On the CL's patio, Neil whines to Lily - it's getting harder to say good bye to Moses (when dropping him off). And Harmony helped him realize that his happiness (that Sofia's not moving to New York) came at her expense. How are things going between Neil and Harmony? He wishes he knew/

RS ready to go on air, TV pro Abby gives Harmony a pep talk - then interrupts Chloe pimping Tag n Grab to George (a producer). Where's Billy anyway??

Billy's still at home - fretting to Rafe on the phone. If the Judge won't lift the gag order (on Phyllis) what will he do? People will think Billy doesn't have the guts to go after the big stories. Looking for another way to screw my family into the ground? Vikki returns home to snarl.

At G-worm, Kevin and Adam (and the Bardwell's) are pumped about Tag n Grab's launch when party pooper Chelsea arrives. Reading the magazine she hands over, Adam tells Kevin that a similar website is launching - tomorrow.

Phyllis is moping at the penthouse - flashing back to Tim's threats (to play her taped confession). Nick bounces down wanting the truth - where did Phyllis go when she left Nikki's wedding?

Reading great 'buzz' for the competition, Adam and Kevin pointing the finger at one another for the delay. They must now revamp their site. Friday's too late - forget the guy they hired, Kevin will do the new design himself.

Phyllis is ever so sorry she told Nick she was with Daniel. She was freaking out and needed air is all. Overlooking the lie, Nick isn't going anywhere. But 'let me in' he whines. Avery arrives with snacks for the 'viewing party'. The Judge on speed dial, she'll shut Billy down if he airs Phyllis' 'dirty laundry'.

As Chloe and her attitude stomp off with George, Devon arrives to calm Abby down. Hell no! Chloe wants Carmine (the juiced up baboon) removed. Abby cleared it with Billy (and Chloe should zip her over glossed lips long enough for Carmine to apologize). This is a mess, Harmony shakes her head at Devon - where's Billy???

Hanging up with Rafe, Billy again defends posting the video. He was hoping for some support - and must get to RS. Oh alright, Vikki will let this one go - but forces Billy to agree not to discuss Newman family drama on the air.

Back at the penthouse, Phyllis whines about not being at RS. Nick and Avery are sure she won't be the lead story. But getting a call from Rafe, Avery's off to the court house - to fight the gag order being lifted.

Lily grills Neil on Harmony. Why haven't they gone out for dinner yet? Both have been busy - and he had that fight with Sofia. Neil doesn't wanna push. Lily encourages him to 'go for it'. Harmony's a different person, they agree (Neil thinks her a special lady).

Checking herself in the mirror, Harmony hopes she isn't on camera. Why not? Devon thinks she looks beautiful. Billy still missing, Abby and Chloe bicker over who'll be the lead. Save the catfight for the show, George thinks it'll make great TV. All applaud when Billy arrives to take command.

At G-worm still, Kevin's busy on his laptop (sending Gloria off to make snacks). Adam busy on the phone, Chelsea orders some expensive menu items from Jeff (then turns to return Vikki's stare; as she wheels Johnny in).

Mind if I join you? Chelsea takes a seat with Vikki. Adam would freak - but Chelsea confides they're trying to start a family (hoping it reassures Vikki that she'd never come after her son). John belongs with the Abbott's. Vikki's surprised and relieved. Olive branch extended - and accepted.

Lily gets a call from Devon - then summons Neil inside (maybe he can catch his new squeeze on TV).

Taking their seats, Billy updates Chloe, Abby and George that they can't discuss the Newman stories. 5, 4, 3,2 ,1. Greeting the viewers, Billy rattles on about how exciting RS is - no news is too scandalous for us to report.

Vikki's with the gang at G-worm as Billy introduces his staff. Kevin and Adam are busy trying to save their business. Billy can charm the pants off anyone, Glo sticks her foot in her mouth. Oops - sorry.

Following the TMZ formula, Billy, George, Chloe and Abby start their round table discussion with Paul shooting Ricky. Neil and Lily watch at CL's (hoping to see Harmony). Phyllis and Nick are unimpressed with the lame follow up stories. Back on set, Billy's distressed when Abby jokes about her father marrying her ex sister in law. Oh no, Vikki groans (at G-worm).

During a commercial break, Billy scolds Abby (who's just saved his show - Vikki's restrictions won't ruin her comeback). 5,4,3,2,1. Much to Vikki's annoyance, Abby now jokes about Sharon crashing Jack and Nikki's wedding. Out of desperation, Billy grabs Harmony (who says an awkward 'hi' and bolts). Getting a text, Billy rolls the clip of Nick punching him. Talking about Phyllis being charged with attempted murder, he invites viewers to tune in next week for more info. Wrapping it up, all applaud. Carmine kisses Abby - Devon praises Harmony - Billy looks nervous (when George can't wait to hear the big leak on Phyllis).

At the penthouse, Phyllis has a fit - I used to work with those people! They threw me under the bus (how ironic). Avery's back - to hear that Billy 'buried' Phyllis AND Nick. What do you have on me Billy? Phyllis wonders to herself.

With Neil, Lily and Devon, Harmony explains how Billy pulled her in front of the cameras. Lily then takes Devon inside (so that Neil can praise the incredible Harmony). He invites her to dinner. Yes - now.

Chloe arrives at G-worm to applause (complaining about that poser Abby; not even a RS employee). And with a few keystrokes by Kevin, Tag n Grab is officially open for business (ahead of the competition).

Phyllis must go out - get some air. She won't let Billy's 'blustering' get to her. In the hallway, she calls Tim - did he discuss her confession with Billy? No - well he better keep his mouth shut (if he wants any money out of her).

Surprised at Vikki's mild scolding, Abby hurries Carmine out of RS (knowing 'the stack is about to blow'). Vikki's also easy on Billy (crediting the conversation she had with Chelsea). She's not even angry that they ran the clip of Nick punching Billy. But - what's the bombshell they have on Phyllis' case? Billy just said that to get viewers next week. He's got a whole week to find something - or look like a jackass.

Next: I crashed Nikki and Jack's wedding, Sharon reiterates for Tucker. What else did you do? he seems unphased ... I'm in charge now Cane, Jack announces there's gonna be some changes around here ... I'm not gonna go after your Dad or your brother, Billy assures. How far will you go to make that show a success? Vikki wonders.
