Freaked out by the note from his 'sister', Cane dashes outside (hoping to catch the mystery woman) - while Genevieve questions the befuddled (and useless) waiter. Cane returns - and Lily's shown the note. It's SO sick - to disrespect Samantha's memory, Genevieve wails. Enough - we must call the police, Lily decides.

At the station, Mike grumbles to Heather - Billy somehow found out about the deposition (and hounded Tim Reid on camera).

Billy's at home on the phone. Sure, it's just footage of Tim running away - but it means he has something to hide. If anyone knows Phyllis' secrets, it's her former therapist.

Summer's taking care of Faith - Faith's taking care of Lucy. Yeah - FAMILY - but it looks to Phyllis (and the 'rest of the world') that Daniel isn't supporting his mother (by going after Heather).

Tucker continues to listen to Sharon - with Nick and Vikki on the patio. Listing the accomplishments Tucker's just fed her - and as Victor's wife, Sharon has every right to be at the board meeting. The boardroom is no place for a family feud, Nick's sure Sharon understands. Problem here? Tucker appears.

The shipping dock busy, Victor saunters into a seedy pub.

These people are trying to bully me, Sharon whines to Tucker, that she's not welcome at the board meeting. Nobody even asked how SHE'S doing - that SHE might be worried (about Victor). Nick explains that Sharon signing a prenup will show everyone that things will remain status quo. Do what's best for the family business. Sharon doesn't trust Vikki - or Avery - so take your 'postnup' and shove it. After she clip clops off, Tucker (as Sharon's only friend) is asked to talk to her. OK, he nods.

Yes - any woman would be lucky to spend time with Daniel - but he's SO naive; Heather's cozying up to get dirt on Phyllis! She's prosecuting me for attempted murder! Message received loud and clear. Thank you (Phyllis assumes Daniel will comply).

At the station, Heather swears she isn't the leak. Somebody told Billy about the deposition (which Mike's scheduled for tomorrow evening).

Again on the phone, Billy's updated by his source; tomorrow night huh? Two officers show up at the door - we need Mr Abbott to come with us, they tell the nanny.

Seated at G-worm, Lily's told they can't go to the police (the money Genevieve hid could send her to prison). We must do something! Lily's frustrated.

At CL's, Heather thanks Avery for getting her Dad released. She then has info about Phyllis' case - we're gonna depose Tim Reid. Heather will ask Mike if Avery can be present (when they question Tim about Ricky). After Avery exits, Daniel joins Heather - you look nice. So do you. Awkward. How's Phyllis? Good thing she didn't see us kissing. Daniel's sorry - about his Mom, not the kiss.

At the station, Mike heard about Billy's stunt with Tim Reid - how does he know about the deposition? Who's your source? He gets a toothy grin in response.

At Vikki's, she and Nick gripe about Sharon. Dad's too smart not to get the prenup signed. The Judge didn't see anything - maybe the pilot knows something. Believing Sharon burned the prenup, they wonder what she has planned for the board meeting.

You were on fire! Tucker praises Sharon at the ranch. She's so sick of Nick and Vikki trying to manipulate her. Tucker's proud that Sharon stood her ground - they were so smug and condescending. Sharon's starting to like being the new Mrs Newman - even without Victor.

Victor's seated at the bar when a guy comes in to announce that a ship just came in - they'll be looking for guys to unload it.

Ending a call, Nick reports that the pilot knows nothing about the prenup either. Vikki declares Sharon the luckiest woman on earth. Thank God you're home - the nanny updates that the cops took Mr Abbott.

Mike wants a name - Billy won't reveal his source; it's a matter of principle - credibility. Mike threatens to find something to charge Billy with. That'll make a great show, Billy reminds that he's already done time for not revealing a source. Go ahead big DA - cuff me.

On the patio, Heather should go - before someone sees them together. Daniel's Mom thinks him a traitor - but what Mama doesn't know won't hurt her. Let's go to my place.

Avery's not there to fight with Phyllis - she's there to see if she found another lawyer (and is glad she retained Leslie). Tim Reid's being deposed and the DA will go hard on him. Will he crack under pressures? It's possible, Phyllis admits.

Back at G-worm, Lily suggests hiring a PI (too bad they can't ask Paul). Genevieve still suspects a disgruntled employee - or an associate of Collin. Cane still thinks Genevieve's the key - is there something about Samantha's death she hasn't told him?

OMG I have to talk to Tim, Phyllis panics. What!? That's the worst thing you can do, Avery balks - does Leslie know there's a recorded confession? That you paid Tim off twice? Don't let Leslie be blind sided. Avery 'begs' Phyllis to be honest with her lawyer - and stay away from Tim Reid!

Vikki's relieved when Billy returns home. Updated that Tim's being deposed tomorrow, Nick must get home to tell Phyllis. You're welcome, Billy shrugs to himself - as Nick marches out (hoping Tucker gets through to Sharon).

Drinks in hand (at the ranch), Sharon asks Tucker how she should 'play' the board meeting. He just might have a few ideas for her.

Back at G-worm, Lily referees - while Genevieve assures Cane she's not hiding anything. Maybe someone's seeking revenge for Samantha. But why wait this long? Maybe it's someone involved in the cover up. Caleb wasn't charged with Samantha's death, Cane reminds. Who helped Dad hide what Caleb did? Genevieve had just buried her daughter - so can't remember - if she knew she'd tell Cane.

At Daniel's, there's no need to apologize for the mess, Heather finds it 'eclectic'. Summer took Lucy to a pottery exhibit. Never mind food or drink, Heather's more interested in making out.

Phyllis is back home - with a disposable cell phone. The 'greedy little twerp' who was given an 'OBSCENE amount of money' is set to be deposed. Phyllis better sweeten the pot. Make me happy and I'll plead the 5th - if not, the DA will hear all the juicy details of the hit n run. Hey - maybe Tim will get on Billy's TV show. Phyllis hides the phone when Nick returns home. Tim's being deposed - you better hope he keeps quiet.

Still loitering at G-worm, Lily again encourages Cane and Genevieve to stick together. I'm just as much a victim, Genevieve whines.

Heather and Daniel are naked and making out in bed.

Sounds like Sharon's hell bent on revenge, Billy concludes. Who has a fire in August? Vikki's sure she burnt the prenup. Billy sure would love to be in that meeting when she waltzes in. With Sharon acting so crazy, Vikki's considering going back to NE - to keep Sharon from stepping out of line.

Mike meets Avery at CL's - to discuss why Victor may have disappeared. The man's had health issues - made enemies. Avery details the ongoing search - then mentions her talk with Phyllis (about Leslie).

Jamming the disposable phone further into the cushions, Phyllis talks to Nick about Sharon and the meeting. And as soon as Nick leaves (to pick up the kids), Phyllis pulls it out to call Tim. Come over tomorrow night - my husband will be gone.

Tucker's still at the ranch. Yes - he really thinks Sharon can do it. He'll teach her what she needs to know. As long as Victor's gone SHARON is holding all the cards.

As Victor sips tequila, a guy comes in to round up anyone interested in work. Victor files out with the rest of the men.

Next: You made it, Phyllis purrs. I wouldn't miss this for the world (Tim has a brown bag in hand). .... As long as your hubby stays MIA you're in for the ride of your life, Tucker tells Sharon ..You need a doctor, the bartender pours an exhausted Victor a drink (as patrons watch from a distance).

My Thoughts: Again with the rest of the 'world'. It seems the residents don't realize that GC is a tiny, unimportant town - full of tiny, important people. 'The world' has bigger things to worry - and couldn't care less about whether Daniel's supporting his mother or not .... How did Phyllis manage to open her disposable phone with such ease - without even needing scissors or a knife? I usually don safety glasses have to take a machete to those that industrial strength plastic bubbles ... Sharon's starting to like being Mrs Victor Newman EVEN without Victor? I'd say 'especially' without Victor. He seems to put a real damper on being Mrs Victor Newman. Nice that Sharon's found another man to tell her how strong and brilliant she is ... It's bad enough that Phyllis just might have sex with Tim Reid - but it's even more deplorable that she's gonna do it in the home they (and their children) share. Since Tim has an obscene amount of money - you'd think he'd shell out for a hotel room.
