Under the sheets with Carmine, Abby suddenly remembers - she's late! We're shooting episode 2 of RS TV!

At RS, Billy hangs up frustrated - to tell Harmony and George about Dr Tim's untimely death. There's a story there - and he wants it. For the episode we're taping this afternoon? Harmony's dubious. Billy heads over to Tim's - he'll be back before the cameras roll.

As a mournful Beth leaves a bouquet of flowers outside Tim's door, Malloy's in Mike's office - Tim's death wasn't coincidence - it's a criminal investigation. Malloy's already on it (or rather, the coroner is).

Nick finds Phyllis instructing a maid to clean the house top to bottom (because of Lucy's sticky fingers).

Curtains in hand, Sharon's unimpressed by the news report - NE stock has hit an all time low (after she took over). What happened to the drapes? a flamboyant man comes in to ask.

As the maid works, Nick and Phyllis are also unimpressed by the news. We've gotta get Sharon the hell outta there. Nick then shares Avery's advice (to use Sharon's history). He the gets a call - and leaves to pick up a sick Faith from school.

At CL's, Kevin gets rid of Chloe to take Phyllis' call. She's just checkin' in. Yeah, things are 'normal', Kevin hisses about moving a dead body.

Wondering why Tim took blue pills. Who was he seeing before coming to the DA's office? They must corroborate Phyllis' 'home alone' story (by subpoenaing security footage of the building).

Kevin and Phyllis talk loudly for the benefit of the cleaning lady. The rug is creeping Kevin out (so Phyllis stomps on it - relax).

Recognizing Billy (outside Tim's door), Beth's happy he's doing a story on him. Using his charm, Billy's there to listen.

Flamboyant guy (an interior decorator) is told that these outdated drapes are the first to go. OK - he has some sketches to show Sharon (who can't wait to redo the place). Ignoring Nick's call, Sharon mopes - everyone wants her to fail. I DO belong - she'll show them - by redoing the house and company. The house should reflect her. You can't just barge in, Sharon checks herself at the sight of a sick Faith in Nick's arms. Martin shows himself out - leaving Sharon to assure Faith; Mommy and Daddy will make it all better.

Chloe insists on pitching Tag n Grab - as Carmine arrives with Abby. Billy? He's reeling in a big story - they hope.

Back outside Tim's apartment, Billy manages to convince Beth to appear on RS TV - for Tim.

At the penthouse, Phyllis is Taggin' n Grabbin' (with Kevin) when Malloy shows up. Eager to flee, Kevin leaves Malloy to question Phyllis - things aren't adding up (re: Tim's death)

Faith on the sofa, Sharon hangs up with the doctor (flashing back to a tender moment with Nick; while she was pregnant). Aside, Sharon apologizes for ignoring Nick's call (then gets all weepy - she can't possibly fire him). The conversation ends when Faith summons Mommy.

At CL's, Mike notes that Kevin's wound up - then confides that Tim's body was moved.

Malloy's telling Phyllis the same thing. Who moved the body? That's what he's trying to find out.

Billy rallies the troops - throwing everyone out - TV personnel only. Getting 'the call he's been waiting for', he remains vague with his staff). 5,4,3, ... Billy welcomes his viewers - you won't believe what we have for you tonight.

Malloy returns to tell Mike he didn't get anything out of the evasive Phyllis -but here's footage from outside her apartment (the night of Tim's murder). Unfortunately, the screen goes black. What the hell!?

Back at the penthouse, a nervous Kevin is reassured by Phyllis - relax. The maid shampooed the rug. But what if they find fibres on Tim? Spilling wine on the rug, Phyllis enlists his help yet again. They're moving the coffee table when a suspicious Nick returns. Kevin again escapes - leaving Nick to update that Faith's with Sharon. Work with Kevin? Phyllis thinks they make a great team.

The RS team are patting themselves on the back - mostly crediting the genius Billy (who knows not everyone will think so).

At CL's, Chloe and Kevin watch RSTV - Tag n Grab first up. At G-worm, Abby watches with Carmine (for the Naked Truth - all about Sharon). At the ranch, Sharon shuts it off - you're gonna regret that. As Phyllis grows more nervous, Billy comes on to talk about Tim's suspicious death. Nick glares at Phyllis - suspicious?!

Back at G-worm, Carmine and Abby agree about how hot she is. Sharon's on the phone - banning Abby from the ranch and NE. Transferred to the stables, she has Abby's horses donated to charity - today.

As George continues to praise Billy, Phyllis and Nick watch the rest of the broadcast - all about Tim dying conveniently (if your name's Phyllis). Guest Beth then identifies Phyllis. And Kevin almost pees when the sketch of the encyclopedia salesman's mentioned. Billy wraps it up by saying Tim was moved after he died (pointing the finger at Phyllis). Phyllis swears to Nick that she had nothing to do with Tim's death.

Mike tells Malloy that the cameras were turned off for a few hours - someone hacked in. Phyllis is capable. Time to get a search warrant - and put some pressure on Phyllis.

Next: You came to cheer me on. Sweet - I like that, Neil says. Harmony removes her jacket - I came to play ... What were you doing back here? cops question Kevin (who scratches his head and stammers in an alley) ... Do you want something? If I want something I'll help myself to it, Malloy answers Phyllis.
