At the house, an excited Harrison chats with his Dad and grandpa about hockey. Kyle’s taking him and Connor to the rink. Did you ever hear back from Claire? Harrison dampens the mood.

Lunching at the hotel’s outdoor restaurant, Claire offers to stay in LA a while longer. Thank God, she’s happy to hear that Noah woke up. Nick was scared – he went through this with Cassie and almost Faith, Vikki’s relieved that he can relax now.

Well, that was interesting, Mitch comments after the detective’s gone. He thinks there’s something off about Noah having an accident on their side of town. Nick appears out of nowhere to punch Mitch. What the hell, Nick!? Sienna reacts.

Sienna threatens to call the cops – why did you hit him?! Do you want to tell her or will I? Nick snarls. Have I done something to you? Mitch asks Sienna if she knows this ‘crazy man’ and who the hell is Matt?! Nick will KILL him if he goes anywhere near his family – that’s not a threat, it’s a promise! he leaves Sienna to ask ‘Mitch’, ‘what the hell was that about’?

Kyle reads Claire’s reply. Thank you so much for sending me the photo of Harrison in his costume (she can’t wait to hear what he’s been up to – hope you’re doing well) Harrison misses her. So does Kyle – he doesn’t know when she’s coming back (soon I hope) Coming home as they leave, Diane tells Jack that Kyle’s ‘suffering’.

Claire’s learned a lot about Holden; nothing bad but she’s learned some interesting things and has been thinking about what she wants and doesn’t want. She came to LA for an adventure and got it. Claire admits to her Mom that she was a bit too ‘wild’.

What exactly are you asking? Mitch has never seen that ‘thug’ before in his life. That’s Nick Newman, Noah’s father, Sienna told Mitch they were looking for him. Something doesn’t feel right to her – Nick’s a successful businessman from a powerful family – not the type who’d hit someone for no reason. Mitch threatens to ‘let loose’ on the great Nick Newman if she doesn’t drop it.

In the waiting room, Nick updates Sharon – he won’t forget that smug bastard’s face – I socked him in the jaw and threatened to kill him (and I meant it) He doesn’t think his wife knows – Noah’s crash was near where they live; it’s no coincidence. The detective was grilling them when I got there. It’s a weird ghost story – no one stays dead; Ian, Martin, now Matt Clark. Nick won’t let him anywhere near Sharon. He’s 100% behind Noah’s ‘accident’, he’s sure.

Still picking at their salads, Claire tells her Mom that she went a little wild. No – he didn’t lead me astray; she made her own choices; dove right in. Have you done something you might regret? Vikki wonders.

Now with Noah, Nick did indeed take care of his ‘work stuff’. Noah knows his parents are ‘holding out’ on him. He overheard a nurse mention security guards. Mom, Dad, please (he wants answers)

Bickering about an order of expensive Scotch, Sienna won’t pretend some man didn’t just punch Mitch in the face – did you know the Newmans before you met me? Holding her wrist tightly, Mitch would rather discuss Sienna and Noah.

Back in the hallway, Nick and Sharon ask the doctor how much they should tell Noah. Be honest, they’re told – tell him in small increments and let his memory fill in the blanks. Sharon doesn’t need a psychologist present (she’s a licensed therapist, after all) Nick and Sharon are thrilled to hear that Noah’s bandages can come off.

Jack heard from Ally – she seems calm and in control and is in touch with Sharon. It seems like she’s working too hard at holding it together. Diane somehow segues that into talk of poor ‘heartbroken’ Kyle. He should go back to LA.

Claire wouldn’t change anything but questions who she chose to do it with. Holden’s not a bad guy but he lives life ‘on the edge’. Vikki doesn’t care about Holden, only about Claire – did you do something you can’t come back from?

As the nurse gently starts to remove Noah’s bandages, he and his Dad joke. There’s my beautiful boy, Sharon’s near tears. How bad is it? Noah asks.

Ally will love you no matter what, Sharon assures Noah (who looks conflicted but claims it’s because he misses her) No, don’t call her – he wants to be the one to do it. How much do you remember about Mitch Bacall, Sienna and the Shadow Room? Nick asks if those names mean anything to Noah.
