At CL's, Phyllis isn't impressed to hear that Mike WILL investigate her (along with anyone else who had it in for Daisy). Heather joins them to say there's a warrant and APB out on Daisy. No longer a potential victim, she's a fugitive.

In Daniel's studio, Kevin continues to rant about Daisy. Eden throws Ricky under the bus - they kissed - and were talking about Daniel. Ricky's involved in this, she asserts.

At the club's bar, Avery believes Daisy took off to avoid arrest (while Paul's sure Ricky's involved).

Using Daisy's credit card, Ricky orders a pizza - his wife will pick it up.

Downstairs, at the club, the Winters/Ashby's etc. gather for the twins birthday party. Sofia arrives without Moses (who has the sniffles). Walking over with Genevieve (and her big gift), Cane agrees not to discuss Collin today. Arriving, Harmony notices the party and heads the other way (which turns Neil's smile upside down).

Ricky orders a bus ticket to Ottawa in Daisy's name. Pleased with himself, Ricky decides that Daniel's the one making it look like his wife's on the run.

Still at RS, Phyllis and Mike are still debating Daisy leaving - when Heather comes to announce that the blood on Daisy's scarf is Daniel's.

Heather taking a seat, Phyllis lists reasons why Daniel's blood may have been on Daisy's scarf. Sure she took off - who knows why she didn't stick around to talk to Mike. Mike IS the DA - he can't ignore Daniel as a suspect - he's gotta go to the station for quesioning. Come to the house - please, Phyllis begs. OK - but Mike must go where the evidence leads. Call Avery - Daniel's gonna need a good attorney.

Kevin takes a turn trying to feed Lucy (who must miss her Mom). Daisy was a great Mom, Daniel admits - but she was also good at tortuting Lauren and Jana - and leaving him for dead. Kevin shouldn't feel guilty for not stepping up sooner. Eden's still believes Ricky's behind it.

Back at the club's bar, Paul wants to believe he's lost perspective - that Ricky's not involved. Avery's gotten it wrong too - like Daisy. Be open to seeing things in new ways - be father and son (not PI and suspect). Summoned by Phyllis, Avery exits.

Awkward. Harmony spotted at the front door, Lily wonders who invited her - but at Sofia's suggestion, does just that. And as Genevieve and Cane chat, Lily convinces a reluctant Harmony to stay (by whispering a secret in her ear).

At CL's, Daniel (with Lucy) joins Phyllis and Avery - to hear Mike wants to talk to him (about his blood on Daisy's scarf). Musta happened when Daniel cut his hand. Yeah, Eden chirps (while Kevin's not so convinced). After the others leave, Eden rants about Mike going after Daniel instead of Ricky. Kevin sees no reason for Ricky to hurt Daisy. Oh - and Daniel WOULD? Eden huffs. Appearing, Heather would love to hear these things Daniel's said that make him sound guilty. Suddenly having something to do, Eden leaves Kevin on the hot seat.

Ricky hides Daisy's wallet and phone - as Paul comes knocking at his suite. Back again - what's the accusation this time? Paul doesn't blame Ricky - and just wants to get to know him.

The twins party in full swing, Lily opens Genevieve's gift - oohing an awing over the clothes she ordered from Milan (which Cane notes must have 'set her back'). Lily has another surprise - Anna! Looking left out, Harmony watches Devon hug his sister.

Now Devon watches - as Harmony moves into Anna's open arms. And as the two sit aside to talk, Devon doesn't wanna see Anna get hurt. It's all good - til Harmony lets you down. Cane can relate - but he's forgiven his Mom for not being perfect.

Paul can't go back and teach Ricky how to ride a back - but wants to be the best Dad he can NOW. Maybe by just listening (as a Dad, not a detective). Ricky gets it - the interrogation failed, so now Paul's putting on the 'I wanna be your Dad' act. It's NOT an act. Get out! Ricky opens the door - slamming it after Paul leaves. Eden then knocks on Ricky's door - to hang out. Having info on Daisy, Eden's allowed in - to confide that the cops think Daniel got rid of her.

At the penthouse, Avery's coached Daniel to answer Mikes questions (but no more than what's asked for). Phyllis' arm around Daniel, Mike asks her to leave. He then speaks into his mini recorder - let's start with the evening Daisy disappeared.

Kevin assures Heather that Daniel didn't have anything to do with Daisy's disappearance. Heather needs his help - knows Daniel wasn't happy - witnesses heard him talk about getting rid of her. Yes, Daniel wanted Daisy out of his life, Kevin admits - but he was just blowing off steam. Heather then gets a call 'that changes everything' (and makes Kevin nervous)

While Neil and Cane entertain the twins, Lily scolds Genevieve for spending so much money. Don't worry about me, Genevieve goes for a drink - leaving Sofia to talk to Lily about Genevieve's sacrifice (her assets for Cane's freedom). She worries about Moses - should she have stayed with Neil so he'd have two parents? Devon talks to Anna (who's grateful to Harmony - and put all her pain into her music). Devon doesn't want her to get hurt. But Anna's decided to forgive Harmony - and move on with her life.

Eden disses Daniel - him kissing her (after just getting married) was a big red flag. Ricky's glad she got away from him - too bad Daisy didn't listen to him. Eden offers to buy Ricky a drink. Really? OK. Let's go. Ricky decides 'tequila' is a good 'forgive me' drink. Her arm linked through Ricky's, Eden looks back at the housekeeper outside his suite.

Back at CL's, Kevin grills Heather on the call (that 'changes everything'). Phyllis appears - interested too. Heather informs that Daisy's been using her credit card. Kevin's relieved - she's OK.

At the penthouse, Mike ignores Heather's call - to question Daniel (on what took him so long to get to the gala). Then - at the club with Nick - he wished Daisy would disappear. Taking Heather's next call, Mike updates that Daisy's credit card indicates she's headed for Canada (which tells Daniel that his Mom's been right all along). Nothing would make Mike happier.

The candles blown out to applause, Devon takes Harmony aside. Inspired by Anna, he apologizes - forgive me; Devon wants to start with a clean slate. Yes Boo - I love you ~hug~

At the bar, Eden hits the ladies room - leaving Ricky to order tequila and a row of shot glasses. Upstairs, Eden has the housekeeper let her into her boyfriend's suite - to snoop around.

Daisy's eating pizza - and on her way to Canada, Avery's ready to wrap it up. Until it's confirmed, Mike still views Daniel as a suspect. And as he's explaining why he punched a table, Phyllis returns - why is Mike still there!? Daisy's alive. No - Mike only knows that someone's using her credit card. Daniel and Phyllis glare at Mike (as he gets another call from Heather).

The party still on, Lily finds a missed gift; an old fashioned doll and toy car. What kind of sick joke is this? Cane's pissed. And if it wasn't Genevieve, it must have been Collin.

Hanging up, Mike now needs Daniel at the station for questioning. The charges on Daisy's credit card were made from her phone (by her 'husband') - the items not picked up. Daniel doesn't even know where Daisy's phone IS! The calls pinged off a nearby tower. Upset, Phyllis is sure Daisy's behind it. But the police believe Daniel's trying to make it look like she's still alive - because he killed her. Advise your client to come for interrogation, Mike tells Avery. I'm innocent, Daniel mumbles. Phyllis knows he is - and will join them at the station once she's found a sitter for Lucy.

Back at CL's, Kevin's stunned by Heather's news - Daisy's not using her credit card - the cops think Daniel killed her.

Joining Ricky at the bar, Paul apologizes to Ricky - a suspect is being brought in for questioning. Ricky'd ask Paul to join him, but he's waiting for someone. After Paul leaves, Ricky checks his watch - as Eden's snooping finally leads her to Daisy's wallet and phone (beneath the sofa cushions). OMG - it was Ricky! Downstairs, the shot glasses are out - but Ricky's gone.

Next: Right now all the evidence points to you, Heather tells Daniel (as Avery huffs in the background) .... Chloe's at the station too - a weird night just got weirder. Nice to see you too, Malloy smiles at Chloe .... Also at the station, Phyllis updates Nick - they think Daniel killed Daisy. Well we know he didn't, Nick's supportive as ever.

My Thoughts: Should Heather really be delivering sensitive information involving a case - in front of a potential suspect (not to mention in a busy coffee shop)? The evidence that's being blurted out should be withheld and thrown at Daniel when he's in the interrogation room .... Assuming the pizza/bus terminal record their calls - wouldn't voice analysis easily prove that the calls weren't made by Daniel? ... Good ole GCAC housekeeping strikes again. If Eden forgot her sunglasses at Ricky's, she should have gotten the key from HIM.
