Back at the bar, Mitch continues to grill Sienna about Noah. She was friendly with him because Mitch wanted to invest – I did it for YOU. Mitch thinks that’s a long answer to a simple question. This wasn’t just a business venture, she suspects there’s a reason Mitch decided to take Noah under his wing.
Vikki thinks Claire’s acting in a mature, healthy fashion. I’m finally growing up, Claire’s been thinking a lot about where she goes from here – and with whom.
Kyle returns home to ask if Victor made his move. Diane and Jack made a mistake in asking him to come home – go back to LA and fight for the woman you love.
Holden’s sweet, smart and funny, maybe a bit dangerous but he taught me a lot, Claire concludes. He’s not the one? No. Where does Kyle fit in? Vikki asks.
Jack and Diane insist Kyle return to LA. Claire might not want me there – or want me at all, Kyle sighs. You’ll regret it if you don’t go, his parents persist.
Claire will always love Kyle but she’s not ready for the commitment he wants – moving in together etc., it’s too fast. Vikki thinks she needs to be honest with Kyle – he deserves to know how you feel.
Jack and Diane insist Kyle to go back to LA to win Claire back.
Kyle wants to think about it – he doubts Claire will be happy to see him back in LA. You owe it to yourself to try, Diane and Jack won’t give him time to ‘think about it’.
Agreeing to talk to Kyle as soon as she gets back, Claire wants to focus on her role at Newman’s publishing division. Dad put his heart and soul into everything that mattered in his life – it’s something she aspires to. You really learned a lot on this trip, proud Mom Vikki takes her hands across the table.
Sienna’s suspicious about the ‘business’ Mitch had with Noah – how come Nick Newman thinks he knows you? And why does he keep calling you Matt???
Noah knows Sienna and Mitch (who he met in London) Did they come to the hospital to check on me? No, Sienna called your phone after the accident. Noah flashes back to making out with Sienna against the wall of the club. Do you remember something, son? Nick asks.
Jack and Diane were wrong to tell Kyle to come back – what does your heart tell you? He still loves Claire. Yes, they’ll watch Harrison! After a group hug, Kyle runs upstairs to leave his parents to hug.
Holden appears to ask Claire if she wants to share a ride to the airport. We must be on the same flight back to GC – what a happy coincidence. Neither Vikki or Claire look ‘happy’ about it.
Claiming not to remember much about that night, Noah’s suddenly tired. Sharon will stay while he rests, Nick goes into the hallway to flash back to confronting Sienna at her club – then look through the window into Noah’s room – suspicious.
Sienna grabs Mitch’s arm – why does Nick Newman keep calling you Matt? What aren’t you telling me?!
My Thoughts: Other than looking like an entirely different man (because he is) Noah’s face looks like he maybe cut himself shaving and didn’t get much sleep …. Diane really needs to stop smothering Kyle. Ally’s boyfriend almost died in a car accident thousands of miles away – Kyle got dumped by his girlfriend of 5 minutes – hardly the same thing. Is Kyle booking a commercial flight? (good luck last minute) or do the Abbotts not have a company jet anymore? …. Vikki and Claire had time to order AND be served their lunch before either one thought to mention Noah? … Line of the day goes to Nick – ‘No one stays dead’. Well, yeah Nick, but guess who else was presumed dead? YOU! And Sharon! along with countless others; IE your father (3 times) Diane, Phyllis, Jack, Chance, Eve/Claire etc. etc. …. Loved the way Sharon haughtily tells Noah’s doctor that she’s a licensed therapist. I feel like her long history of mental instability should pretty well cancel that license out … More good lines of the day go to Claire. Really? Holden’s ‘dangerous’ and ‘lives on the edge’? Um – you were raised by a serial killer; you tried to murder your entire family. And since you were so ‘wild’ on this trip, you clearly had unprotected sex with a guy you barely know – so, obviously you like to be ‘dangerous’ and ‘live on the edge’ too. Let’s hope history doesn’t repeat itself (Vikki wasn’t sure whether Billy or Stitch fathered Katie)
