Today's Spoiler

Chelsea didn't bring Adam back to the suite for her hat (she doesn't even own a hat). She appreciates Adam defending her - and understands that Vikki's scared another baby will be taken from her.

Home with Johnny, Vikki realizes she may have overreacted - she can handle his birth mother as Aunt Chelsea, right? Oh - if only Billy were here.

At the penthouse, Avery updates Nick and Phyllis (who's stunned to hear that Paul's son was a serial killer). Paul confided in Avery - but there's no proof. Daniel joins them to say he believes Paul - but not Ricky (perhaps Daisy's NOT dead).

Happy belated birthday - at the club, Kyle gives Jack a gift; a water resistant watch. Concerns about the cost are shrugged off; Victor gave Kyle a bonus.

Seated by an ass kissing Gloria, Victor and Sharon mention Abby - cueing the Fisher's to show up asking about her too. She'll be home any time now. Yes, Chloe does have a few things to say to her (and yes, Abby WILL be sorry). Neither Sharon nor Victor blame her.

At the station, Abby (with Carmine) is in good humour - and would like the DA to remove her accessories (handcuffs) now. Ashley arrives with Tucker - is this just a joke to you? This arrest was NOT for show, Mike growls (Malloy at his side). Not having hurt anyone, Abby's sure they have better things to do with their time (which launches Mike into a hissy fit about wasting time and money on a 'massive' search). He's NOT letting this slide.

Cuddling on the sofa, Adam suggests Chelsea tell her father (or Uncle) that they're getting married. Oh yeah - he'd be thrilled to see me. Let's go to G-worm babe - you're marrying into the Newman dynasty (albeit a splintered branch) - Adam thinks Jeff might be the most positive of all their family members.

At G-worm, the Fisher's are exchanging lame jokes (at Abby's expense) with the Bardwell's. So selfish, so irresponsible - so Abby, they rant.

Calm down - Abby just wants to explain (and will be allowed to call her lawyer, Leslie, AFTER being 'processed'). Ashley dismisses Tucker - thanks for your support. She then calls Victor - she's back alright - with her new boyfriend, Carmine. Abby's adding another mug shot to her collection right now. Victor will be right there. Told to stay put, Sharon agrees to call Nick and Vikki (but doesn't look too happy that she can't tag along to the station).

Admiring the watch, Kyle again downplays the money spent - he's good at his job and will get more bonuses (though his proud father admits he'd prefer he worked at Jabot; which he hopes for one day). Kyle switches the subject to Abby - then Daisy (whom no one will miss). As for Diane, he chooses to remember the way his mother lived - not the way she died.

Arriving at G-worm with Adam, Chelsea's wave is not returned by Jeff. And as Sharon makes faces, champagne is requested from Gloria (who leads them over to announce the engagement to Chelsea's 'Uncle'). Jeff suitably impressed, Gloria would LOVE to get extra glasses and join them. Hearing it's family tradition to have the wedding at G-worm, Adam quips that it's tradition for the bride's family to pick up the tab. Alas, Jeff's just the Uncle. Sharon continues to look ill.

As Daniel's still focused on finding out what happened to Daisy, Nick gets a call from Sharon (who notifies that Abby's back - and under arrest). Chloe (Kevin attached) appears - not upset to hear Abby was arrested.

All crowded into an interrogation room, Abby informs that Leslie's out of town - Vance too - Rafe's coming (though Ashley suggests someone with more criminal experience). Abby still doesn't see the big deal (with the cops having to leave their donut shops etc.). When Victor marches in, Carmine explains - claiming he took care of Abby (who's jaw drops when Victor expresses hope that Mike 'throws the book' at her)

Dropping by Vikki's, Nick discusses Summer being a camp counselor (good - cause Daniel's stress would be hard on her?). The one thing Vikki can say for Phyllis; she's protective of her kids. Nick rants about Daniel being the prime suspect - if only he listened to his mother. Vikki doesn't see that Daniel had a choice - he had to try give Lucy a normal life. She's proud of him (then gets emotional - over Chelsea (who's engaged to Adam). What if they try to take Johnny? Vikki lost Reed - Lucy - she can't help but worry. They then head off to see Abby (a good distraction).

Abby failing to convince Rafe to take Carmine's case too, Mike threatens to fine her for all her fans' 911 calls ($10,000 each). It was performance art, Abby's pissed that Mike's trying to squash her right to freedom of expression. And as all lecture Abby, the Fisher's arrive to join in; Chloe's still got bruises - and Kevin boasts that the DA's his brother (Carmine's SO screwed).

As Sharon glares from the exit, Jeff toasts Adam and Chelsea. Pour one more, Anita appears to congratulate her beloved daughter (having seen the 'rock' on faceplace). Our baby's all grown up, she beams proudly. Jeff chuckles - she's confusing him with his deceased twin brother William again. At the mention of a heart shaped mole on the father's thigh, Gloria announces she was married to both brothers - and only one of em had that mole.

So - you're the Dad, Glo confronts Jeff. Anita claims the mole slipped her mind. Jeff's memory kicks in. Yes - she used to wear short shorts - and Jeff had a mullet. Anita's thrilled their little girl will soon have everything they couldn't give her. Come to Papa! Chelsea looks uncomfortable sandwiched in between her proud parents; Anita and Jeff.

No - Ricky didn't tell Paul why he got rid of Daisy (Avery assumed she knew too much - or got in his way; like Greg Hunt). Perhaps she tried to blackmail Ricky (who then framed Daniel). But how to prove it?

Bumping into Tucker at CL's, Sharon's OK with Victor running off to Abby - she's seen enough of his family lately (guessing he gets the same treatment from the Abbott's). Yeah, Tucker agrees - buy you a coffee?

Victor and Ashley thank Mike and Malloy (who's time THEY appreciate - if Abby doesn't). Chloe rants; you aided and abetted, then bedded Carmine. Don't let her off the hook! the Fisher's are shooed out. The public defender then joins the party - followed by Nick and Vikki (who was oh so worried). Not convinced by Abby's apologies, Ashley doesn't think she'll be truly sorry until she really needs help (and no one shows up).

Jeff insists there's no more children or exes he doesn't remember. Shut up! Glo marches off. Don't be silly Chelsea, Anita won't try to steal the spotlight (she hates being the center of attention). More champagne? That leaves Adam to tell Chelsea it could be worse - they could be with HIS family.

YOU should be ashamed, Mrs Sorenson arrives to confront Chloe on the bogus kidnapping. She's canceling her donation to the arts council (and will make sure her friends do too). I'm gonna kill Abby, Chloe hisses at Kevin.

Joining Kyle and Jack, Ashley updates that Abby's been arrested for misusing emergency services. No, it's not minor - and no, Victor won't intervene (he wants Mike to throw the book at her). Planning to book a room, Ashley's offered the pool house. Nikki won't mind - she's staying at Vikki's. The Abbott's are always welcome, Jack throws a hint at Kyle.

Rafe and Mike negotiate a fine of 100K - 100 hours of community service and a public apology. Kidnapping's a felony, Malloy reminds (when Abby whines on Carmine's behalf) - and Chloe's his friend. Abby demands they recluse themselves as bias - Carmine was just trying to teach Kevin a lesson. He doesn't want Abby to 'think of something' (that's how he got in this mess in the first place).

So son, when's the wedding? We're not sure ... Dad, Chelsea answers (while Gloria and Anita take shots at one another). And while Adam distracts Glo, Jeff snarls at Anita (who was supposed to keep her mouth shut). He better start sending checks again, or else - Anita pulls out their marriage certificate. Seated nearby, the Fisher's need to get their website up and running. Chloe gets an idea - let's get Adam to invest in us.

Back at the penthouse, Nick tells Phyllis that Mike didn't mention anything about Paul. Ending a call from Heather, Avery informs that Eden still can't remember. They don't need to prove Ricky killed Daisy - just need reasonable doubt that Daniel did. Anything that links Ricky to Daisy (the night she disappeared) would do. Phyllis will find it.

Over coffee, Sharon praises Tucker for supporting Ashley. Will they reconcile? She's focused on setting Abby straight. Staging a kidnapping is outrageous - just another Abby crisis, Tucker moans. Being rid of that kid is the silver lining to Tucker's divorce (something Sharon might want to consider before getting too serious with Victor).

Dining alone Jack? Victor just missed Kyle (which is OK - he'll see him 'at home'). He updates on Abby's punishment (and blames Jack for enabling her behavior). It's gone on far too long.

Yeah - Abby will accept Mike's terms. Not let off the hook, Carmine tells her to change her faceplace status back to 'single' (as he heads out by his public defender). After Abby's released, Mike huffs (to Rafe) - he picked the wrong week to become DA. Signing her paperwork, Abby runs into Kyle's arms. You look really good in your mug shot, showing her his phone, Kyle gets a weak smile from Abby (who's starving - let's go).

Vikki's delighted to find Billy home (holding Johnny).

Next: In light of what's going on with Paul, Heather tells Daniel that she's removed herself from the investigation .... Can you please tell me that Adam and Chelsea are not gonna ruin out family, Vikki asks Billy ... The whole thing just seems so arbitrary, Nina says (with Paul). My thoughts exactly, Chris walks into the interrogation room.

My Thoughts: Ashley talks about Abby's collection of mug shots like she and Victor have never had theirs taken ... Just because Jack can't walk doesn't mean he can't scuba dive? Maybe not - but I doubt it's high on his to-do list ... Kyle was at the lake 'for the weekend'? Huh? He's been gone for ages (guess he's been working) ... The tabloids don't give a damn about Victor and Sharon? Oh? They haven't printed anything about the billionaire dating the woman once married to both is sons? .... Why are Chloe and Sharon talking like pals (Chloe was quite insulting the last time the bumped into one another - at the gala). Always welcome at G-worm? Why weren't the Bardwell's manning the door when Sharon crashed Nick and Phyllis' almost-wedding? She wasn't welcome that day .... Why is Victor apologizing to Chloe - for what Abby 'put HER through'? Selfish motives aside, she DID save Chloe from Carmine's trunk. I hope Mrs Sorenson feels really good about depriving underprivileged kids (to punish Chloe and Abby for not pulling off the stupid gala) ... Mike really needs to control his temper and be objective in his DA-ing (Victor was his former boss - in fact, this and every matter Mike will preside over is a conflict of interest) .... Why on earth would Chelsea post a photo of her ring on faceplace? She must have considered her mother might see it ... Must every word out of Sharon's mouth be about Victor? I was with Victor ... Victor this - Victor that. Sharon's seen enough of Victor's family? Aren't they her family too? She was married to most of em (gave birth to two of em). And really - if she's not concerned about her own children while romancing their grandfather, why would Sharon give a rats ass about Abby? ... Misuse of emergency services? Really? Abby didn't make the calls (nor do I remember her asking her fans to) .. Why would Ashley care if Nikki 'minds' her staying at the pool house? And why would Nikki prevent Ashley from staying at her childhood home? When did ownership transfer to Jack anyway? Or is it just his because he stuck around the longest? ... Carmine blames Abby for getting him 'in this mess' - like he didn't think there'd be any repercussions to stuffing Chloe in his trunk? Having an audience with the DA and an FBI agent, why is Chloe whining about her bruises - instead of having them photographed and filing charges for assault? ... If Tucker thinks Abby faking a kidnapping is 'outrageous', what must he think of Sharon faking her death? ... Abby's stunt was 'satirical comedy' - to protest society placing too much importance on celebrities? Oh the irony. Perhaps her punishment should be shutting down her faceplace and Twitter accounts ... Line of the day goes to Nick; Adam and Chelsea's love isn't 'grown up, real, emotional love'? This from a man who's main bond with his wife once consistd of video games?
