Noticing Jack staring, Fiona knows coming to the club wasn’t an accident. It’s all about perception in our business, Billy declares Fiona ‘the whole package’. I could use someone like you to boost Brash n Sassy. Fiona won’t dump Jabot – I’m not that easy. Billy will work hard for it.

At the park, Cand and Lily gently reassure Charlie that he’s not in trouble – can you tell us how the fire started?

At Jabot’s lab, Dylan updates Abby that Max’s samples are being tested. How mad is Ben? He’s pissed, and Dylan doesn’t blame him. Abby understands parental instincts etc. She KNOWS that Max is responsible for her losing her baby (and her husband living in a hotel) What will happen if Max is responsible? Social services, possible legal ramifications. Max is dangerous and Abby worries Ben’s next on his list.

Billy’s a big fan of beauty – and profits (which makes Fiona the perfect date) She’s dealt with Brash n Sassy before – Vikki can be ‘rigid’. Billy’s in charge now. And Fiona’s impressed that he’s all in.

Jack isn’t happy to see Billy and Fiona clink glasses. He’s not just trying to stick it to Vikki, he’s sticking it to Jabot. Let him try poach Fiona – Phyllis is sure she’ll see through his act. No, she’s NOT Billy’s biggest fan anymore. Jack looks puzzled by his wife’s reaction when Fiona loudly chirps ‘check please’

Of course Billy and Fiona stop by Jack and Phyllis’ table for pleasantries. Jack and Billy spar. Fiona likes what Billy’s selling. Join us, Phyllis invites. As Jack and Billy go off for a chat, Fiona gushes – he’s really something. He sure is, Phyllis agrees pointedly.

Charlie’s coddled and some more. His parents know he’s withholding something. Trust us. I stole a key card and gave it to Max, Charlie admits. He didn’t say anything about starting a fire. As Cane hugs his son, Lily goes to call Dylan.

Focusing on his game, Max only shows interest when Ben relays some trouble he got in as a kid. He felt guilty about egging a house. You think I set the fire, Max scowls. No, Ben’s just wondering if there was an accident in the server room. You’re as bad as Abby! Max locks himself in the bathroom.

Dylan knows the Rayburns have had a rough few months – he’ll let Abby know when the results are in. When a nosey Hilary comes out with Ashley, she taunts Abby – you aren’t as tough as you think you are. After Hilary sashays out, Abby tells Ashley ‘it’s Max – it’s worse than we thought’

Lily meets Dylan at the club to relay that Charlie gave Max a master key. They’re just kids – Max has been through so much. Dylan agrees, and this is going to feel like a kick in the gut to Stitch. He then gets a text – the results are in.

Ben apologizes through the locked door – people are getting inside his head. But I know you’re innocent; you’d never hurt someone. Max comes out ranting that Abby will lie and bribe people – she wants me gone. Promise me she won’t make you hate me. I could never hate you, Ben hugs his mini-monster.

Hilary joins Neil at the club’s bar to boast that she’ll be able to shine her spotlight on the foundation. Neil doesn’t want the kind of attention Hilary’s selling – you’ll trash both the research and the foundation to make yourself look better. You are a backstabbing egomaniac; awesome for the foundation’s image. Hilary reminds Neil that she could expose him.

Jack accuses Billy of flaunting his meeting with Fiona – you intend to go after Jabot’s market shares. There’s enough room on the shelves for both our products, Billy won’t be lectured by Jack. And if you want to compare me to the mustache, remember that you always lose to him.

Back at the table, Phyllis warns Fiona that she’s walked into complicated sibling rivalry. Fiona’s aware and will pit the brothers against each other for her benefit. Now, to close the deal (she strolls out with Billy)

HE wants war, Jack’s furious with Billy (and isn’t happy that Phyllis always pushes him) You fed each others obsessions. You lied to me – went to Billy instead of me. Vikki rejected him – YOU fired and belittled him. Whatever fresh hell that’s about to unfold, Jack better not blame Phyllis (who marches out)

Fiona thinks Billy’s place needs a woman’s touch. She then offers to give Billy a 16% cut. You’d have the same shelf space at Jabot – beat Jack at his own game. He’ll pay 25%. Billy doesn’t want to ruin Jabot – he wants BnS on top. Jabot is in your way. If Billy won’t take the win, Fiona will offer it to Jack. Billy shakes her hand and pulls Fiona in for a kiss.

What will Lily, the public, and the police think of you holding me captive for months while your son was accused of murder? Hilary asks Neil. Jack interrupts in hopes of good news (which Hilary has)
