Daniel doesn’t know enough about his Mom’s deal with Cane to know if it’s a mistake. Holden doesn’t know Phyllis – he doesn’t even know where HE fits in. Holden’s working towards his own goal, then suddenly grows suspicious – did Cane ask you to dig up dirt on me?

Tessa loves Kyle but he can be a ‘jerk-face’. Claire will need something stronger to talk about it. Where else? Society it is.

Jack thinks Victor should focus on Cane, who’s scheming towards his own obsession. If only we knew what that is.

I allowed my kids to mourn my death – they forgave me; Mattie and Charlie will too (the billionaires should help) Phyllis adds.h Cane can’t buy back their trust or the time they missed. You forgave Collin – you need to forgive yourself, Phyllis adds that kids are resilient. Let’s toast to our kids, she tries again.

When Holden confides that he always wanted to open up his own nightclub in LA, Daniel had a stepbrother who tried that here – the Glam Club in GC shut down but he had better luck in London. When Tessa and Claire joing the bromance, Holden’s night just got a lot better.

After introductions are made, Claire and Daniel talk about Harrison’s homecoming. When Holden orders a round of Vespers, Daniel and Tessa smile at one another.






As usual, Diane and Jack are discussing their enemies. She’s surprised to hear that Nikki almost signed Chancellor over to Cane for Nick’s freedom. Jack’s spoken to legal – Cane won’t be able to pull a hostile takeover.

Bonding over being crappy parents, Phyllis considers them alike. Phyllis has something to tell Cane that she should have said earlier.

Over wine and food in their dining room, Diane and Jack look forward to planning another trip (that doesn’t include a train)

Holden, Claire, Tessa and Daniel chat over drinks. There’s nothing harder than losing someone you love, Holden’s sorry Daniel and Claire lost someone. Tessa lost her soulmate.

Phyllis admits that she came over to cheer Cane up after running into Lily. When she pats his shoulder, Cane looks at her as if she’s lost her mind.

Jack and Diane share a delicious slice of Tiramisu – and another kiss.

We’re all grieving, Holden shares that he just buried his best friend. Claire’s sorry – Nate was with her and her Mom when he got the bad news. You’ll find someone else he can lean on.

Cane asks Phyllis to stay. We are a lot alike, he picks up his champagne but makes it clear that they aren’t partners or equals. She understands – here’s to our mutual admiration, she clinks his glass.
