Phyllis stops her dusting - to flashback to Daisy and Daniel (confronting her on her unpunished hit n run). Oh, how will they get Daisy out of their lives? Nick comes down - very impressed that 'Martha Stewart' is dusting. Avery bursts in - she thinks she's found a way to get rid of Daisy.

At CL's, Kevin oversees Daisy wrestling with the faulty espresso machine - then explains to Eden that he's giving her a chance (like Mike was there for them). As the barista's walk off, Daniel joins Eden. What the hell? Hell is a 'vaycay' compared to this.

Bumping into Kirk at the club, Lauren appreciates his discretion. Yes, she's keeping her new purchase safe. Paul arrives - to update Lauren that he warned Ricky to stay away from Heather.

Ricky brushes his teeth - and watches Heather on his laptop.

At the club's bar, Paul continues - Ricky wants to be like him (bring down the bad guys) - and accused him of loving Heather more than him. Lauren thinks it manipulative - trust your gut. Having caught Daisy chatting with Fen, Lauren's determined to defend her family. How exactly? Paul wonders.

Eden apologizes to Kevin (who thinks she owes it to Daisy; who's been through a lot). It's not like she's gonna poison the coffee. You sure? Kevin hasn't forgotten what Daisy's done - he's watching her. Now on the patio, Eden relays the info to Daniel (who mopes that Kevin was on his side yesterday). He now feels trapped in the marriage - there's no way out.

Read and rejoice - Avery comes over to show the Newman's a Wisconsin law (which states that if someone's life's at risk, you must contact authorities). Manslaughter? Criminal negligence? Phyllis is excited - Daisy'll go to jail, lose Lucy and Daniel (and be out of their lives forever).

Yes, Avery DOES think it'll work (and still blames herself). No - she's given the Newman's a ray of hope ~hug~ Phyllis had given up hope. Left alone, Phyllis prays it works (and exits herself).

Back at the bar, Lauren tells Paul she doesn't have a plan. Nervous, she goes to call Fen. Bumping into Ricky, she drops her purse (to briefly reveal the gun). After she scurries off, Ricky joins Paul - to say he (Ricky) should watch where he's going. Where IS he going? Really Dad? Ricky walks off (also looking nervous).

Daisy saunters onto the patio; hello husband. What do you want? To be close to you, she purrs. Saying they were just talking, Eden leaves Daisy to scold Daniel (who must pretend they're happily married) - or she'll expose his mother's secret. Nope - Daniel doesn't wanna come pick up Lucy - he's got stuff to do. A confident Phyllis then confronts Daisy - hoping she had fun while it lasted. Her days are numbered.

Rejoining Paul, Lauren wonders if Ricky said anything about her. Nothing's wrong. Paul knows there is - why is she clinging to her purse? Trust me. Lauren thought Ricky saw this.... Are you crazy? Paul eyes widen at the sight of the gun. Not as crazy as the person Lauren's protecting her family from.

Avery's insistent knock on her door tells Heather that it's something important. Reading the folder Avery pulls out of her briefcase, Heather grins - oh, this is good.

You're going to jail, Phyllis tells Daisy that she committed a crime - by leaving her screaming. You'll lose Daniel and Lucy. No - YOU'RE going to jail. There's only one way Phyllis won't press charges - if Daisy swears not to tell anyone she tried to kill Chris and Paul. Divorce Daniel and share custody of Lucy.. Daisy refuses. Do the right thing. Bite me, Daisy snaps.

Paul reminds Lauren that she's still on probation for the last time she waved a gun in Daisy's face. It hasn't come out of her purse. It's a means of defense - Lauren doesn't wanna feel vulnerable. Paul can't believe Mike's OK with this. He doesn't know. Everything's as vivid as yesterday - Daisy's deadly - please keep this between the two of us, Lauren pleads.

Hey guys, Nick comes along - with good news for Lauren - Avery found a way to put Daisy back behind bars - she could be out of our lives soon - for good.

You're bluffing, Daisy says. The Judge is signing your arrest warrant. They argue about who's the attempted murderer - who's at more risk of going to jail. Paul and Chris will hate Phyllis. You're a stupid, pathetic little girl, Phyllis shouts. Kevin breaks it up - stop it. take it somewhere else. Daisy's left to whine - why are Phyllis and Daniel so vicious? She was just defending herself.

Ricky orders coffee - for here - bring it over when it's ready, he orders Eden. Kevin asks if he was giving her a hard time. No - but he creeps Eden out. Ricky gets on his tablet - to watch Heather and Avery, plugging his earphones in to listen.

Avery wants Heather's help - find precedence - so the judge will take it seriously. Enlisting Mike would be a conflict of interest. Public perception - it'll look like a personal vendetta. Yes, Heather'd be happy to help Avery.

Back on the patio, Daisy comes up behind Ricky - is there a bug in my old apartment? Daisy may have to take Lucy - get out of GC fast. She needs his help - if it comes down to that.

Nick explains that Avery's doing more research - then leaves Paul to tell Lauren that she doesn't need to risk her freedom by carrying that gun. It'll bring trouble NOT make things better. Give it to me.

Kevin tells Eden she can go home. He's not mad - just go enjoy the day. Eden apologizes again - she's protective of Daniel AND Kevin (who still believes Daisy deserves a chance). No - she and Daniel aren't seeing each other - but she worries about him.

Returning home, Daniel paces - flashing back over his entire history with Daisy, he's pissed.

Daisy won't be separated from Lucy again - people are always accusing her of things. Ricky knows all about the charge (from spying on Heather). Daisy won't go to jail - he's gonna help, right? Eden eavesdrops (then slips out) - as Ricky agrees to help her.

Phyllis gets another visit from Avery; who's talked to Heather. We can move forward against Daisy. Wow - but Phyllis isn't sure of the plan now.

Is Paul going to the gala? He will if Lauren gives him the gun. She won't - until they find out about the charges against Daisy. Lauren once had confidence; Daisy made her powerless. You're home, safe - it's over, Paul reassures. Lauren's still keeping the gun.

Kevin ends a call from a freaked out Chloe. Heather can't make it to the gala - work. Kevin's hired Daisy - wouldn't she hire Ricky? No (but only because she doesn't like him).

Getting no answer at Heather's door, Ricky lets himself in. Eden's caught at the door. He left something behind; a small camera. Eden apologizes - tries to make nice. Let's start fresh - hang some time. Sure.

As Daniel wraps the hand he injured in his fury, Daisy returns with Lucy. What's going on? She looks distressed.

Phyllis now remembers details of the argument with Daisy - she didn't cry out after all. Yes, she's sure. Avery pushes. Phyllis can't lie - drop it. Avery leaves stunned - she'll be in touch. Now alone, Phyllis is joined by Nick (who's feeling better about things than he has in a long time). Phyllis wants this to be over ~hug~

Next: You will regret having given all that money to that loser, Victor warns Abby ... In Ricky's apartment, Daisy's on his laptop. Look up, smile for the camera, Ricky's voice says ... Who were you talking to? Lauren asks Mike (at the penthouse). Daisy - she insists she has to meet with me.
