fine - no worries (which Daniel doesn't believe).

On the patio, Ricky now reads that Phyllis is reluctant to discuss the guilt she feels about a Sasha Green. A quick internet search - and Ricky knows that Sasha died in a fire (drunk - she dropped a cigarette). Ruled an 'accident', he wonders - why the guilt Phyllis?

Assuming the ring on Nikki's finger is to get back at Dad (for Sharon), Vikki's reprimanded by her mother - that's enough! The 'commotion' brings Billy racing over for an update. No! Don't 'congratulate' them - Vikki thinks it too soon - and is even more shocked when Jack asks her to work at BofN. Vikki WILL think about it - but honestly, can't see it happening.

At the ranch, Sharon's greeted by Victor's unwelcoming stare. We've gotta talk, she announces.

The Fisher's website is the best thing Daniel's seen in a long time - he'd love to do some artwork when it's launched. That'd be awesome. They then head off to Jimmy's (Kevin needing something stronger than coffee after chatting with his sister). That leaves Daniel to have an awkward exchange with Eden - though both are laughing when their bracelets get hooked together.

After the unexpected glitch in their perfect day, Jack and Nikki decide to take their celebration home. Vikki will be OK, Jack assures - once she sees how happy her makes Nikki.

I acted like a spoiled brat, Vikki mopes. Maybe a smidgen, Billy agrees (but gets that she's always wanted her parents together). They belong together, she feels. Billy encourages Vikki to take the job at BofN. Thanking him for the support, Vikki's sorry for the way she's acted. Now back on track, Billy's gotta tell her something that won't make her happy.

Sharon stresses that she and Billy happened a long time ago. It's in the past, Victor agrees - but should THEY be together? Sharon doesn't want it to end. You sure? Well - to hell with all the naysayers ~kiss~

Now at G-worm, Kevin considers spending more time with Daisy (so she'd loosen her grip on Daniel). Chloe doubts it'll help. But what if Mike hadn't helped HIM? On to the website - a public bulletin board - where items are uploaded and sold. Now - where to get investors.

Meanwhile, at their table, Chelsea thinks Adam a stand-up guy. He doesn't care about NE anymore - but won't drop his seat on the board (which may come in handy some day). He's hoping something new falls into his lap ~kiss~

Daisy (carrying Lucy) joins Ricky on the patio. He doesn't care if Phyllis believed him earlier (but Daisy's still worried about Phyllis going 'crazy'). Oh look - Daddy's busy with someone - and it's not Mommy (both look inside - where a laughing Eden and Daniel are still joined at the bracelet).

A network's interested in a RS pilot? What's not to like about that? Billy has to go back to LA - tomorrow. Oh, Vikki pouts. Knowing he has to go, she plans to keep him up all night tonight.

Jack's surprised to find his place alit with candles (Nikki's thank-you for making her so happy) ~kiss~

Having kissed and made up, Victor leads Sharon upstairs.

Phyllis shows up at Dr Tim's door. Long time no speak, she smiles coyly.

Next: What you want me to do - is it illegal? Kevin asks Genevieve ... Dad - you didn't tell me we were having a family reunion. I didn't know Heather was coming back, Paul says (nuHeather on the barstool beside him) .... I've lost everything in my life because of you, Dr Tim accuses. I wouldn't be too sure about that Tim, Phyllis replies.

My Thoughts: Now a network's interested in a RS pilot? All this - without anyone even stepping foot in RS? ... The Fisher's discuss their new venture a few tables away from Chelsea and Adam (who's looking for something new to fall into his lap). Hmm - will the foursome go into business? ... Daniel wants to do artwork for the Fisher's new website? Painting on canvas is nothing like digital graphic arts (which Chloe could get from her colleagues at RS) ... Odd for Vikki to say anyone getting married is doing it 'too soon' - she barely knew (or liked) Billy when she married him on a Jamaican beach ... 'Financial Weekly' - does that SOUND like a tabloid Victor?? .... Dr Tim is the only person Phyllis can think of who could talks sense into Daisy? There's no local psychologist (who doesn't despise her - and know all her secrets)? Good job she kept that business card for 20 years - and that Dr Tim's so easy to find ... The Fisher's brilliant idea is a message board - that sells stuff. Yeah - great - cause it's really hard to find stuff for sale online. But why are they struggling on investors? Chloe lives with a billionaire - and Kevin's family aren't exactly broke ... Wow Nikki - you really went all out - having Mrs Martinez light some candles. Impressive ... I guess the guy Victor hired wasn't allowed to hit him back - pity. But who boxes in their living room? With pricey trinkets all over the place. You'd think the ranch would have it's own gym .... How could Sharon possibly be shocked by ANYTHING Adam would do? Using someone's OWN past actions against them is NOTHING compared to some of Adam's schemes ... Unless Sharon trips and sprains her ankle on the stairs, it looks like the repulsive couple are going to take their relationship to the next level. I can only hope this epic mistake takes place OFFscreen - leaving us only subjected to clothes being put back ON - and vague references to the wonderful night they had together (verbal - NOT via flashback). My other hope is that protection is used - so that pregnancy isn't a result (just having to explain how their spawn is inter-related would be mind boggling; who's who's aunt, uncle, brother, sister etc.)
