Slam/Diss

I really can't believe that Pommerantz and his dirty cops, who appear to have people on the outside still helping them, had no idea whatsoever that Chance was alive. We are supposed to believe that these guys we part of some elaborate international drug smuggling ring, yet they had no clue about the worst kept secret in Genoa City! They must be the dumbest cops alive!

Did nobody notice that the grieving mother who looked like she could not go a day without her precious son was suddenly no longer grieving and was bouncing around town all bubbly, while making nice with her other son, you know the one she swore to hate because he killed Chance?Did no one get suspicious when the whole Chancellor family was gathered up at the hospital when a patient was brought in amid tight security? Did they not hear through their sources that the FBI had the whole wing of the hospital on lock down? Did nobody overhear Jill and Nina talking about getting Chance's favourite food in the middle of the coffee shop? What about all this discussions that Paul, Nina, and Cricket had on the patio at the coffee shop?

As for the kidnapping? geeez, did they hire the worst kidnapper in history? Did Angelo skip out on the Blindfolding101 course? What kind of loose blindfold was that? What a klutz! Maybe he should have let the little dog do the blindfolding, or at least let it bite her! I guess either he skipped out on Gagging101 too or he's got a hearing problem, because no one in their right mind would kidnap annoying whining Heather and not stick a rag in her pie hole!

I have LONG been a Sharon fan. Though granted, my blonde, at times bird brained girl has been through a lot, and I have stuck by her. But help me here, this is killing me.

I cannot for a single second believe she herself believes she is a GOOD mother.

I cringe normally when GC folks talk about their parenting skills, for we all know no one really is anywhere close to a decent parent in GC. There is so much neglect and abandonment going on here, nannies raising kids, kids in boarding schools, spoiled brats, it's clearly a loony place. BUT for her to sit there, in her Dora (funny Dar) jumpsuit, after trying to fly off to Thailand using her thought she was dead but is not and has hardly spent any time with daughter, Faith's birth certificate, is just LUDICROUS.

THEN she has the nerve to pop off to Nick, who (and this is scary) seems to be the only one who is actually acting like a half way decent parent. She makes no apologies for her behavior? She is indignant! She was willing to go to jail without thinking how her infant daughter NEEDS her?

Now, I love Adam. I love Adam. I love Adam. There, just so we are clear. BUT I wouldn't abandon my INFANT daughter, to run off to chase a man who left me voluntarily, who decided to turn his phone off, who hasn’t bothered to call. I know Adam has his reasons, he is off proving her innocence, but still, that does not excuse her to do the things she has done.

Nick was right. Actions prove love. Decisions prove love. And Sharon’s have been so pathetic for a while now.

Help me o’ loyal Sharon fans, help me see something here because all I see now is a pathetic love struck woman who doesn’t give a rat’s ass about her family.
