There's a difference of opinions going on at the Ashby's place. No fair - why should Genevieve be punished for Collin's crimes? Illegal gains or not, it's her divorce settlement (that no one knows about). Well, someone DOES, Cane points out.

There's another argument at Jack's. Huh? Leave Jabot? Yes - After talking for months about merging them, Jack can't expect to advise two competing companies (without even consulting Ashley). Squawking 'conflict of interest', she demands he merge BofN and Jabot - or choose one (to run). Jack can't have it both ways.

Finally - someone's getting along. Paul buys Mike coffee - offers congratulations. He's grateful that Heather's back as ADA. With Tim's disappearance in the newspaper, both men find it interesting (and are looking into it).

Daisy at his apartment, Ricky's frustrated with the folder he's compiled on Phyllis (which reveals nothing about Christmas of 94). There's no smoking gun - and Tim went missing. Forget it - Daisy refuses to read the info. Hiding the file, Ricky opens the door - so that Heather can walk in like she owns the place. Oh right - she does (and isn't buyin that Daisy's there to collect the rent). No need anyway - Ricky won't be there next month - or tomorrow.

At the penthouse, Phyllis assures Daniel that she's OK - no more wallowing. And no more living in the 'boondocks' (Nick's off packing up the tackhouse). The new doorman knocks on the door - to return the bracelet dropped (by the woman seen on camera leaving this apartment). Taking his 'wife's' bracelet - Daniel asks to see the footage.

Jack thinks Ashley's making a big deal outta nothing. But she feels ambushed - by his unilateral decisions (and compares him to Victor - in his ego - and need to control). Listing all Jack has on his plate, Ashley's NOT the one 'being a pain' - she's trying to protect Jack - and Jabot. Ha! that is ALL Jack has ever done!

Genevieve needs to find out who's siphoning off her money bit by bit - what's so illegal about that? Assuming it's Collin, Cane doesn't see why his mother's pursuing it. Genevieve MUST know who's behind it - then will shoot from the hip (refusing to be broke). I know what I'm doing.

Via laptop, Daniel and Phyllis watch footage of Daisy lingering outside the penthouse door. Why isn't she leaving? OMG - she's listening - to me beg for help (and 'doing nothing'), Phyllis is aghast to realize.

Ashley continues her tirade - sick of men only thinking of what THEY want. It's not ABOUT Tucker. Power is more important than John's legacy. BofN belonged to Victor - it's about payback; Genevieve, Victor. But what really makes Ashley mad - is that he used her daughter to make it happen.

No need to hack into the account - Cane will call the Aussie prison - Collin must have had help from the outside. Don't bother, he's out, Genevieve sheepishly admits. What!? Lily's stunned.

Outside apt # 4, Brett Butler recognizes a photo of Ricky on Paul's phone. Explaining that he's a PI, he'd sure like to see the apartment. Brett's hubby is the super - but it's illegal. But he's missing - Paul's just looking for clues to Tim's whereabouts. Oh alright - she'll be back with the key.

Heather meant what she said - out now Ricky. Yes - today. Ricky knows his rights - a tenant has 30 days (and that's if he doesn't fight his eviction). And as Heather points out that it's an illegal sublet, Daisy decides it's time to scurry out. Yes - Heather IS only doing this because he took pictures of her and Adam - start packing.

She's just listening to me. I was screaming - she'd have to be deaf not to hear me. If Daisy weren't evil, she'd have gotten me to the hospital, Phyllis moans. Send me a copy of this, Daniel orders as he flies out the door - to go see someone.

Careful not to leave prints, Paul snoops around Tim's apartment - coming across blood pressure medicine. Hmm - new script - he woulda packed it if he went willingly.

You're being unreasonable, Ricky pleads for a few days. As ADA, Heather knows she'll win. You'd call the cops on your own brother? Heather laughs - you kiddin' me? Start packing - while she checks to make sure nothing's damaged.

The Ashby's aren't impressed that Genevieve didn't tell them Collin was out. How does she KNOW he's not coming to GC? Because he called Genevieve - a while ago - to gloat. She only knows that he won't come back - it'd be stupid.

Joined by Daniel at the club, Mike's sorry to hear Phyllis lost the baby (but happy to hear she and Nick got married). What can he do? Have Daisy put back in jail - where she belongs. Showing Mike the footage, Daniel provides play by play - Daisy's listening to his Mom scream. It's an outrage, Mike's equally appalled - but without audio, there's no proof. Sorry - Mike goes to check on Phyllis (leaving Daniel to text Daisy - where are you?)

Now alone, the Ashby's fret about Collin (and their kids). Not trusting Genevieve, Cane calls Chris.

At CL's, Genevieve leaves her number with Eden (who'll tell Kevin to call her). On the patio, she taps at the computer keys - 'dammit' she stomps out (likely seeing that she's missing more money).

Yes - Ashley thinks it about payback (and Jack proving that he can still win - even from his wheelchair). Keeping BofN and Jabot separate is stupid. We have equal power, Jack reminds - you can't run me out. No - but the board can.

Mike's let into the penthouse - oh how sorry he is. Near tears, Phyllis never expected to have a baby anyway - but got caught up in the excitement. It's over - gone ~hug~ It's OK Mike consoles.

Back at CL's, Daniel returns Daisy's bracelet - then blasts her; having watched her listening to his Mom crying out for help! That's not true, Daisy whines. You could have called 911 - got help - but you did NOTHING! Daniel shouts.

Why is Ricky packing? Because Heather evicted me, Ricky tattles to his Dad - with zero notice. Is that necessary? Paul asks. Giving Ricky until tomorrow, Heather marches out - leaving Paul to ask why he was at Tim Reid's apartment.

Mike serves tea and sympathy - and the news that Tim Reid's missing. Phyllis tells the DA that she was only there once - he didn't mention a trip (then changes the subject to her marriage and how wonderful Nick is - then how frightened she is for Daniel and Lucy). Having seen the video, Mike wishes his hands weren't tied (by lack of proof).

Daisy claims the footage shows her trying to apologize to Phyllis - then leaving when she realized there was no point. Daniel knows Daisy heard his mother screaming. Don't touch me!

After talking to Chris, Cane updates Lily - Collin was released on a humanitarian early release. He's on a no flight list - so can't legally re-enter the States. With a hug, Cane promises they'll be safe.

In her suite, Genevieve takes scissors to an orchid - than stabs buttons on her phone. You son of a bitch! I know what you're doing and you're not gonna get away with it!

Yes - if Jack doesn't stick with his plan to merge the companies OR step down from one, Ashley will go to the board (who'll agree he can't run Jabot and it's biggest competitor). Forgetaboutit - bring it on, Jack challenges. Gladly, Ashley exits.

Ricky tells Paul that he interviewed Tim for his book on Phyllis (and would talk to him again but heard he's missing). Any idea where he went? Paul intends to find out (so leaves Ricky to his packing - and simmering rage).

Pointing his finger, Daniel vows to find a way to get Daisy out of his and Lucy's life for good. As she runs out, Eden watches.

This is my fault - Phyllis' love for Lucy clouded her judgment. She's so sorry she baited Daisy - put the Baldwin's in a bad position - and didn't stop Daniel's marriage. Now we're all paying the price. There's only one thing Phyllis can do - get rid of Daisy permanently.

Next: Leading a horse in from her ride, Nikki snips at an indignant Sharon - I didn't think you'd mind if I rode him first - that sorta thing doesn't seem to bother you ... Maybe we could call a truce, Heather says. That'd be nice, Ricky agrees ... Paul tells Avery that if anyone would want Dr Reid gone, it'd be Phyllis.

My Thoughts: Phyllis' 'love' for Lucy? Doesn't she mean her determination to 'win'? She fought for Lucy long before she had any emotional ties to her ... What a long day - Phyllis has been admitted and released from hospital after a miscarriage, said I do - and is now having tea with Mike (usually the release paperwork takes a whole day). What time was the wedding scheduled for? 9am? ... What's so illegal about Genevieve finding out who's stealing her money? If it WERE legal, she'd just call the bank or the cops (instead of paying Kevin a 'fortune' to hack in) ...Lily sure wasted no time tattling to Genevieve that Chloe was the one who told them about her secret bank account (which won't remain a secret for long in Chloe's hands). Odd that the Feds didn't question Genevieve about her recent withdrawal - conveniently made right before she turned herself in ... Why HAS Jack changed his mind on merging the two companies - but why is Ashley suddenly so angry at him? If they're co-CEO's why don't either of them ever show up to work at Jabot? ... If only the penthouse security cameras had audio. At least the doorman is extra diligent ... Great move Phyllis - telling the new DA that you're gonna get rid of someone for good ... Ricky and Heather both sounded like children in need of a scolding from their father (but why would Paul defend Ricky?) and why wouldn't the super's wife stick around while Paul went through Tim's apartment. Isn't it possible he had another prescription? Or took some medication with him? Why is Tim's disappearance even on the news already - with no signs of foul play? But since it IS on the news, why aren't the cops more involved? ... The ranch is now located 'in the boondocks'? It doesn't seem to take anyone very long to get there .. Since when has CL's had two huge monitors on the wobbly patio table? .. With several characters exiting, it's hard to say who's gonna be killed off (if Daisy goes, Eden will have to testify to Daniel's very public threat - while Mike's just heard Phyllis'). Ricky's a suspect by default (but is rumuoured to be leaving the show too).
