What the hell is she talking about? Daniel asks (at the penthouse). She's lying. Phyllis lies. Daisy reads out her 'proof' - Phyllis renting a car in 1964 - to run over Paul and that bug.

I changed my mind, Lauren closes and hands back the box. Appearing briefly, Neil's introduced to Kirk (a designer). If you change your mind .. Lauren's left with his phone number.

Nope - no bomb squad - just Paul with ice cream and an apology for overreacting. Letting him in, Heather assures that she's not afraid of Ricky. A restraining order? Really? she bleats (as Ricky watches it all on his laptop).

Moping (and drinking) over an unopened envelope from Ashley's lawyer, Tucker (at G-worm) is joined by Harmony - who's so sorry (to hear Ashley filed for divorce).

On the CL's patio, Genevieve reads a letter. Her credit cards all declined, she's to vacate her suite at the club. Joined by Kevin, she has a new job - close her account and move the money asap. Jumping on it immediately, Kevin frowns at his laptop. Weird - somebody changed Genevieve's password.

Genevieve can't to to the bank - no one can know it's HER account. Kevin has a chipmunk head she can borrow. Kevin can try hack in - but whomever changed the password put up some serious firewalls. Just do it, Genevieve pressures her computer 'geek'

Following her 12 steps Harmony doesn't know how to make amends to Tucker (for taking advantage of his drunken state). He loves Ashley - tried to be faithful. But Tucker loves women - and wanted to be with Harmony - still does.

As Ricky listens in, Heather squawks - no Judge is gonna issue a restraining order (for her brother giving her a music box). Paul could never forgive himself (if Ricky hurt Heather).

As Daniel reads the letter, Daisy continues her accusations (which Phyllis continues to deny). It was no accident, Daisy insists - look at the date! Daniel's mother is a hypocritical liar - who's worse than SHE is (and never paid for it). She then goes upstairs for Lucy (not wanting her around his crazy Mom). Is ANY of this true? Daniel's left to ask. Leaving (with Lucy) Daisy assures the secret's safe - as long as she's part of this family. Mom - you gotta tell me what the hell's going on here, Daniel says (as Phyllis looks shaken).

She's lying, Phyllis is left to insist. She's using this to trap me - or to take Lucy, Daniel MUST know what's going on. No! Don't call Danny - or Chris, Phyllis wails. Then, she better tell Daniel the truth.

Joining Lauren at the club's bar, Paul hears all about Daisy leaving Phyllis to miscarry. How much more must they take before someone's allowed to stop her??

Harmony doesn't think it at good idea. Tucker DOES know how to make a woman feel good. It'd be satisfying (but regrettable) - like a hit of drugs. It won't make either of our problems go away. Following Harmony's stare, Tucker looks at Neil - will he?

You got it bad for that dude. No worries about Devon's reaction - Tucker assures Harmony that Neil's marriage to Sofia was never gonna work. He doesn't love her. Listen darlin' - be careful - one heartless bastard in a lifetime is enough. After Tucker leaves, Neil joins Harmony (who was just leaving). We can't keep avoiding one another.

Joining Kevin, Daisy's in a great mood. Things are looking up - and Phyllis has reconsidered (blaming her for the miscarriage). This 'accident' will be put behind them - cause that's what family's do.

OK - so Phyllis saw Christine kissing Danny. She snapped - didn't want her to get away with it. What did she do? Tearing up, Phyllis admits to Daniel that she rented a car. She just wanted to follow them - then planned to 'scare' Chris. Phyllis didn't mean to hurt them. It was an accident.

Back at the bar, Paul now confides that Heather and Avery think he's overreacting - but he's not - something's 'off' about Ricky. Lauren knows Paul has great instincts - and doesn't think he's overreacting (by calling the marines in for the music box). SHE pulled a gun on Daisy in her boutique after all.

Out of jail for months, Daisy now finally feels 'free' - and it's all thanks to her brother's support. Kevin talks about the new website (and the need for investors). He did have a plan for funds - but doesn't look like it's gonna pan out.

On the phone, Genevieve (jewelry box in front of her) complains on the phone - my only crime was helping YOU. Her suite has free wi fi - and the internet is full of website on revenge.

An unidentified woman's hands sift through a bank safety deposit box; what appears to be passports, Euros - then adding a stack of American money.

Still at G-worm, Neil shows Harmony a photo on his phone of Moses standing - too bad he wasn't there to see it. Idle chit chat leads to Neil admitting that he and Devon were talking about her last night.

Phyllis doesn't care how many articles report the 'accident' was deliberate - she tried to stop but hit the gas by mistake. Of COURSE she covered it up - panicked, just like Daniel die (with Cassie). The big difference is that SHE had HIS back the entire time.

Getting a visit from Paul, Ricky's told to stay away from Heather. You think I'd hurt my sister? Wow. He took some picture - got her in trouble at work - and now he's a threat. That's not all you think I've done is it? No, Paul agrees.

The club's manager accosts Ms Atkinson (who apologizes for being too busy to return his calls). Yes - she got the letter. As Tucker listens, Genevieve's given an hour to cover her bill. Yes - everything's fine, she assures - declining Tucker's offer of help. You're fine huh? he looks at Gen's dropped purse - jewelry spilling onto the floor.

Now seated at the bar, Tucker's given his credit card back. All Genevieve's expenses are to go on it. You didn't have to do that, she says. Tucker takes her hand - it'll be alright. Thanks, she smiles gratefully.

Back at G-worm, Neil relays what he told Devon - Harmony's doing her best - people make mistakes (and move on). Without responding, Harmony bids him good night and exits.

So? Find anything? A lot of things don't add up, Paul doesn't give details. Ricky always wanted to be just like his Dad - uncovering the truth - bringing down the bad guy. Now, Paul thinks HE'S the bad guy - why? What did Ricky do (besides be Isabella's son)? Paul's not out to get him - he's worried about Ricky (who thinks he's more concerned about Heather). Stay away from her, Paul repeats.

On the patio, Kevin gives Heather a welcome home hug. Both have problematic siblings - but you can't convict someone on a bad feeling.

Inside, Daisy tries to chat up Fen (who's now a teenager). Get away from my son, Lauren appears to snarl. Telling her to get a grip, Daisy exits. Oh - she and Phyllis worked everything out. After Fen calms her down, Lauren steps aside to make a call (wanting to meet Kirk asap).

Swearing she didn't try to kill Paul and Christine, Phyllis assures Daniel that she'll take care of Daisy. Now that they can't use the video footage to get custody, Daniel needs to find a way to get Daisy out of their lives.

Next: What are you doing here? Daniel asks. My wonderful brother gave me a job, Daisy grins ... Nick tells Phyllis that she was talking in her sleep last night. What did she say? 'Don't do it Daisy. Stop' .. What are you doing here? Victor asks. Nikki's returned to he scene of the crime (the stable).
