At CL's, Abby entertains Daniel with community service humour. Following his stare, she's flabbergasted - OMG - you're crushing on Heather?

Chris guesses Paul hasn't slept (cause he looks like hell). Why did Tim leave without his medication? Why drop off the face of the earth? Maybe Ricky killed him after Phyllis paid him off, Paul rambles.

At the penthouse, Nick reads the Dr Tim story online. Phyllis relays a battle with Summer (over her short shorts). Nick wants to discuss Tim - the cops think you killed him. Whew - close one - Phyllis just bribed him to leave town. Not amused, Nick wonders what else she hasn't told him.

Dr Tim lounges - drink in hand. In the neighbouring lounge chair, Malloy flashes his FBI badge - nice life for a guy who's s'posed to be dead.

In Victor's office, Sharon's given the OK to do whatever she thinks is best (then leaves when Avery arrives). There's something going on at Jabot, Victor announces.

There'll be no chairs at the wedding - push me Auggie! Jack's working hard. When Ash arrives, Jack sends Sarge inside for protein bars (then announces he'll be marrying Nikki this week). Yeah - but Ash is there about Jabot - what are you up to?

Chris stresses that if Ricky killed Tim, it helps prove that Paul had to shoot him to save Eden. Paul doesn't want to be right - that'd be four murders by Ricky. Damn - if only Paul could work this case. Malloy will find Dr Tim, Chris assures.

Dr Reid a material witness in two investigations, Malloy thinks it time he come home. Tim doesn't think so - you're blocking my sun. Expecting this reaction, Malloy brought incentive.....

You know everything, Phyllis assures Nick - she told him everything 'at the time' (and forgot about bribing Tim). Can't we just forget it? Go on? Nick can't forget ANY of it.

JagAbbott's cocky - thinks he's invincible. He's got BofN - and is marrying Victor's ex wife. Every breath Jack takes is to spite Victor. Avery's instructed to keep an eye on BofN and Jabot - to pounce when he loses control of one.

Poolside, Ashley thinks they should be celebrating - not fighting. What's Jack planning? OK - it makes sense to merge the companies (but there's to be one CEO - and that's Jack). Ashley balks - you want me to step down?

Come on out, Malloy calls Brett Butler out. Phone records have been pulled - and she'll be arrested (for obstruction of justice) if Dr Tim doesn't come home.

What are you - 12? Daniel scolds Abby - who's eyeballing Heather (and declaring the couple a snoozefest). She's got the librarian thing goin' on. Daniel was wrong - Abby's not 12 - she's 10! He then joins Heather (who just might be working on putting his Mom away - awkward huh?)

For the umpteenth time, Phyllis claims she's not 'that' person anymore - she'd never kill someone to shut them up. Yeah - she'd just bribe em. So - if Tim's found, what does he have on Phyllis? Nothing - and he was paid enough not to come back.

So - Jack's gonna merge BofN and Jabot - then fire Ashley? No - Jabot's in her blood - she'll have power, control - but JACK will be CEO. Ashley vows to fight (but knows he already has the votes lined up). It's never enough for you is it? No, guess it's not, Jack agrees (and is left to blink back tears).

In his office, Victor reads the newspaper (announcing Jack and Nikki's wedding). Troubled, he makes a call; come and see me as soon as you get this - thank you ~click~

Back on the patio, Heather can't discuss Phyllis' case with Daniel (who suggests they talk about muffins). Both getting messages, Heather's off to the station - Daniel to see the nameless woman who gave birth to him. Raincheck? Not a good idea - Heather's ADA - and Daniel's Mom is accused of attempted murder. See you later.

Inside CL's, Sharon and Abby exchange verbal jabs (Sharon winning when announcing that she moved in with Victor).

Ashley's in Victor's office (as summoned). Guessing that Jack's meddling with Jabot, Ashley should show him who's in control - by selling her shares to Victor.

Abby's horrified to learn that Sharon moved in with her former father in law - grandfather to her kids - into a house Victor's shared with MANY wives (which she then lists). Sharon doesn't expect Abby to understand what she and Victor see in one another. You were in love with a psychopath who stole your baby and tortured my Mom, Abby reminds. Sharon sees a man who doesn't give a damn what people think - we're happy together (and Abby sounds jealous). Abby better not share her loathing with Victor (it'll only make him want Sharon more).

Ashley may be furious with Jack - but won't give Victor access to her father's company. Selling him her shares is the last thing she'd do. How about her proxy? Guessing this is about Jack marrying Nikki, Ashley would never help Victor trade his ex wife for Jabot (and with that she exits)

Poolside, Jack continues his work out. Sarge preaches realism - this is a marathon, not a sprint. He then confides that as a 'street racing' kid, he drove into a wall (putting his brother in a wheelchair; the reason Sarge became a therapist).

Phyllis did NOT kill Dr Reid - she didn't murder anyone. Assured that this is the last 'surprise', Daniel supports his Mom (who holds hands with Nick). Avery arrives - to announce that Tim's been found (a shock to Phyllis).

Brought into the station, Tim declares a bossy Chris 'type A' - who should get some help with her Phyllis issues. Right this way Dr Reid, Chris follows the procession into an interrogation room.

Sharon's in Victor's office - did Ashley storm out because she moved to the ranch? No. Is there anything she should know? If there were, Victor would have told her. OK - is there anything Victor wants to share with the loyal Sharon? (who will be whatever Victor wants her to be). Victor accomplished his mission - to make Ashley angry.

Back at CL's, Abby gloats that Sharon tried to give her a verbal spanking (hilarious). Ashley wants to be the one to tell Abby that she and Tucker are done - for good. And when Abby tries to dis Sharon some more, Ashley snaps that everyone in the family should 'grow the hell up'.

Dr Tim explains that Ricky wanted info for his book - so stole his file on Phyllis. He was a focused young man - Phyllis the object of his obsession. Chris' comments get her sent out for coffee (leaving Heather and Malloy to confirm that Phyllis paid Tim to leave town) - but why?

Jack's pleased with himself - has BofN - my ex wife. But he always wants more - gets cocky - then inevitably loses everything. Victor tells Sharon that he offered to buy Ashley's shares - to make her angry. Everything will fall into place.

Ashley scolds Abby; for her sense of entitlement and selfishness. And would it kill her to put the phone down? Abby's asked to prove her loyalty - Ash needs someone in her corner when she takes down Uncle Jack.

Chris is now with Paul - to update him that Dr Tim's alive (and says Ricky was pleasant, not a threat) - Paul now wonders if Ricky wasn't a bad guy after all. Maybe he had no intention of hurting Eden. Chris knows Paul did what he had to do. Yeah, but the knife wasn't found - and if Paul were on the jury, he'd vote 'guilty'.

After Daniel goes to tend to Lucy, Avery updates that Tim's being questioned. Phyllis looks worried - she doesn't know if he'll 'turn' on her.

Tim had a personal history with Phyllis - but it's their business. Not quite, Heather and Malloy force Tim to realize it's time to start talking.

Nick wonders if Tim has enough to put Phyllis away (judging by her expression, yes, he does).

Next: What are the tings Phyllis doesn't want anyone to know, Mike questions Tim ... I'm surprised you didn't let the door shut in my face, Jack wheels himself onto NE's elevator. Don't think that didn't cross my mind, Victor replies ... Nikki tells Nick, Vikki and Billy that she and Jack have decided to get married this week.
