Sally thinks it would be Adam’s next logical step to complete the circle.
Do you have staff? A lab etc? Kyle claims that Audra doesn’t know what she’s doing. You know what I’m capable of on every level – you must find this competition exciting – she’ll invite him to the launch. Every woman there will be wearing Jabot, Kyle’s sure.
Mike will honour his allegiance to Victor – nobody will get hurt. Lauren worries this plan (that puts him between two people he care about) is dangerous. Mike sees himself as the voice of reason. You think you’re the hero? When Diane approaches, Lauren suggests Mike tell her what they were discussing.
Mike was just telling Lauren how much Jack loves the renovation. Diane knows they were discussing Victor’s plan. When Lauren all but confirms it, Diane leaves Mike to think about whether his loyalty lies with his friends or the man who signs his paycheck. Why would you put me in that position? Mike complains to Lauren.
When Claire arrives at CL’s, Audra thinks someone should turn her frown upside down. Have a nice day, she leaves Claire to wonder what is it with that woman – then tells Kyle that her Dad’s sick. From the patio, Audra watches them hug.
Not wanting to leave Summer in the lurch, Chelsea thinks Sally could run both divisions of Marchetti, with Chloe’s help. How would you feel about that? Summer puts Sally in the hot seat.
That’s definitely something to think about, Sally appreciates the vote of confidence but she’s also had a job offer.
Lauren’s sorry Mike didn’t like being put under a microscope but wants to light a fire under him – she doesn’t like what working for Victor does to him. It scares me, she tears up. Is your allegiance to Victor above your friends? Mike’s protecting both. Either you can’t or refuse to understand that.
Kyle tells Claire that Audra’s just being Audra – she can’t get over herself. She thinks Jabot should be worried about Vibrante. Someone must be funding her. Claire just found out that her grandfather’s back in business with Audra.
Sally was going to suggest that Chelsea could take over the day to day with Clue. Summer can’t believe that she might lose both her lead designers at the same time.
Back at Jabot, Kyle makes a call- find out anything you can about a start up ‘Vibrante’. He then goes online to find out who’s behind it – though he has a good idea.
Victor comes home to send Mike a text – need to see you. Lauren grabs his phone – you need to get out NOW, before it’s too late. Picking up her take out at the bar, Diane locks eyes with Mike.
