At CL's, Billy's first order of business today will be to fire Phyllis. Ashley arrives - hey - does Vikki wanna work at Jabot? Oh? Jack already offered her a job at BofN? The company's are separate. What!? Jack's outta Jabot?! Does HE know that? Billy's surprised.

Jack and Nikki have certainly come to the right place, Gloria leaves them with a reception tasting menu. As the happy couple kiss, Victor and Sharon arrive (cue the stares 'n glares).

Bringing Edna's donuts for breakfast, Adam raves - and the sugar high and giggles continue ~kiss~

Hanging up with Avery, Phyllis updates Nick - she's to use her influence at RS (to prevent any negative articles). Of course Billy will support her (he of all people can relate - and she completely runs the place). Maybe Phyllis should write the article about 'this' - what 'didn't' happen - do her own damage control. Nick suggests she lay low - talk to Billy. He'll be onboard, Phyllis is sure - if not, she'll still defend herself in the court of public opinion.

In their B&B room, the newlyweds are just lovin' married life. Women usually look down on the farmboy; Skye - Sharon (which didn't work out either). Chelsea finds farm life magical - until she sees a mouse!

You can't take your eyes off her, Sharon notes (seated with Victor). If he wanted to be with Nikki, he'd BE with Nikki.

Brushing past Anita, Gloria (the 'also ran') gushes over 'sexy buns'. Jeff then tells Anita that Gloria doesn't believe he's married to her - never underestimate me lady.

Sampling hors d'oeuvres, Nikki notes that Jack's distracted by Victor and Sharon (but easily forgives him). When Jack manages to spill crab wanton on Nikki, she hurries to the bar for club soda - where she exchanges a 'hello' with Victor.

The Abbott's (and Johnny) arrive at RS. Already two job offers to consider, Vikki's also offered Phyllis' job at RS. On cue, Phyllis arrives - this is awkward. She's sorry for embarrassing the family - Nick's decided to support her (thank God) and Phyllis is ready to dive back into work. Sorry - that won't happen - Billy's gotta let her go.

Avery drops by the penthouse - to thank Nick for standing by her sister. Phyllis has changed - oh, and is gonna write an article, Nick updates. OMG - that's the worst thing she can do!

After Vikki leaves, Billy dismisses the staff. Sales went down - advertisers pulled out (when Phyllis was last fired). Yes but - the TV producers are gonna pull the plug (unless she goes). Yes, it's more important than 'loyalty'. Accepting the firing, Phyllis is devastated to hear that she'll be featured on RS's front cover and in the pilot. Billy's only telling her so she's not blind sided. Yeah - thanks a lot.

It's just a mouse - Adam manages to wrangle it into a box (and in the hallway, returns 'Elmer' to the boy who owns him) - then returns to tease his bride.

She waiting for soda - he for lemon, Nikki and Victor discuss Nick standing by Phyllis (not surprising). Nikki doesn't care who's warming Victor's bed - she's planning her wedding to a wonderful man. She's extremely happy. Trying to convince me or yourself? Victor wonders. Eyes on them, Sharon joins Jack (who tells her to get used to it). He's secure - Nikki loves him. She's not getting her hooks into Victor again, Sharon assures. When did she get so possessive and bitter? Sharon's eyes have been opened - that's the change.

As Sharon clip clops off, Ashley plops down to discuss Jack recruiting Vikki for BofN. So? Jack will merge the company's when it's the right time. Citing conflict of interest (and having no choice), Ashley plans to have the board remove him from Jabot.

Now on the flight home, Mr and Mrs Newman will have a perfect life - don't sweat those who don't 'get' us ~kiss~

Her stain removed, Nikki's told that Jack and Ashley aren't seeing eye to eye on business. Back to the food - until Vikki comes along. Nikki leaves Jack to ask Vikki whether she'll head up BofN.

At their table, Victor watches Jack giving Vikki the 'hard sell'. OUR line will be a huge success for NE, Sharon assures (then is once again abruptly left - see you back at the ranch). Ashley wastes no time - seeing how Victor left Sharon just sitting there, she's gonna give some advice (whether Sharon wants it or not).

Phyllis brings her cardboard box home - that weasel fired me! I'm the next RS cover girl! Nick's pissed (and flies out the door). it's one thing to fire Phyllis - but an article convicting her is quite another. Phyllis is left to whine to Avery - I'm screwed.

Ashley's NOT there to judge Sharon - she cares - they have a bond (Faith). Ashley must try save Sharon from heartache; Victor's priorities are Victor, Nikki - his children - then NE. After that, he may have some scraps of attention for the woman in his life. It's a futile effort. Sharon's not Ashley - or Nikki - she's not some consolation prize. She knows how Victor feels about her. Ashley hopes she's right - for Faith's sake.

Anita wants to know how Jeff convinced Gloria that they aren't still married. She's giving him the benefit of the doubt (which she didn't when he was kidnapped). Yeah - but no one makes a liar our of Anita! Wait! Jeff chases after her.

Vikki hasn't made any decisions - needs more time. OK - but Jack has big plans - wants Vikki involved from the get-go. Nikki and Vikki are now off to see about her dress at Fenmore's (which leaves Jack to call Ben over - to discuss something important). He loves his Sis - but trying to run him out would be a big mistake.

Nick arrives at RS - hurling accusations at Billy (who's again trying to sell out the Newman name for profit). Billy points out that Phyllis left tire tracks on two innocent people (she'd be all over it). What's she gonna do - run over him when he leaves the office? Nick sends Billy to the floor with a sucker punch to the jaw.

Getting up, Billy hopes Nick got it all out of his system. Let's just end it here (for Vikki's sake) - or should he call the cops? Without further word, Nick leaves.

Phyllis has unsavory things in her past - her enemies could give Billy lots of dirt. She can't sit back and be ripped to shreds - it's time to blog. No! Avery objects. But with words is the only way Phyllis can fight.

We've been married for years, Anita insists Gloria listen. She's lying, Jeff assures Sugar Plum. Knowing the club is in Glo's name. Anita points out that Jeff has no rights to it (as they aren't legally married). Jeff needs his sugar Mama. Glo won't be made a fool of - and will get to the bottom of this herself.

Now joined by two suits, Jack knows his idea's unorthodox, but a merge must take time. Yes, Jack has their votes. They leave when Ashley marches over - what does Jack think he's doing?!

Victor drops by Vikki's - to update that Adam and Chelsea eloped in Kansas. Also, Anita's back in town. He'll keep them both away from Vikki - if she comes back to NE. Jack only wants what WAS Victor's; Nikki - BofN - now Vikki (who's return to NE would make her Dad very happy). He leaves when Nikki arrives - think about it. Vikki's oh so confused.

Adam carries his blindfolded bride into their new home (Genevieve's old place boasts 10 bedrooms - 16 acres - a billiards room, library, wine cellar - a speak easy in the basement - airstrip blah blah). Like it? Chelsea never dreamt!! ~hug~

NE? RS? Jabot? BofN? or none of the above? Stay at home with Johnny? Hmm - what should I do Mom? It must be your choice, Nikki can't advise Vikki.

Back at G-worm, Glo's got her son the DA working on this - she'll know soon enough whether Jeff and Anita are legally married.

Jack didn't twist any arms. Yeah, but he secretly met with key board members - to sway them. Jack assures Ashley that he's got the votes he needs to hold his position.

At the ranch, Victor goes through a photo album - his life with Nikki. Sharon's all dressed for a ride. Not now - Victor has things to do - enjoy the horse - have a good time, he walks past her without a kiss (leaving Sharon to frown at the album).

Handing Nick wrapped ice, Phyllis is glad someone hit Billy. Control yourselves, Avery wants no violence - no blogging - no press. The fight must occur in the courtroom, not the media.

Back at RS, Billy's typing (his article slamming Phyllis) is interrupted by Mark - the cameras are installed - the staff's signed releases. Yes - anything that happened here today is on video.

Next: No - you're not getting a second chance - cause you're gonna be in prison, Kevin warns Carmine .... Is does not mean what you think it does, Jeff tells Gloria (who lashes out with a cloth napkin - at the two timing, lying bastard) ... Are you alright? What happened here? Cane's with a distraught Genevieve (who's suite has been ransacked). Look what they did to me? she wails.

My Thoughts: Phyllis using her influence at RS will prevent negative press?! Lol - really? And why would Phyllis assume Billy would support her? He's fired her before. And when did she 'completely run' the place? She's barely been there. WTH does Phyllis know about 'loyalty'? .... Victor gives Vikki a lot of autonomy? He certainly doesn't willingly give her any in her personal life .... How rude of Victor - to always leave Sharon by herself at a restaurant ... Anita's doing her best to destroy Jeff's marriage (and life) - and he's just standing beside her? Nothing angry to say? Weird. Why is she even there? Surely she's no longer employed at G-worm ... Let's hope that wine cellar's easy-lock door has been fixed. Who would want a speak easy in their basement - and what IS a speak easy anyway??? Do the Newman's really need 10 bedrooms? .... I had no idea - Vikki seems quite surprised to hear that Adam and Chelsea are married? Not sure why - she knew they were engaged .... How would Anita know that the restaurant's in Gloria's name only? ... Nikki's never had so much trouble finding parking? At the Abbott's? You'd think they'd have a pretty big driveway ... Nick's gotten away with bodily assault on several occasions - Billy SHOULD call the cops (especially now that he likely has footage of it). But how could Billy not notice a crew installing cameras all over his place of business? .... Of course Victor will keep Anita, Adam and Chelsea away from Vikki - but only if she comes back to NE (not because she's his beloved daughter).
