Today's Spoiler

Huh? Ronan doesn't get it - he's a son of a bitch because he told Nick the truth? He and Phyllis had their thing - thought it was just sex (incredible) - but he just can't get her out of his head.

At the penthouse, Summer's told to watch her tone. Pretty please tell me if you're cheating on Daddy? No denial from Phyllis - does that mean it's true?

Ending a call - and getting a visit from Billy, Vikki warns that Sharon's not the only 'invader' they need to worry about.

Sharon continues to toss n turn; my baby - where's my baby?! She awakens frightened - banging on the door - peering through the window - let me out!!

Doing business at the club, Sofia asks what's going on with Sharon at Fairview. Tucker doesn't know how she'll come out of this - but hopes she's sane enough to pass muster (but crazy enough that the stock drops).

At a nearby table, Nikki frets to Kay (about Victor). Jack walks by - he's probably with another woman.

Genevieve serves Victor a beer on the house - assuring she's not after anything (except rent money). Taking a seat, she explains that sister Celeste is reacting to her guardedness. Declaring 'Christian' a hero (for standing up for his fellow workers), she's walked away from lesser men in her life. Victor has this strange feeling that he too has left people behind - and should be with someone. Maybe it was all meant to be, Genevieve suggests a larger plan. Maybe - 'Christian' doesn't know.

Phyllis (and Nick) are high profile people (who have rumours spread about them). She's done a lot of things she regrets - we're human. How did Summer find out about this? Fen's Dad - shouldn't have let this happen. Yeah, well, if Mom's just gonna have sex with whomever she wants, Summer wishes she never married Dad again.

Stay the hell away from my wife! Nick puffs out his chest. Ronan suspects Nick's just mad at himself (for being too squeaky clean to help Phyllis). You have no idea who you're dealing with - this is not over, Nick stomps off.

This circling vulture is my vulture-in-law - Jack now owns over 5% of NE, Vikki informs Billy. At least the SEC will notify if he's planning a hostile takeover. If only Daddy were here, Vikki worries - but is easily distracted by thoughts of sex. She'll miss her job when she has to step down (when Dad returns). Billy's just to stay 'out of the frey'.

Yup - Jack's out of the chair for good. Incredible, Nikki praises - and doesn't believe that Victor's with a woman. Genevieve vanished too, Jack reminds they have history. Kay chuckles - oh you DO love to stir up trouble.

Calling Tucker from the bar, Genevieve's instructed to keep up the charade until he says otherwise. But the man's suffering - he can't remember his life; his family. Have some compassion (which Gen isn't paid to have). As Tucker hangs up, Jack approaches - to crow about NE stock.

Jack - you can walk! Sofia states the obvious. He couldn't help notice what was on her tablet. He's filed paperwork re: his growing ownership of NE - that's the law, isn't it? Yup - sure is, Tucker confirms. Yup - Jack sure does own 5%. Tucker then distances himself from what's happening to Sharon. Must be rough - Sharon's last visit to Fairview was traumatic, Jack thinks Victor's the one who needs his head examined.

There's special circumstances - your Dad understands, Phyllis claims. Dad knows!? A horrified Summer bumps into Nick in the hallway. How can you stay with Mom after what she did to you? Don't you care? Mom's ruined our family - again, a crying Summer stomps off. What the hell just happened? Nick asks as he enters the penthouse. She found out about the affair - and Phyllis couldn't tell her it was fake. Just great, Nick's even angrier when she tries to blame it on Mike. YOUR lies did this to our daughter!

Confronting Ronan at the club, Nikki's indignant at the suggestion of making an appointment - why haven't they found Victor? And has anyone reported Genevieve missing? Off to pound the punching bag, Ronan leaves Nikki sputtering. Returning to Kay's table, she's given Genevieve's cell number.

Declining another beer, Christian insists on paying Genevieve (who leaves her cell phone on his table).

Now calm, Sharon has terrible memories of Fairview. Relaying her nightmare and the pure panic, she's fine now (but worried it'll cause the doctor to lock her away for good).

This is Ronan's lie - not hers - and Phyllis couldn't tell Summer. Nick doesn't approve of more lies. He then drops the bomb - Ronan's in love with you. Yeah, he said that to me. Off to the ranch, Nick's done - yeah - he's leaving Phyllis again (and don't expect me back tomorrow)

Meanwhile, at CL's, Summer whines about her Mom to Fen. If they can do whatever they want, so can Summer. I have an idea - come on - let's go.

When Jack drops by the office, Vikki suspects he's making a move on her family's business; which will ALWAYS be run by Newman's. Jack then tattles his suspicion that one of NE's board members is amassing stock (without notifying the SEC). Who? Tucker McCall.

Dammit - Tucker needs NE stock to tank more - so he can buy up a few million more shares. And when Sofia frets about not disclosing to the SEC, Tucker promises it'll be worth the risk.

At the club's bar, Nikki calls Genevieve's cell. Picking it up, Victor looks at the name; Nikki Newman.

Smile pasted on, Genevieve claims she didn't want to talk to her annoying friend Nikki Newman (who's now given up). She'll just have to wait, Victor smiles.

The court's given the doctor's sufficient time - Sharon won't be evaluated on one bad dream (which she's relieved to hear - and sure she'll be declared sane in 72 hours). Sharon believes the Newman kids planted that stuff in her living room. They're using her history/weaknesses against her. If Dr Lawrence is scribbling down the word 'paranoia', he should look Vikki and Nick up online - as well as the rest of the Newman's. This set-up is child's play for them - Sharon's in self preservation mode - trying to keep her husband's business afloat. She has nothing to hide - ask anything.

Jack has no proof that Tucker's acquired stock - but keep an eye on him. Vikki thanks Jack (and then my TV screen went blank for a few minutes - they could have had sex on the desk for all I know).

At CL's, it looks like Phyllis has thrown a drink at Billy; a joke of a journalist. Invited to come on his show, Phyllis will come after Billy personally if he mentions Summer in his magazine or show. Cute, Billy's left to dry off and chuckle.

Still in Dad's office, Vikki's sorry to hear Nick and Phyllis are having problems again. His main concern is his kids - especially the toll it's taking on Summer.

On the patio, Fen thinks spiking their iced tea is a bad idea. Life's about making mistakes (according to Mom), Summer starts pouring vodka from the bottle in a brown paper bag. Hey! she squeals - as Ronan grabs it. This IS his business. So what if Summer's too young to drink - HE's 'doing it' with her Mom!

As the whole bar listens, a worker reports that the boss (and it's lawyers) wants them to drop their grievances (or lose their jobs). 'Christian' thinks that good news - they're runnin' scared - trying to intimidate us. Now's the time to fight harder. As the men consider their families etc., 'Genny' chimes in her support - 'The man' makes sense. We can roll out the big guns too, Christian suggests they hire a lawyer (which quickly sends a tattletale outside to make a call). OK - I'll deliver the message.

Call me back right away Summer - I mean it! Hanging up, Phyllis finds Ronan at the door (with Summer; who's lucky he's not arresting her).

Nick will 'deal'. You can stay with us, Vikki invites (and again my TV screen goes black - so I'm pretty sure they throw darts at Victor's portrait).

Bumping into Tucker at the club, Kay wishes there was a way Nikki could be assured that Victor's alive and well. Tucker merely nods his head.

Now home, Jack tells Billy that his wife's not happy with him - he's layin' it all on the line (investing in NE) When Victor comes back (as he always does), stock will soar.

The tattletale comes back in time to hear Christian vow those bastards won't intimidate or abuse us workers any longer. Can't argue with that, Genny says. Tattletail then warns Christian that someone's gonna get hurt. Looking tough, Christian has no doubt that someone's gonna get hurt.

Next: Sharon tells the doctor - I think that is Daisy Carter. Daisy Carter Romalotti, Daisy corrects ... Are you OK? Ronan asks. No! No I'm NOT! What the hell did you tell my husband?! Phyllis shrieks .... Nick has a question for Vikki - how many times can a guy get kicked in the teeth before he's had enough?

My Thoughts: Great idea Sharon - telling the doctor to Google the Newman 'kids' - cause I'm sure there won't be anything negative about HER posted online .... Phyllis didn't look so much horrified that Nick was leaving her 'again' - as delighted by the news that Ronan's in love with her (a perfect caption for the end of the scene would be; when one door closes - another door opens)... Really - how horrible IS the pay and working conditions on the docks - if the men all have enough time and cash to spend so much of it drinking beer in a bar? Quit whining - Buy a 6 pack and go home to your families. How bad can the 'boss' be? 'Christian' was hired without having any ID or references. Jobs can't be hard to come by around there anyway - Genevieve had no trouble getting one (she likely didn't use her ID or references - and has no experience. Heck - even a nun doesn't trust her) ... Genevieve didn't exactly 'vanish' or go 'missing' - she's on assignment (but not very good at it - leaving her phone on Victor's table - it'd all be over if he'd answered) ... Jack doesn't have it quite right - Sharon wasn't punished for 'stepping in' (she was punished for marching in). And she wasn't 'forced' into Fairview' - she CHOSE to go there (rather than give up a job she's had for 5 minutes and isn't qualified for, or entitled to, anyway) If Jack wants to assign blame, he can point a finger at Avery (a good lawyer working for SHARON would have objected to her going back to Fairview) .... You're leaving AGAIN, Phyllis whines at Nick - like she's not responsible in any way ... Summer sounds very immature - a typical kid - if they can do what they want, so can I (except cheating isn't against the law - underage drinking is). Not easy to tell that Fen's been overprotected all his life - and how stupid of Mike to talk about something so sensitive within earshot of his son ... Nick's 'squeaky clean'? What about his nasty habit of physical assault. Ronan really seems proud to be an FBI agent who lies and covers for criminals. He's as crooked as Pomerantz and his crew. His last bruise from Nick just fading, is it wise to brag about how incredible his wife is? Line of the day goes to Phyllis - high profile - mean people spread rumours about her (yeah - cause she's never been mean enough to spread rumours - say in a magazine or on a blog).... This Just In (link on the main page) has been updated.
