At CL's, Chloe ends a call - then tries to convince Kevin to accept Adam as an investor. Anybody but him! Kevin stands firm.

Hearing that the Fisher's are coming to discuss funding their venture, Chelsea won't be sticking around (they hate me because of Billy and Vikki). They hate me - because of me - but Adam knows the Fisher's will be sucking up (as he plans to invest everything - go big or go home).

At the ranch, Sharon decides to walk alone - she needs some quiet time. Bye. Bye. Victor's left to make a call - come to the ranch - I need to talk to you.

The amount of luggage Nick brings down alarms Phyllis - Super Girl will be home soon. Nick will talk to her - tell her as much as she needs to know. This WILL get out - you rented a car and aimed it at Chris and Paul. Please - don't go, Phyllis latches on and sobs.

Badgered into coming to the ranch - tonight, Abby asks if Carmine wants to do the Naked Heiress a favour - you won't regret it.

Nick extricates himself from Phyllis' embrace (as she does everything but fall to her knees and beg). She knows she's not easy to love. Please don't go! Nick is incredible - amazing. What can she do - to stop him from leaving? With a disgusted look, Nick exits with his bags.

This No criminals - no wackos - Adam's both. Chloe admits he's repulsive - but he has brains and money. Let's just talk to him - don't say no yet. For me?

All of it? Adam's liquidated all his assets - he wants a huge piece of the Fisher's idea. If he lost all his money, he'd still have Chelsea. This is a huge opportunity. Adam gets the girl and a big fat bank account - life doesn't get any better ~kiss~

Carmine's not happy at the prospect of meeting an icon (and opening the door, Victor's not thrilled to see him either). Surprise! You remember Carmine. How dare she bring this punk here? Get out now. If he's not welcome here, neither am I. Both obey - Carmine leaving - Abby sitting down.

Phyllis answers a persistent knock at the door. Avery's there to prepare her - Chris has found a way around the statute of limitations - and will press charges. Phyllis knows. Avery can't and won't leave.

Nick drops his bags down at the tackhouse - and here's Sharon. Nick! she exclaims.

Victor summoned Abby to discuss the kidnapping stunt (but now scolds her for bringing that idiot over). What the hell do you think you're doing?! Stay away from that garage! No one's ever good enough - how are you and Sharon. FINE - Thank you.

Sharon saw lights on - if something happened with Phyllis ... Nick doesn't wanna talk about it. Sharon sits - takes his hand - I'm sorry.

Avery regrets being so aggressive last time - but can they talk rationally now? Nick left - he thinks I'm an evil monster. My best friend - my son - my sister - are accusing me of trying to kill people, Phyllis mopes that everyone's walking away from her. Avery's still there - for support - she loves her sister (whom she won't make the mistake of judging again).

The Fisher's join Adam and Chelsea at the club. Kevin's stunned by the number Adam's willing to invest - but rejects it. Adam talks of his experience - he's more than a bunch of zeros. This check is an investment - that and his brain are all theirs - IF they sign this document he's drawn up.

The Fisher's read the agreement - 50%? Yes - but they can get the idea up and running. He didn't sign a non disclosure agreement (this is the kind of thing they need him for). Chloe won't let Kevin nix the deal - they need to consult - with their consultants. We'll get back to you, she hurries Kevin off (leaving Chelsea to admire Adam's smooth tactics - and decide if she's ready to elope).

Phyllis doubts that Avery wants to stand beside her - you said I was like Dad. Avery was a coward - but knows Phyllis didn't lie about Dad. She won't leave - she's there to help.

As Sharon gushes that she'd LOVE a beer, Victor barges into the tackhouse.

Sharon explains that she saw the lights on. Spotting Nick's bags, Victor wonders what's going on. Sharon decides to finish her walk - leaving Nick to say something from Phyllis' past might take her down.

Abby finds Carmine abusing basketballs. Shoving him in Victor's face was a mistake. She's hot - but spoiled and selfish. How hot? Abby can't believe Carmine's gonna stay mad at her. As hot as Abby is on the outside, she's got no passion. Oh yeah? She gives him a kiss, removes his shirt.

Back at CL's, Chloe continues to work on Kevin (who's pissed that Adam's asking for 50%). It's better than 100% of maybe down the road. CL's is awesome - but the site would be THEIRS - no more cooking books - we could be rich - give Delia the world. Kevin begins to waffle.

Elopement is the elegant solution, Adam's thinking exotic - Kansas. A gazebo in the middle of town - a white church - a lot of people who helped raise the decent part of Adam. Sounds Normal Rockwell - but Chelsea's in. Standing, Adam announces to applause; champagne for all - tomorrow he makes this incredible woman his wife. And look - Sharon's walk has ended at the club just in time.

Over beers, Nick updates Victor on Phyllis' attempted murder rap. What else is she capable of? Jet off to the caribbean - divorce her. No knee jerk reactions - Nick will handle it his way.

Avery will fight Chris - there's gotta be a way around the credit card statement. She fights uphill battles for a living. Together we're unbeatable. Phyllis finally smiles.

Congratulations - you two must be eager to get to the altar. Why rush? Sharon will just leave it at that. Bumping into the Fisher's on her way out, Sharon squeals. The Fisher's tell Adam - we're in.

Done making out behind a bush, Abby's eager to leave. The ice is back, Carmine complains. No - Abby's all heat - find a single inch of ice, she challenges (and it's round two ~kiss~)

Over champagne, Adam thinks faceplace's 1 billion IPO is a good benchmark. Chloe's dazzled - cheers (all clink glasses) Kevin continues to pout.

At the station, Avery blathers on to the guy standing in for the DA. This case is a joke - and she's gonna tear it to shreds. Meanwhile, Nick ignores Phyllis' call.

Sharon rejoins Victor at the ranch. Sure - she'd like a drink. Clinking wine glasses, Victor's been thinking - move in with me.
