The bomb squad gone, Heather would laugh - but it's not really funny. Agreeing, Paul will never live this one down at the station - but what matters is that Heather's safe. The music box's 'unsettling' tune is better than a bomb going off - but Heather's worried about her Dad's state of mind (when it comes to Ricky).

At the penthouse, Avery wants to know what Dr Reid could possibly have told Ricky. Paying him to leave town suggests it's more than 'nothing'. It's not a big deal, Phyllis insists - she just shared personal things. Avery's encouraged to let it go.

Locked in a cell, Nikki and Sharon bicker (about Skye and Diane's deaths). Victor went to jail for me - remember? Nikki boasts. Sharon does - he married HER there. Enough - instead of trading 'barbs', Nikki suggests they rescind their charges - and get away from each other. Fine - but Nikki goes first.

In the stables, Victor shows Nick the horse he got for Sharon - then updates that she's sharing a jail cell with Nikki. Nick's just glad he's not in the middle of it - he's got his own problems. Victor's sorry to hear Phyllis lost the baby.

At the club with Mike, Lauren's devastated to hear that Phyllis lost the baby. I need to see her! It gets worse, Mike admits.

Pacing the studio, Daisy ignores a call from Ricky - and when Daniel bursts back in - asks if he's still pissed at her. She did NOT hear Phyllis! Kevin believes her - why can't HE? Daniel won't - and Daisy's NOT his family. He's taking Lucy to Mom's - and nothing she can say will stop him (after what Daisy pulled).

Paul explains why he thought Ricky may have put a bomb in Heather's apartment - his gift would 'blow her away'. Heather believes Paul's building a case that isn't there. He hasn't been able to tie Ricky to anything. OK - so Paul's a 'little over protective'. Heather's grateful - but he should focus on other things ~hug~

Back in his suite, Ricky calls Daisy - come over to help find the final nail in Phyllis' coffin (or else). Get your butt over here. Fine ~click~ Daisy then chats to Lucy - that was a nasty man - Mommy has to work with him or she'll lose her and Daniel. She hopes Lucy can't tell that Daddy's mad at Mommy. She must convince him she's a good person. Daniel comes to get Lucy - let's go see Grandma, he carries her out.

Dr Reid's never coming back, Phyllis assures. Avery concedes - it's none of her business. Her big Sis can take care of herself. With everything she's been through, Phyllis has her full support - if needed, Avery's here - she should know better than to doubt Phyllis.

Still at the stables, Nick talks about the surprise baby - he was 'all in'. S'OK old boy - the pain will subside. Victor's happy to hear they ended the day by getting married - don't blame yourself for this. Nick won't - he blames Daisy Carter.

She walked away? I'll be damned - Victor suggests they call Mike - the DA's office will make it a priority. Nope - his hands are tied. Victor then suggest Avery file a civil case. He'll get on it as soon as he resolves the Nikki/Sharon situation - and won't tell Nikki about the miscarriage.

~hug~ Lauren's at the penthouse - so sorry about the baby.The evil Daisy must be stopped. Happy about the wedding, Lauren wants every detail. Whatever Phyllis needs, she's there. Both in tears, Phyllis is just glad they're friends again (as is Lauren) ~hug~

Bumping into Heather at CL's, Avery plans to go through the statutes - to see what laws Daisy violated. Heather's to be kept in the loop - Mike will cooperate if she finds anything. We'll be on the same side of the court room for once. Heather and Avery are 'friendly foes'.

Why is Nikki hanging onto Victor while planning to marry Jack? This has nothing to do with HIM - Nikki and Victor are complicated. Sharon's just using Victor - and Nikki doesn't like it. He's all done with complicated. So - that makes Sharon 'simple'. Both babble as Victor arrives. He's here for ME. And both are 'wrong' - he's not doing a 'damn thing' for either of them.

This verbal sparring has got to stop, Victor growls through the bars - or you'll rot in here. Sharon needs a reality check - Nikki will always be part of his life - accept it! And if Nikki wants to be part of that life, she'll accept that Sharon's part of his life. Both need an attitude adjustment - and are left to 'work it out amongst themselves'.

At the club, Paul makes a call - I need to speak to you asap - about Ricky.

Sitting with Heather, Avery says that Paul's having a really hard time with this. And when Mike comes along, to discuss Paul's 'miracle baby', Daisy hides on the patio. Oh - Heather never heard the story? Mike relays the hit and run. Paul didn't think he'd be able to have more kids - then, Isabella got pregnant. The hit and run/attempted murder case is still open. Heather can't believe it - Christmas of 94? What kind on monster would run them down? Avery's equally horrified (as Daisy takes it all in).

The problem is Daisy's so slick - nothing can be pinned on her. If only the footage had audio. Lauren has an idea. Running into the hallway, she calls through the closed door - can Phyllis hear her? As Daniel arrives (with Lucy), Lauren tells Phyllis to talk some more. Clearly hearing Phyllis, all are excited - we've got Daisy - she's going down.

Phyllis rants - sure they have an airtight case for custody. How? When a judge hears Daisy walked away from a woman losing her kid, he'll reverse his decision.

A cocky Lauren accosts Daisy at the club's revolving door. Knowing she hasn't changed, Lauren lists the things Daisy did to her (not buying that she was 'coerced'). You heard Phyllis and did NOTHING - and we have PROOF. The tape? No - something that can't be refuted. Daisy doesn't deserve to be Lucy's mother and Lauren will make sure the world knows it. Worried, Daisy heads up to Ricky's suite - now so ready to jump into 'operation destroy the red headed shrew'). Ricky updates on the car rental - which Daisy will check out. He then goes back to watching footage of Phyllis - I still hate that 'bug'. Must be Christine Blair; who was married to Daniel's Dad - and Ricky's.

Victor's right - we need to work this out, Sharon reasons. She really does understand the connection Nikki has with Victor (as she has with Nick) - and respects it. Nikki will NEVER approve of their relationship. She's used to Sharon's poor choices and judgment (which have effected Nikki's family). Date someone else and she'll leave Sharon alone. Near tears, Sharon recalls Nikki's only kindness - when Cassie died. Isn't it time Nikki gives her a break?

With Avery at the club, Nick wants to find a way to hold Daisy accountable (who's free while he and Phyllis mourn their child). How can they stop Daisy from hurting anyone else?

Meanwhile, at the penthouse, Daniel rants to Phyllis. He married Daisy to protect those he loves - but it's not working. He fantasizes of getting even; throwing her down a flight of stairs - putting a pillow over her face. Phyllis can't go there - we'll get our revenge by getting Lucy. And as Daniel runs upstairs to tend to her, Daisy knocks at the door. Phyllis slams it in her face. How's the acoustics out there? Pretty clear huh? Go away and never come back!

Back in the jail cell, Nikki softens. Maybe she's been hard on Sharon because she recognized herself - and was trying to toughen her up for life as a Newman. Both agree to drop the charges. Guard! Nikki makes it clear - she's not Sharon's BFF - and will never approve of her relationship with Victor. Got it? Yeah - Sharon's got it.

At the club, Nick and Avery are told that Victor left Sharon and Nikki locked up - to work out their issues. He doesn't have time for their foolishness - Daisy must suffer the consequences of her actions.

Hey Sis - what's up? As Ricky opens his door, Heather barks - stop messing with Paul or you'll answer to me (as ADA, not as his sister). She hands the 'gift' back. You really shouldn't have - Heather hopes she never hears that creepy song again. Good thing I kept the receipt, Ricky's left with an evil smile as he listens to the tune.

On the patio, Paul calls Chris. Given access to her contacts, he's warned that he may not like what he finds out about Ricky (and may have to turn it over to the police). Hoping it 'doesn't come to that', Paul's to remain on 'high alert' (as he's uncertain of what Ricky's capable of).

Joining Mike at the club, Lauren's scolded for confronting Daisy. Stay away from her. One day he'll have the pleasure of putting her away for good. With a kiss, Mike leaves Lauren to join a young man. You got the cash? You got the package? Lauren couldn't be any more indiscreet - as she peers into the box; which contains a shiny new gun.

Daisy isn't going anywhere until Phyllis hears what she has to say. And as she confronts her about 'ploughing' over Paul and Christine, Daniel walks in. Awkward.
