At CL's, Noah's assuring Nick that he moved in with Eden as FRIENDS. A few feet away, Eden's giving the Fisher's the same spiel. Kev's just glad Eden's not alone - with Ricky across the hallway. Re: their new website - know any adventure capitalists?

Ashley rejoins Kay on the patio - to say she reached out to Tucker (who then calls - to suggest couples counseling). Ashley's free and on her way. Kay's pleased - there's hope - it's a start.

At G-worm, Jeffrey flirts with Genevieve. Gloria then comes over - her credit card didn't go through. Taking another card, Chris comes over to say none of her cards will work - and the house has been seized. They're taking my house?? Yes - forfeiture of all assets. Putting a woman on the streets penniless? Gen scrambles through her purse for cash.

At a nearby table, Mike insists on paying for Avery's lunch. They'll be on opposite sides once he's sworn in today. Mike gets to the point of their meeting - he wants Avery to take over his practice. Heather! ~hug~ After greeting Heather, Avery leaves (but will think about Mike's offer). Taking a seat with Mike, Heather asks if he's hiring Avery 'too'.

Meanwhile, Lauren's at the club with Paul - still worried about Mike being DA. Paul's lousy company - worried about what Ricky's capable of. Something goin on? There's a pattern of behavior - Ricky has no conscience or compassion - it's unsettling (especially since his Aunt and mother are institutionalized psychotics). On cue, Ricky comes over to say Hi.

You weren't easy to find - lucky Phyllis is so good on the computer. Tim has nothing to say - go away. Phyllis barges in - you've done well for yourself, she takes in his shabby room.

On the patio, Kay's mastering her ipad - she can see how she'd look in any of these wigs. No offense - but Eden doesn't think dreads are her look. Racing inside, Eden suggests the Fisher;'s talk to Mrs C (to invest) - she's on the patio - go!

Over drinks at G-worm, Heather isn't sure she'd be comfortable moving back to GC (to be ADA). Chris appears - Paul will be thrilled that Heather's here. Heather off to the club to freshen up (before Mike's swearing in).

Oh sorry - were you two in the middle of something? And with a caustic comment, Ricky leaves Paul to gripe to Lauren - he's being taunted - Ricky heard what Paul said about his mother and Patty (and wants him to know it). There's no proof, Lauren points out. Paul can't ignore his instincts anymore - it's killing him.

Phyllis asks if Tim's talked to Ricky Williams. Can't help you, Tim snaps. No one's been sniffing around? Asking questions about me? Tim doesn't talk to anybody - he likes to be alone. Phyllis demands her patient file - hand it over.

On the patio, the Fisher's lay out their plan for potential investor Kay. How much do they need? Kevin and Chloe squirm.

Genevieve barges into Tucker's - to update that she turned herself in (to save Cane). What does that have to do with Tucker? She's asking for a loan (expecting to have access to funds in the near future). Ashley's on her way, he wails. Too late - Ashley's 'here'.

Back at G-worm, Gloria gossips about Genevieve being unable to pay for her sandwich (which Jeff 'comped'). Why is she broke? Chris can't discuss her it. She and Mike then discuss the momentous day. Yes, Chris is proud of him - we're on the same side again.

I want my file! Tim claims he shredded it years ago - to erase any trace of Phyllis. All that's left is his nightmares. Tim wants to pretend she never existed. Phyllis jots down her number - call if anyone comes asking questions about her - or else. Or else what? Tim's lost everything because of her - there's nothing left to take. Don't be too sure of that, Phyllis threatens.

Ashley wants to believe Tucker (that he didn't know Genevieve was coming). But you can't, Tucker pouts.

Back inside, Eden's delighted to hear that Kay agreed to invest (in the Fisher's). Oh look - there's someone else with cash to burn. Eden schmoozes with Genevieve (who orders water). Online, she scowls - what? How could THAT happen?

Paul and Lauren greet Heather at the club. Left to catch up, Paul's told that Mike wants to reinstate her as ADA. But don't get too excited - Heather isn't sure she wants to live in GC.

When Phyllis approaches, Chris exits. So great to see you Christine, Phyllis lies. Why's she so wound up? Phyllis updates that she saw Dr Tim - and that Ricky's writing a salacious tell all book about her. It freaks her out (that someone's looking into her past). Dr Tim claims no one came by - she put the fear of God into him - warned him .... Mike doesn't wanna hear another word.

Ashley's first instinct is to doubt Tucker (which he understands) Therapy will help - we can get past it, he's sure. Ashley disagrees - she was wrong. She'll always be suspicious - wonder what he's keeping - that he doesn't have her back. Tucker pleads. But Ashley can't change - doesn't want him to be someone's he's not (which isn't fair to him). So this is it? There's nothing Tucker can do? It's over?

When Genevieve struggles with the computer, Eden recommends Kevin (who happens to be inside). Googling Kevin, Genevieve laughs at the photos that come up.

Mike doesn't want Phyllis to confess a threat (as he's the new DA). He can be her friend - but Phyllis must think before speaking to him. No - he's not kidding. Go to Avery for legal advice. Relax - for the baby. This isn't a big deal, Phyllis tries to convince herself that Ricky won't find anything on her.

Back at the club's bar, Paul understands why Heather's bitter. Ricky might be a bigger concern than either of them thought. Enter Ricky - who didn't know they were having a 'family reunion'. Paul didn't know Heather was coming back. Heather informs that the DA wants her back - and tells Ricky to save it - she'll never trust him again. Chris arrives to watch the tense exchange.

As Noah and Eden chat with the Fisher's, Genevieve approaches - to borrow Kevin. Having read about him, she thinks Kev just the guy to help her. Is it illegal? Maybe just a little - but it'll be worth his while (and just between the two of them) he could make a bundle. Wanna hear more?

Now with Paul at the bar, Chris accepts his apology. Maybe Heather can help get to the truth - offer a fresh perspective.

Meanwhile, at G-worm, Avery delights the Baldwin's - she'll work for Mike. Heather then arrives to say she's onboard too (as ADA). Waving her US flag, Gloria jokes to the mayor (that she can get away with anything now) - then insists the swearing-in take place at her restaurant.

Nick already at the penthouse, Phyllis gets a comforting hug. She wants to get married NOW - she's showing - doesn't want people to gossip about the baby. There's no reason not to wait - and every reason TO wait.

Sometimes love isn't enough, Tucker and Ashley part ways. I'll be in touch, Ash leaves him to look sad.

Phyllis doesn't care where they get married - she just wants to do it. OK - tomorrow, Nick agrees ~hug~

Chris is needed in DC - but hopes Paul will be careful with Ricky. She's a phone call away (and will help however she can). Paul wonders how dangerous Ricky really is.

The inauguration in full swing at G-worm, the Mayor positions Mike for the swearing in. Hand on the bible (as flashbulbs go off) - he swears to execute the duties of DA - will preserve, protect, defend the constitution yada yada yada .... (cut to shots of Kevin bailing on Genevieve - a scared Phyllis hugging Nick - Dr Tim drinking as he ignores Ricky's call - Paul and Chris say 'good bye'). Kevin and Eden rush into G-worm - as Mike concludes his oath; 'so help me God'. Hugs and handshakes - then photos. After Kevin congratulates both Baldwin's, Lauren then takes Mike aside for a congratulatory kiss (which receives applause).

Next: You've managed to sleep your way through two generations of Newman's, Nikki sneers at Sharon ... Phyllis calls Daniel (Daisy in the background) - Nick and I are getting married today. I REALLY want you and Lucy to be there ... Ricky points out - You're not a doc anymore. But I know a sociopath when I see one, Tim replies.
