Victor's hands over her eyes, Sharon's lead into the stables. She can't believe he DID this!! Uncovering Sharon's eyes, Victor's dumbfounded at the sight of an empty stall - where's the horse!!??

Hey - Avery joins Paul at the club - and is surprised to hear that Dr Reid was Phyllis' therapist. Ricky's involved in his disappearance, Paul's sure - shrugging when asked; You think he did something to him?

Hi Sis. Yes - Ricky's still here - but no, doesn't need more time. Place is all yours, he hands over the key. Heather suggests a truce. Wouldn't that be nice, Ricky doesn't sound too hopeful (as he exits with his last box).

Of course Kevin's not involved in anything illegal - but Mike implies his sister is. Oh? What's Daisy done now?

When Nick arrives at the penthouse with his bags ~hug~ Phyllis updates that Daisy heard her screaming - and didn't help.

Lucy in her arms, Daisy finds Daniel re-watching the surveillance footage. She insists she was trying to apologize. How can she make him listen? Tell the truth, Daniel goes to put Lucy down for her nap.

Paul continues to update Avery. Tim's neighbour told him that Ricky was there - and Ricky confirmed it. He was looking for dirt on his book about Phyllis. But, with all the coincidences, it's hard to believe anything Ricky says. Hearing about the meds left behind, Avery points out that the last thing Ricky wants is his source disappearing. And when Paul brings up that Phyllis would, she suggests Ricky's just who he claims to be; a journalist who wants a story. Inconvinced, Paul sure hopes so.

On the CL's patio, Ricky pumps Troy for info - what's new at GCPD? Any info on the missing doctor? Nope - it's like he vanished. Ricky needs to sell a story (and find a place to live). Troy's surprised Heather would want the 'safe house' back (after dirty cops tried to kill her). A bomb!? Ricky had no idea - wow.

Back at the penthouse, Nick's outraged to hear that Daisy ignored Phyllis' cries for help. When's this gonna end? Phyllis whines that she's paying the price for her one mistake (bringing Daisy to town). Not happy to hear Mike can't help, there's no WAY Nick's letting Daisy get away with this!

Daniel can't just leave without telling Daisy where he's going or when he'll be back. We're married! Don't remind me, Daniel walks. Pullin' the ole 'package deal', Daisy threatens that he'll lose Lucy. Watch me! Daniel will be back when he's back.

After calling to report the disappearance of his rare horse, a puzzled Victor goes up to meet the officer at the house. Seconds later, Nikki leads the horse in - didn't think you'd mind if I rode him first - that sorta thing doesn't bother YOU, she snipes at Sharon.

What kind of person ignores a pregnant woman's cries for help? Kevin tells Mike that Daisy keeps whining about being given a second chance. She's a sociopath, Daniel appears to say. After Mike leaves, Daniel takes his seat - to tell Kevin he needs something stronger than coffee (to deal with being married to 'that woman' til Lucy's 18).

Dropping by the penthouse, Avery's updated that Nick and Phyllis got married last night. And after Nick leaves. she's in tears at the news that Phyllis lost the baby.

Seconds after Heather leaves to pick up food, Ricky emerges to let himself into the apartment (grumbling that there's 'no trace' he was ever there). He snoops through her stuff; boring - then hides a bug above the window - and leaves a gift wrapped box - happy housewarming Sis.

Poor boy - that mean old bag hurt you? Sharon pets the horse (now in his stall) - he's not used to carrying that much weight. Nikki fires back - Sharon's weighed down by silicone. Not all real ones sag. NOTHING about Sharon is 'real'. Back and forth it goes. You're a tramp - a whore! YOU are a dried up old drunk! The fight soon turns physical - Sharon and Nikki weakly shoving and tossing hay at one another.

Sharon stands still so that Nikki can pour water over her head - then (after having her head dunked in a bucket of water) for a sprinkling of powder. You jealous lush! Strolling in, Victor and the officer break up the fight. Let go of me Victor! Restrained, Nikki points her finger at Sharon - I'm not done with you.

Back at CL's, Daniel agrees with what Mike said - it's not Kevin's fault. Well - they both had Terrible Tom for a father - and Daisy had Sheila for a Mom - at least he had Gloria. Phyllis definitely has that 'mother lioness' thing going on. Daniel can't get over Daisy leaving Phyllis to lose her baby. Summoned to the club (by Nick), Daniel leaves Kevin to race out seconds later.

Serving coffee, Avery's told how amazing Nick's been. He's hurting over the baby too. Avery was looking forward to (and feels cheated from) being an Auntie from day one. Daisy did this to us, Phyllis says - then is asked about her old therapist. Hearing Tim's missing, Phyllis looks guilty.

Bumping into Mike at the club, Paul's told that his contact had no news on Tim. And as Paul's relaying his trip to Kanosha, Mike must step away to take a call. Bags in hand, Ricky arrives to announce he's just moved out. S'OK though - everything's gonna turn out way better than he thought.

Back with her take-out, Heather fails to notice the gift wrapped box in her apartment.

Having summoned both Mike and Daniel, Nick arrives to say he doesn't want condolences. Mike's hands may be 'tied' but HIS aren't. Neither are Daniel's. That kinda talk could get them in trouble, the DA warns. So be it, Nick just wants to get Daisy out of their lives.

Marching into Daisy's, Kevin rants - you make me sick! Telling her 'side of the story', Daisy shows him the video. Denying she heard Phyllis call out - she was thinking about her apology. Innocent AND noble, Kevin scoffs. Daisy isn't a cold, heartless monster (who walked away) and nobody can prove that.

You call him Tim? Phyllis doesn't call him anything - and knowing about the book, isn't surprised to hear Ricky went to see him. Yes, Paul believes Ricky's involved - but Avery thinks that ridiculous. Phyllis admits she went to see Tim - to see if he told Ricky anything about her.

Still restrained by Victor, Nikki's introduced as his ex wife. And this is the tramp .... The lady I gave the horse to, Victor cuts in. Struggling, Nikki claims she was there to ride - and visit her grandchildren (one of which is HER daughter!) That's right - this is her former father in law! And as Victor barks for order, Sharon spouts off about Nikki dancing on a pole. Nikki's pressing assault charges - while Sharon wants HER arrested for stealing her horse! Still restraining Sharon, the cop decides to arrest both. Good! Victor huffs.

Mike tries to make Daniel and Nick understands - he can't bend the law (as he might have in the past). There's no proof against Daisy (who kidnapped his wife, Mike reminds). Through clenched teeth, Mike expresses his frustration - he's the DA - but can't do a damn thing to put Daisy behind bars.

Knowing Kevin's never gonna trust her, Daisy thinks HE should know that people change - if someone believes in them. Trust takes time, Kevin EARNED his second chance (after getting his ass kicked in prison). Yeah but Kevin would still be the town pariah if he didn't have Mike's support. Maybe, Kevin concedes. Daisy wishes SHE had a brother like that.

Back at the penthouse, Avery grills Phyllis on what Tim told her - did he say he was leaving? If Paul's right about Ricky .... No - I did it! Phyllis admits that she paid Dr Reid to leave. I got rid of him.

Ricky assures Paul that he's 'OK with this'. All checked into his suite, he hopes Heather's happy in her old place (and safe). Huh? Ricky heard about the bomb threat. People DO hold grudges. People like HIM? Me? No way. Ricky has no hard feelings towards Heather. Oh what he'd give to see her face when she opens the housewarming gift he left. It'll blow her away, he chuckles. Worried, Paul suddenly has to run - catch you later. Sure Dad.

Watching the footage again, Kevin agrees that Daisy's right - he'd be nowhere without Mike - and there's no proof she heard Phyllis crying for help. Does that mean ...? Yes - Kevin will step up and be her Michael - but if he finds out she's lying .... Daisy launches into his arms - thank you! Finally, someone believes in me!

Nick knows Mike would lock Daisy up if he could (and will - if she breaks the law). Daniel ponders - the only way to get rid of her is if she disappears.

Why would Phyllis pay her therapist to leave town? Shifty eyed, Phyllis confides that Tim knows things she didn't want in Ricky's book (which of course results in Avery wanting details).

In his suite, Ricky goes through the file again. Determined to uncover Phyllis' secrets, he checks what she charged to her card Christmas of 94. Hmm - a rental car. No repair bills for her OWN car - why would she rent one for a day?

Unpacking boxes, Heather finally spots the one Ricky left. 'No hard feelings Sis, Love Ricky', the card reads. Beneath the tissue, she finds a pretty wooden music box. Don't open it! Paul bursts in with the cops. Thank God you're OK! he pants - Ricky made it sound like he left a bomb. Dad? Are you OK? A concerned Heather's pulled into her father's arms (as the cops examine the music box).

Still at the club, Mike calls to summon Lauren over - he needs to speak with her. Victor arrives to ask a favour. Nikki and Sharon are in jail. No - Victor doesn't want 'strings pulled' - he'd like the arraignment postponed.

I'm not sharing a cell with her! Nikki screeches as the female guard locks them up. Sharon smirks - no worries - Victor will be there soon to bail her out (for which she'll give him 'something Nikki couldn't'). Bitch, Nikki mutters. I heard that. I know.

Next: Daisy marches into Ricky's - SO ready to jump into operation 'destroy the red headed shrew'... Avery asks - what are you gonna do if this ex therapist comes back? He's never coming back, Phyllis assures ... He's here for me, Nikki and Sharon say in unison. You're BOTH wrong, Victor corrects through the bars.

My Thoughts: Avery feels 'cheated' (out of being an Auntie) Boo hoo. And she thought Nick would 'hold off' on moving in with Phyllis? Yeah - cause they wouldn't possibly lower their high moral standards to cohabitate before being legally wed .... 'Unsavoury'? At one time, Sharon was very intrigued at the thought of being a stripper (motivated by Britney, she once danced seductively in front of her mirror, dreaming of being an exotic dancer). Sharon throwing Nikki's alcoholism in her face is a low blowWhy would she just stand there while Nikki poured water and then powder all over her? Like her high heels (perfect for riding) were nailed to the stable floor. That said, Nikki's way out of line even stepping foot on Victor's property - never mind taking out his new horse without permission. Why hasn't Victor instructed the guards not to allow Nikki free access to the ranch? Odd that the cop wasn't already aware that Victor's dating his former daughter in law (quite a well kept secret, given how often Victor and Sharon have been out in public - and that the Newman's every move seems to be documented by the press). And I guess Nikki forgets that all her men have pre 'ridden' too (some by her own daughter).... Sharon's first move should have been to call Victor to let him know his horse was back safe and sound. Why does she need a new (and rare) 'race' horse anyway? She can't ride one he already has? Both women sounded like school kids in a playground. Can't either of em throw a real punch? The best blow was Nikki saying Sharon was full of silicone (though Sharon claims her breasts are 'real'. Not all 'real ones sag'? I guess Sharon's the only woman able to defy gravity, time and children). Nikki's at the ranch to visit her grandchildren? None of them are even there ... Victor has some nerve asking Mike for any favours (after firing him) ... Arrested for charges against one another, why would Nikki and Sharon be locked in the same cell? .... All his research skills and Ricky had 'no idea' there were attempts made on Heather's life? Nothing in the papers - no tips before now from his contacts in the GCPD? Heather shouldn't need Ricky's key - her first move shoulda been to change the lock ... Daisy IS dangling Lucy like a carrot - threatening that Daniel won't see his daughter if he doesn't play by her rules ... Phyllis claims she only made 'one mistake'? (bringing Daisy back to town) .. How many times does Mike feel the need to remind everyone that he's the new DA? I guess he didn't get a new office? The new DA seems to be working out of CL's and the club.
