On the CL's patio, Adam, Chelsea and Chloe discuss Tag n Grab. Kevin knows they had a meeting scheduled - but musta had an emergency (Chloe squirms).

Kevin slams his way into the penthouse. Cleaning 'fingerprints', Phyllis is equally keyed up - Billy all but accused her of murder. MY face is on a police sketch! Kevin gets busy cleaning too.

At the office, Mike and Malloy watch a replay of Beth on RS (talking about how an angry Phyllis almost busted Tim's door down). Fantastic! Out of control, they agree.

Finding Neil on the basketball court, Harmony removes her jacket - she's not there to cheer - she came to play.

At G-worm, Sofia's raise in pay took the sting off turning the NY job down. Re: Newman, Sofia's plan to counter the bad press Sharon's getting is to be 'put on ice' (per Tucker).

Mike needs to bring Phyllis in for questioning. Let me handle Phyllis, Malloy asserts.

Phyllis assures Kevin that he's not going to prison - Mike would be all over him if he recognized the sketch. PHYLLIS is the one who should worry - it could be 'over' for her. We've gotta get rid of this rug. We are not a 'we', Kevin barks back.

Harmony and Neil have a great time - shooting hoops and discussing their differing high school experiences.

Thinking it won't be long before NE stock bottoms out, Tucker instructs Sofia to quietly set up some dummy corporations - to buy up shares (without anyone knowing).

As Chloe goes in for drinks, Adam assures Chelsea that her pregnancy's still a secret (and so's Tag n Grab's new and active young buyer - 'baby N')

Malloy isn't at the penthouse about 'gossip TV' - or a social call. He's got a finger print kit - and a search warrant. Meanwhile, as Kevin tosses the infamous rug into a dumpster, two suspicious cops show up.

Hello officers. Kevin's double parked - Call of nature. Not 'from around here', he didn't know about the gas station on the corner. Have a good day, he scampers out of the alley.

Mike leads Beth into his office - to scold her for her interview on RS; Billy used her for ratings. Beth flips out - accusing Phyllis (who should fry for what she did to Tim).

Dusting for prints, Malloy can't find ANY - even the maid's. Wine in hand, Phyllis plays it cool, indignant even. Yeah - there was a rug there - she got rid of it due to a wine spill. Malloy then wonders if she hacked into her building's security system (shutting the camera's off). This isn't going away - experts will find whatever she hid! If Phyllis doesn't tell the truth - right now, Malloy will bring a CSI team in - and arrest her!

Neil gives Harmony some hands-on basketball lessons - which of course leads to a swish and a kiss. Hungry? For LUNCH, Harmony cools things down.

Still on the patio, Chelsea and Adam follow Baby N's 'tags' (including a onesie that reads 'My Mom Rocks'). Oh what a great Mom Chelsea will be.

No, Malloy can't help Phyllis - not if she doesn't confide in him. Trust me, Malloy can see she's scared. He was here, Phyllis tells all. Tim was blackmailing her - she was just gonna knock him out - tell him what a stud he was. But, he collapsed when Phyllis opened her robe - so, she rolled him up in a rug - took him back to his apartment. Yes, by herself. As Malloy mentions the encyclopedia salesman, Kevin barges in - we need to talk. Phyllis reassures her panicked accomplice - don't call Mike - it's a horrible idea.

Having ID'd some possible mug shots, Beth's about to leave, when Kevin's photo appears on Mike's phone. Hey - that's the guy.

We've had you looking at too many pictures - that's my little brother, Mike chuckles. Yeah - the faces ARE running together - it's hard for Beth to say for sure.

Back at the penthouse, Phyllis tells a panicked Kevin that Malloy knew - and was gonna prove everything anyway. We did nothing illegal (except moving a dead body). Kevin has another problem - the cops in the alley. Malloy will help us - tell him where the rug is, Phyllis assures.

Inside CL's, Chloe denies she's worried about Kevin (assuring Chelsea that he must have had a good reason to bail on the meeting).

Still at G-worm, Sofia warns Tucker - this isn't the way he usually does business. She's also not happy when he spots Neil and Harmony's arrival - and summons them over.

Awkwardly discussing the weather, Harmony excuses herself (from Sofia's attitude). Walking off to take a call, Neil's left to admit he's been spending time with Harmony. As a friend - and Moses' mother, Sofia warns him to be careful - don't ignore history - there's a lot at stake. Across the restaurant, Tucker offers Harmony a job (which makes her wonder what he's up to).

Back on the patio, Adam's got a big retailer of baby stuff. Joining them to hear the good news, Chloe wishes she could tell Kevin - but he's not answering his phone.

Told where the rug was dumped, Malloy thinks it best Kevin doesn't know what he's gonna do. After he leaves, Kevin freaks - why did I do that? He's NOT on our side. Trust Ronan, Phyllis assures. He'll regret helping you, Kevin knows that - from experience!

Harmony will think about Tucker's job offer (then takes a seat with Neil). Telling Sofia about it too, Tucker pauses on his way out - to watch Harmony and Neil laughing.

Chloe bounces over to Kevin - the Newman's in tow. Putting business aside, Kevin has something to tell Chloe - but as he's about to fess up, Mike marches over - what do you know about encyclopedia's??

Phyllis leaves a message for Malloy - I told Kevin we could trust you. I hope that's true - everything depends on it ~click~

In the alley, Malloy talks to the cop as he unrolls the rug he just dug out of the dumpster. Whoa - is that blood?
