At the Abbott mansion, Sarge supervises Jack as he throws around 5lb weights - in training for his honeymoon and running BofN. Oh, and he WILL walk again!

At Neil's, Sofia's in the process of packing - her new place is 'nice' - she doesn't need any help. No thanks needed for watching Moses (whom Neil goes to fetch) - leaving Sofia to have one last sad look around.

Abby's late for her meeting with Ashley (at G-worm). The wedding? Didn't happen - postponed. Ashley's now off to get her things from Tucker's - they'll meet later at Jack's. No tears - strut in and strut back out, Abby coaches.

Devon's in too much of a hurry to chat with Tucker. Arriving at CL's to see the brush off, Harmony states the obvious; he's not making any progress either. Everything's such a mess; Devon, Neil and Sofia. Yeah - and Ashley's moving out, Tucker leaves Harmony to shake her head.

Back at G-worm, Chloe tells Gloria that Kevin's on his way - to work on their project. A website not a baby. Hearing that Kay's investing, Glo wants in. Where IS that Kevin? Chloe ponders.

Kevin's in Genevieve's suite - with her Swiss bank account info. He still has reservations - but is told to do it as quickly and discreetly as possible.

Now home, the Ashby's are puzzled. Everything Genevieve had has been seized or frozen. How is she affording an expensive suite at the club? Sure she has money stashed away, Cane plans to confront her.

In their suite, Adam's impressed to see that Chelsea's studying for her GED (and offers encouragement and help studying).

With Chloe at G-worm, Abby's not only agreeable about the gala - she's willing to invest in the Fisher's website (except a big chunk of her funds just got tied up).

Cut to Jack working and grunting away - then wondering what Sarge has on his mind. It's just not a good day. Woman troubles? See you, Sarge exits.

You'll love your new room - be good, Neil hands Moses to Sofia. No need to walk them downstairs, thanks - but Neil can see Moses anytime. Sofia hates it too (but watching them leave seems harder on Neil).

Ashley knocks - it's not her home anymore. Handing over the key, she walks past a sad Tucker - to get her things.

Arranging to have Chloe send a prospectus to her 'people', Abby greets Kevin on her way out. He's impressed to hear they have two new investors; Gloria and Abby. And where has HE been? All over. OK - he pulls her aside to boast about his profitable side job - doing IT work for Genevieve. No - it's not 'great' Chloe nixes it.

Meanwhile, the Ashby's continue to discuss Genevieve - who's made an effort (and a sacrifice). Maybe she's trying to keep Cane out of anything shady. Lily doesn't feel the need to go looking for trouble. But Cane knows his mother brings trouble wherever she goes.

Genevieve arrives at the club - to hear Jack tell a reporter that he's thrilled to have BofN (from his fiance) - and moving on - with Nikki Newman (news that saddens Genevieve).

Her bags all packed, Ashley agrees - it doesn't seem right. Putting the pieces of her life back together won't be easy - but it's too late - Ash has filed for divorce.

Joined by Neil, Harmony mopes that she ruined more than one marriage; the McCall's. Tucker's a big boy who knew what he was doing, Neil points out that she CAN pass up a good time (she did with HIM). Harmony insists on taking responsibility - but won't turn to drugs (as she must regain her son's respect). Enter Devon. Awkward.

Adam continues with his pep talk - knowing Chelsea has a quick mind, common sense - and excellent math skills. Chelsea's becoming more confident by the second. Good - cause Adam's proud of her.

Chloe asks the obvious question - why doesn't Genevieve just ask the bank where her money's going? Don't trust Genevieve. Glo comes along to support that - and blab that Genevieve's house is one of her listings - seized by the government. Her credit cards don't work - the Feds took her last dime. Despite Kevin's reassurances, Chloe leaves worried (though Kev seems to think he's won).

With thanks and a handshake, the reporter leaves a hurt Genevieve to approach Jack (to congratulation him - on BofN and his engagement. Oh Jack - we got so close. Yeah - we did. Kinda scary isn't it? Jack's exiting punchline leaves Gen quietly weep.

Back at CL's, Harmony denies Devon told her to stay away from Neil. Hey - none of Devon's business. Inviting his Dad to grab a pizza and watch the Brewers, Devon gives Harmony a curt good bye.

Tucker fusses over Moses - it can't be easy. Sofia hates that her son will be shuttled back and forth - but yeah, he'll be fine. Tucker updates that Ashley's divorcing him.

At Jack's, Ashley's decision to file for divorce is met with approval. She's thrilled to hear that Abby has a role at BofN - NOT so happy to hear she leant Jack money.

Adam's study techniques seem to be getting Chelsea all hot and bothered. It's time for a break ~kiss~ Oh, she's focused alright.

Working on his laptop at G-worm, Kevin gets a call - telling Genevieve that he's in. Weird - he can't figure out where the money CAME from. That's NOT what Genevieve hired him for. Kev will keep her posted ~click~

Chloe's made a beeline for the Ashby's - tattling that Cane's Mom's up to no good (and has roped Kevin into it). Tell me everything, Cane sighs.

Jack now home, Ashley gripes about Abby being pulled into his rivalry with Victor. Abby consulted her accountant - Victor didn't disown her. He'll understand (at some point - perhaps Ashley can help with that). Savvy business woman Abby's off to run yet another business idea by her account - leaving Ashley to grill Jack - what's next?

Bumping into Gen at the club, Tucker offers her a drink (and a loan if she still needs it; which Genevieve no longer does).

Chloe worries Kevin will get caught. Genevieve's sneaky. Appreciating the info, Cane agrees. Thanking the Ashby's, Chloe leaves them to also worry. Immediately guessing that Collin's draining the account, Cane must stop him - and there's only one way.

At Neil's - it's pizza and baseball. But first, Devon's asked to cut Harmony some slack. Give her a chance to regain your trust.

Finding Harmony at CL's, Sarge invites her for dinner. A meeting? Why he'll come along and they can eat afterwards. Agreeing, Harmony appreciates the company.

Now alone, Tucker looks in dire need of company - as he drowns his sorrows at the club's bar.

Enough kissing - it's study time. OK - Chelsea's eager (for another 'study break')

Rejoining Kevin at G-worm, Chloe confesses that she told the Ashby's (which doesn't go over well). Genevieve will just have to deal with it. Kiss and make up? Oh alright, Kevin caves easily.

At Cane's, Genevieve wonders why he wanted her to come over. To talk about her secret bank account. Busted.

Assuming Jack plans to merge BofN with Jabot, Ashley's excited about the conglomerate they always dreamt of. It's amazing! But Jack now wants to run them as separate companies - whaddaya think? Ashley thinks he needs to step down as CEO of Jabot.

Next: Collin's out of prison!? Lily at his side, Cane flips - why didn't you tell us? I didn't want to worry you, Genevieve claims ... I want you out of my place NOW, Heather growls at Ricky (with Daisy). You're not expecting me to move out in a DAY. Yes - she does ... It's a HUGE conflict of interest - you can't have it both ways, Ashley tells Jack.

My Thoughts: I don't see how Chelsea's gonna learn anything other than biology ... I always get a kick outta Jack hurling those weights around so incorrectly. He's gonna put his back out before he 'gets his legs back' ... To hell with that poor girl being coached to eat soup with a spoon - I guess the much-in-demand Sarge's pre and post Jack patients are just hanging out at GCM - twiddling their thumbs (or whatever body part they're able to move). I guess those two time slots are filled with Sarge's travel time back and forth from Jack's. Apparently throwing BBQ's and being able to access your wallet gets one special therapy sessions - at home. Oh wait - now Sarge seems to be done for the day (no wonder there's such a long waiting list for his services) .... Abby can't walk the three steps to hug her Uncle Jack good bye? It's not like he can easily come to her .. Why is Abby going to her accountant now? Isn't she waiting for this promising prospectus Chloe's to get a copy of? How on earth were the sales projections predicted? ... It makes no sense that Kevin would risk breaking International law. Perhaps Chloe should put him in the closet for a while - remind Kevin how terrified he is of being locked in a prison cell. Has Kevin forgotten that his brother's just been sworn in as DA? Kev owns a thriving business - his wife has a good job - and the richest women in town are lining up to invest (Kay didn't even ask for a prospectus to run by her accountant - if it tanks it'll be a tax write off) ... If the banks didn't handle this themselves, wouldn't they be given to a realty company as opposed to an agent? (who convicted felon who's son happens to be DA - like THAT'S not a conflict of interest) .... Wow - a message board - with items 'pinned' - that are for sale. The Fisher's might swipe the layout from 'faceplace' - but the idea's all Craig's List. Good thing Chloe rarely spends time at RS - cause and anyone who doesn't think running a message board takes considerable time, energy and money, clearly has never had the pleasure. My apologies - TELboards will remain offline until later tonight - due to soccer and other real life interferences.
