After sending Nick off to a breakfast meeting, Phyllis shrugs off her robe - to reveal a strapless black dress. Outside Trumble's, Tim receives her call. No - he hasn't met Billy - YET. Phyllis will come up with the money - but he better not talk to Billy. She'll meet him in an hour - you know where.

Paul's you know where too - saying you know what (to Nina this time). Tim's alive - Ricky didn't kill him (or have any part in him leaving town). What else was the 'guilty' Paul wrong about? Yeah, but he WASN'T wrong about Ricky (and Nina's sure they'll prove it).

Chris and Heather use 'shopping talk' (specifically the 'cute' shoes Heather found on this great new website) to send Ronan running from the CL's patio. Yes - Heather has a name (of a forensic psychiatrist). If anyone can get Eden to remember, it's Stanley Hoffman. Both are frustrated with the 'good' and 'honourable' Paul.

Hypnotized?! That seems sketchy to Kyle (though Daniel's sure it'll be totally professional - it's not voodoo). Eden's willing to give it a shot. No way, Mike protests (as he arrives with Lauren).

Over breakfast at G-worm, Nikki continues to worry about Victor (who left his horse in 'full tack'). Kay's worried too - about NIKKI (who should focus on JACK - and let Sharon worry about Victor)

Dropping by the ranch, Avery's assured that Victor's fine. And as she goes to fetch paperwork in the study, Sharon gets a call from Tucker. No - she hasn't heard from Victor or his 'so-called kidnappers'. If you need anything .... Gotta go, Sharon hangs up - find everything? Not exactly - Avery wants the prenup Victor had her sign.

Heather joins Nina and her 'stubborn' Dad - to 'talk some sense into him'. Hypnosis? Paul doesn't wanna put Eden through that. Yeah, well - who cares what Paul wants!? (certainly not Heather)

Back at CL's, Daniel and Kyle watch from a safe distance - as Eden and Mike debate hypnosis. Urging her not to do this is a mistake for her - and Paul, Lauren's in full support. Mike rejoins Eden - he just doesn't want her to get hurt.

As Tucker's seated at G-worm, Nikki has not ONE regret about marrying Jack (but she and Victor share history; kids - grandkids) Yes - she'll be careful ~kiss~ Joining his Mum, Tucker defends helping Sharon out. Of course it's out of the goodness of his heart - why else? Why else indeed.

Avery drew up the prenup before Victor and Sharon left for Vegas - and was to pick it up with the other papers. Sorry - Sharon doesn't know anything about a prenup.

As Daniel and Kyle bicker over the hypnosis, Eden huffs off. An appointment made with Dr Hoffman - today, Chris is alarmed to hear that Eden now needs to think about it. And when Lauren explains that Mike's behind it, Chris can't believe he's really gonna do this to Paul (who's doubting himself into pleading guilty). Lauren's on Paul's side - but Eden must decide for herself. She has - I'll do it.

Heather sobs to Paul (about his stupid idea to plead guilty). He can't deny it in court - won't trash the son he killed (or defend it). Paul just wants it to be over.

In the hallway, Nina reminds Ronan that his birthday's coming up. No chef, she makes a 'mean reservation'. Celebrating birthday's isn't really Ronan's thing. And as they butt heads over Paul, Mike interrupts. We've got a problem, Ronan says (as Nina excuses herself and huffs off).

At G-worm, Nick's meeting has been cancelled. I'm gonna work from home, he calls to update Connie.

Thanks for being so prompt, Phyllis gets a visit from a guy who might be a financial advisor. She needs to borrow from Summer's trust (for an amazing business opportunity). The figure she jots down raising an eyebrow, Phyllis admits 'it's a lot' - and is unhappy to hear 'we'll need to discuss this with your husband'.

Bumping into Nick - literally - Avery explains about the missing prenup (which Sharon knows nothing about). Yes - Avery believes she's lying. Nick never felt Sharon was in this for money - but when people are pushed they'll do just about anything. Segue to Phyllis. Avery's alarmed to hear Phyllis paid the Abbott's a visit (but now realizes there's nothing she can do to help her cause).

Phyllis shows the man that only one signature is needed - Nick doesn't need to know. This is a great deal for the whole family - and this is the account where the money's to be transferred. An offshore account? the man balks. Just do it - please (he reluctantly open his laptop).

Tucker's sorry to drop by unannounced - Sharon's sorry she hung up on him. Informing that Victor's lawyer was here for some papers (that she knows nothing about), Sharon hasn't heard a word from her husband. Tucker's done some sleuthing - the jet hasn't left - Victor's passport hasn't been used etc. Victor's resourceful enough to disappear. Yes - but someone just as resourceful could find him.

Mrs Newman, Buck the stable hand greets Nikki warmly. Mrs Abbott now. Nope - she'll always be Mrs Newman to him. Jupiter's not been the same since been found 'in full tack'. Buck's sure he came back alone. No sign of a fall. They decide to saddle up and search the trails.

On the patio, Nina whines about her pushy agent - and the pressure getting to Paul. She then complains to Kay about Ronan (who can't see the good in anyone - IE Paul). He's a good man - who'll figure out the truth eventually, Kay's sure.

Lauren interrupts Mike and Ronan - she won't let Paul plead guilty (and marches into the interrogation room). Maybe she can change his mind - they go way back, Mike says.

Lauren tells Paul not to plead guilty. Eden will remember under hypnosis (occurring right now). Then this nightmare will be over.

At home, Daniel and Kyle reassure Eden - who's further put at ease by the gentle Dr Hoffman. Now hypnotized, Eden is indeed relaxed. At the count of 10, they'll go back to the night she can't remember. Yes, to Ricky's suite. 4, 5, 6 ....

How's Phyllis doing? Got a minute? At G-worm, Avery invites Ronan to sit down (then quietly reassures that Phyllis won't go anywhere near Tim Reid).

At Trumble's, Phyllis puts an envelope between the pages of a book and scurries off. Seconds later, Tim removes the envelope. That's the number to the account and password, Phyllis hisses out of the side of her mouth as she pretends to scan the shelves. Go to hell, she tells the cocky ex shrink.

Sharon appreciates Tucker's offer to look for Victor - but no need (he's exactly where he wants to be). Us men can be real jerks, Tucker admits. Not just men, Sharon replies.

Back from their ride, Buck shows Nikki the cell phone he found (thanks to Jupiter). It's Victor's, Nikki turns it on - the last call he made was to Billy. Buck suggests turning it over to the police. Agreeing, Nikki will take care of it (while Buck tends to the horses).

In the hallway, Lauren informs Mike that Eden's going ahead with hypnosis. In the interrogation room, an excited Heather and Nina are updating Paul (who agrees not not plead guilty until they hear how it goes).

Dr Hoffman takes Eden back to the night she can't remember - the club. Yes - Eden's in Ricky's room - nervous - shaking - scared. You're safe - what are you afraid of? Ricky, Eden frowns.

Ronan told Phyllis to take Mike's deal. Some friend, Avery scoffs. I'm good at my job. So am I. Bring it on Agent Malloy, Avery challenges as she leaves.

Phyllis tells Tim to stay out of her life - forever. He might have to come back one day for that kiss she owes him. I'll kill you, she warns. After Tim leaves, a nervous Phyllis is startled when Nick appears.

Need anything, lemme know, Tucker's about to leave when Sharon gets a text from Victor. What does it say? Marriage was a mistake - it's over (Sharon looks horrified). In the stable, Nikki looks smug.

Next: I saw Tim Reid leaving this store - that can't be coincidence, Nick confronts Phyllis ... What would it take for you to drop your sister and represent my Dad instead? Heather asks Avery ... Sharon shouts at Tucker - my husband's alive alright - he's probably having our marriage annulled as we speak!!!

My Thoughts: Phyllis continues to make an ass out of Nick (who deserves to be made to look stupid - for being so completely oblivious)... DD is doing a fantastic job - Paul's rockin' his scenes - but - the humble reiteration is starting to bore me ... The implication being that Heather purchased her great shoes on Tag n Grab begs the question, how did the site manage to process the order and deliver within hours of it's launch? And when was the last time anyone ever noticed someone's 'cute shoes'? No one ever says - I like your hair etc. (even drastic changes are usually ignored) ... Paul 'couldn't be anything else' (except honorable and good) - 'even if he tried', Chris says (clearly forgetting the time Paul tried to be a rapist) ... Nikki's got 'not one regret' about marrying Jack? That's good - cause the ink's barely dry on her marriage certificate. She ranks right up there with Phyllis and Sharon in the 'disgust me' department. Why on earth would she send Sharon a text? Oh - in theory I get it (and Sharon deserves to be taunted) - but it's selfish - Nikki should listen to Kay (and focus on Jack) ... Of course Sharon doesn't know anything about a prenup - cause ripping it up means it never existed. Perhaps Victor should have given it to the pilot/videographer for safe keeping. Back to Nikki's selfish need for revenge against Sharon (and refusal to give up on Victor) - has she thought about the implications for the kids and grandkids they share? If Nikki's so concerned about Victor's safety, why lead the family to believe he's alive (as Sharon will surely pass the news on)? ... Phyllis borrowing from her daughter's trust fund (to pay off her blackmailer) is as loathsome as Sharon using her daughter to fake a passport. Something about using one's child just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know which is worse (but am sure those who DO will be spouting off at the fingertips all over the Internet message boards) ... How can Eden imagine she's somewhere peaceful? Calm? Relaxed? With Chris, Daniel and Kyle - hands on their hips as they all stare holes into her.
