Cole spent most of his time away on airplanes and in conference rooms – getting the lay of the land of Newman’s publishing divisions. He did manage to pick up gifts for Vikki and Claire.
When Nikki turns her nose up at Audra’s flattery, Victor ends the meeting by thanking her for coming by. Saying she’ll have the contract signed and returned by the end of the day, Audra flatters Nikki some more (then leaves her to ask Victor what he’s up to)

Claire opens her gift first – tickets (it looks like four) to go to the Carrousel in Paris (since her trip there with Kyle and Harrison was called off) Vikki’s gift is the key to a ‘love lock’ Cole put on a bridge in Serbia. When they visit, she may choose to throw the key into the river to show her commitment (as thousands of lovers have done) Deciding to go out for a late lunch, Cole just needs to check in with Victor first.
