Billy seems open to working with Chelsea, but Vikki won’t ‘get in bed’ with her (that’s ‘Gabe’s’ job) Vikki reluctantly shares their idea – a subscription service. Customers receive monthly samples – feedback on social media will hopefully show them what’s trending. The same business model could apply to the fashion line. But Chelsea’s line is high end (she’s not onboard) Getting a call from Nick, Vikki leaves for GCM. Billy won’t let Chelsea escape until they finish their discussion.
Marissa wants answers NOW. The Captain said you stole his money. Did you choose the money over me Marco? Did you really love me? The Captain enters – what’s going on here!?
Yack has the upper hand with Victor – he won’t double cross me. Of course he would – he double crossed me, his own son, Adam stresses. He’ll destroy you (and me in the crossfire) This charade is getting harder to pull off. Just yesterday, Chelsea accused me of being like Adam – oh, the irony. Over Yack’s protest, Adam leaves – I’ve gotta fix this.
Back in the office, Billy’s pleasantly surprised with Chelsea’s reassurance that she won’t mention their brainchild to Jack or Victor. She’d never undermine Billy and Vikki – she just wants to live a happy life again. No, that’s not too much to ask, Billy agrees.
At GCM, Nick vents to Vikki – he was shocked by the unexpected pregnancy. He knows he can’t replace Cassie, but was getting excited about the new baby. It can still happen, Vikki gives Nick a hug.
Adam finds Chelsea in Vikki’s office. Both have something to say. Adam’s sorry – he was wrong to judge Chelsea. He wants a real connection – nothing standing in the way. Billy arrives – oh? You didn’t know Chelsea has a presentation? Guess you’re out of the loop. Oh, and Sage is in the hospital. Adam suddenly has to go. No, he can’t stay and help Chelsea work on her pitch. But Nick’s with Sage, Chelsea reasons. Adam flashes back (to wanting a paternity test) Sorry, I gotta go.
Nick paces – he’s worried about Sage losing a baby doctor’s said she’d never have. Vikki understands – it’ll work out ~hug~
Kevin rants at Mike (who’s claims his sweating’s caused by hormone therapy) Kevin’s sure the killer framed Sharon, then Tobias. We’re decent guys and we’ve made mistakes. Why is it hard to imagine that someone more devious can pin murders on someone who’s innocent.
Still at the club, an unhappy Yack reads Kevin’s post on GC Buzz (that the cops aren’t sure they have their killer)
Back in the ship, Marissa hides the keys in her pocket – she just wanted to see if the prisoner was Marco Anaselli. Get out and don’t come back, the Captain orders. He then asks ‘Marco’ for money. I’m Jack Abbott! I don’t have your money. The thug will get it back – by ransoming him off to the highest bidder (amongst his many enemies)
The Captain takes a photo of ‘Marco’ with his phone – and now a video; today is June 3rd, 2015, Jack repeats. My name is Jack Abbott. Contact my family. No, the Captain won’t shoot Jack – instead he pistol whips him.
Billy finds it odd that ‘Gabe’ ran out to check on Sage. They’ve been friends for years – no, Chelsea’s not bothered. Billy thinks they have something to hide.
Adam joins Nick and Vikki in a hospital room – you didn’t think to call me? Sage is with ME – the baby’s MINE, Nick points out. Adam cares about Sage. As Vikki referees, the doctor comes in. Sage is doing well. The baby? Adam asks.
Go find a donut Harding! Kevin sputters – you can’t even tell a girl bunny from a boy bunny. Listen Munchkin King – even if Tobias wasn’t the killer …. Was that an admission???!! Kevin’s eager. Just keep quite, Harding marches off.
In Paul’s office, Mike thinks Kevin might be on to something; the real killer may have killed Tobias. Take another look at the case. Paul sighs and shuts the door. Your brother’s a pain in the ass – but he’s not completely wrong. Paul has Harding investigating – quietly. Kevin’s latest stunt may make the killer react.
Yack interrupts Billy Boy and Chelsea – all good here? They update him on Sage – who’s pregnant – with Nick’s baby, Chelsea quickly adds – then hurries out. That leaves Yack to ask Billy what’s really going on with her.
The doctor updates Vikki, Nick and Adam – the appendix was removed – the next 48 hours are critical. And the baby? Adam repeats. The baby survived the surgery – let’s wait and see how things go from here, the doctor leaves the trio to worry.
Getting a call from Vikki, Billy updates Yack – it’s wait and see with Sage’s baby. He’s always found something ‘off’ about Gabe – and maybe Chelsea’s starting to see it too. Hopefully, she’ll press him for some answers. Yack’s left to bite his lip.
Mike tells Kevin that he’s staying the night and will be arraigned in the morning. But wait – Paul reads a response to Kevin’s GC Buzz post – you’re right. It wasn’t Tobias Gray. Catch me if you can or watch me get away with murder.
