You're not welcome here - I'm serious, Nick growls. I'm Victor's date, Sharon grins. You look stunning, Victor comes over to offer his arm - and leads Sharon off - I thought we agreed you wouldn't come. But Sharon feels her place is by his side - she knew he'd stand by hers. Victor chuckles at Sharon's entrance - from now on, never go anywhere without me, he coos.

Summer approaches Nick - Sharon's here - Mom's not - par for their messed up family. Noah also wonders where Phyllis is. Nick calls - weird - the home phone went to voicemail.

On the ground, in the fetal position, Phyllis bleats in agony - someone help me - help me.

Daisy's on the patio - smiling as she flashes back to her altercation with Phyllis - ignoring her cries for help as she got on the elevator.

Her cell phone ringing, Phyllis continues to weep on the floor - unable to reach it. Back at G-worm, Noah suggests her battery died. And as Nick's leaves to find out what's going on, Sharon wonders to Victor - what's keeping Phyllis? You never know with that woman, Victor clearly doesn't think too highly of the bride. And as he goes to fetch drinks, Nikki makes a beeline for Sharon - you're really something. Like the dress? Sharon taunts - it wouldn't look as good on you. Get out! Oh? Is Nikki the bouncer? How many bars have YOU been thrown out of? Sharon's on a roll - too bad no one cut you off the night you killed Diane. VICTOR wants me here.

Jack and Abby discuss Phyllis - then Sharon's entrance. Reading a text from her financial advisor, Abby babbles about her investment. Jack shuts her up - they'll talk in private. Too late - Victor's already noticed.

As Kay, Avery and the Baldwin's mumble about Sharon, Vikki sidles up to Nikki - to say Sharon's embarrassing herself and her children. Sharon takes a few more shots at Nikki - and will stay as long as Victor wants her there.

Daniel tells Eden that Daisy decided not to come. Too bad Sharon did, Summer snarls. No, Noah doubts his Dad and Phyllis eloped.

Finding Phyllis on the floor, Nick calls 911. Too late, she whimpers - the baby's gone. It's gone.

Sauntering over to Abby, Victor reports that his driver took Kay home (she's upset about Nick and Phyllis - something's going on). Noah, Daniel and Summer all puzzle over the same text - 'wedding postponed - we need some time'. Sharon's reassurance is cut off by Summer (who's even more worried when Daniel races out to check on Mom). Sharon will check around - see if anyone knows anything. Asking Vikki, she's sarcastically told to go ask Dad. It's best Sharon stay out of this, Avery agrees. It IS Sharon's business - if it effects her kids. If Phyllis stood Nick up, Faith and Noah will need her help to deal with that.

Meanwhile, a puzzled Jack notices that Abby's gone - and decides they should leave too. Dammit, he mutters as Nikki goes for the car. The Baldwin's fire out good byes as they leave Summer to whine to Noah - they promised we'd be a real family. Why did she believe them? Something always keeps us apart, she pouts.

At CL's, Daniel (Lucy in his arms) leaves a message for Nick - he'd like to see his Mom. All concerned, Daisy joins him - no wedding? OMG - why not?

Still at the penthouse, Phyllis has now been strapped onto a stretcher - being reassured by Nick (who pauses to mope over a teddy bear - before following the medics out).

Arranging for the food to go to the shelter, Noah's sending Faith home with Sharon (who's again cut off by Summer). Sharon's then left to ask Avery if she's seen Victor. No - sorry. Lose something Sharon? Vikki's sarcastic - letting her know how low a priority she is. Afraid I'll become more important to Daddy than you are? Sharon's told she'll never be more than a distraction. Oh - she's more than than - deal with it!

At the club, Mike leaves a message for Lauren. He's done his meeting - but tired - so will get his 'surprise' at home. Lauren appears - with his surprise; a teenage Fen ~hug~

Dammit - Abby must be with Victor (who's probably talking her out of loaning him money to buy BofN). It's not like you have bad credit, Nikki encourages Jack to go to the bank. But Abby's family - Jack wants her involved. Nikki suspects he just wants to use Victor's daughter (to take his company).

At the ranch, Victor's concerned about Abby - not Nick. Huh? Jack Abbott and BofN, Victor prods. Abby thinks she should go. Victor claims it'd be a dreadful mistake - and he won't allow it.

Back at G-worm, Noah takes care of the bill - then puts a stop to Summer's whining (with chocolate cake). Summer runs off to get it - conceding that Noah's not a dumb brother after all. Eden joins Noah - to reminisce - is she sorry it didn't work out between them? No - she's not.

Talk to me, Nikki encourages - about Victor. He ruins things every time - don't let him do it this time. Jack insists he's the rightful owner of BofN. He won't let it go - no matter the cost (part of which must come from Abby). Nikki doesn't know what's going on with Nick and Phyllis - but doesn't want what THEY have ruined. Nothing will, Jack assures with a kiss. He must do this - can't give up. Jack will do whatever it takes - BofN will be MINE. He will beat Victor this time.

Things are good between us, Abby pouts - stay away from phrases like 'I won't allow that'. At Victor's age, he can say what he pleases - and if Abby doesn't give Jack money, problems between them will go away. YOU could cost me BofN. You already lost it - it's rightfully Jack's, Abby accuses Victor of forcing her to choose between them. Shouldn't be a choice - I'm your father - and you're either with me or against me.

Nikki gets the door; Abby! Jack's been worried. No need to be - she hasn't changed her mind - and is giving him the money to buy BofN. Nikki's the only one who doesn't look pleased.

Victor!? At the ranch, Sharon chides him for leaving G-worm without saying anything. Abby let me down, Victor gripes - hoping Sharon won't do the same.. No - Sharon won't let him down ~kiss~

Seated at the club, Mike can't believe Fen's home. Everything's perfect, Lauren smiles at both. For us anyway. Whatever's going on between Nick and Phyllis ain't good.

Eden didn't mean to hurt Noah's feelings - they can be friends. Noah's glad she was honest ~hug~ see you at the apartment. Neither Avery or Vikki have heard from Nick or Phyllis. Vikki's going home to Johnny. What could have happened? she pauses to frets (as Avery decides to stay and eat with Noah and Summer).

At CL's, Daniel gets a text from Nick - oh man. He updates Daisy that Mom lost the baby. Daisy pretends to care - OMG - I'm so sorry, she gasps.

Now home, Nick fusses over Phyllis (who just wants to lay down). Daisy - she was here. Phyllis tells Nick that it's her fault - Daisy's the reason she lost the baby.

Next: Heather! Avery calls out. Ricky! Heather blurts out (as her brother arrives at the bar) ... Daisy stammers to Daniel - there's something I should tell you about your Mom - what happened .... Phyllis relays the story - Daisy just kept on pushing me. She pushed you? Nick's alarmed.
