Phyllis tells Cane that he’s in denial – you claim you’ve moved on but look at Lily with ‘puppy dog eyes’. ‘I’m a good guy; I don’t know how to put on an apron’ she mocks him. It took you decades for you to get over Romalotti, Cane points out. Phyllis is NOT ‘jealous’ – this is what friends do. Her eyes are on the future. OK, tell me about this new venture of yours, Cane challenges (as Lily returns to watch)

More wet eyes as Sally thanks everyone for a Thanksgiving she’ll always remember. Traci speaks to the Abbotts resiliency; she’s grateful for the joy and support. Kyle feels he’s grown as a son and father, thanks to the people he loves but sometimes hurts. It hasn’t been an easy year for us, he turns to Claire – you hold a special place in my sons’ heart and mine. She’s thankful for her family and the Abbott’s for making her feel part of this family too. Harrison’s grateful for the love we all have for each other. Oh, and pumpkin pie!

Leaving, Abby and Devon promise to bring Dom by soon. Vikki gives Nate a peppermint hot chocolate to go. Is this our thing? He kisses her on the cheek. Could be. Shaking Victor’s hand on his way out, Nate leaves Vikki to hug her Dad – you’re an old softie.

Aside, Chelsea and Adam are ready to go to the pond to get the kids in for dinner. She’s grateful that their son’s out there skating with his cousins – it’s a miracle.

Lily continues to watch from the door as Phyllis tells Cane that her venture was in the works long before he came back – my company will blow you and everyone else out of the water. You can’t even tell me the name of the mysterious company, Cane knows she’s lying her ass off. Lily clips-clops over – you knew what Phyllis was before you got involved with her. ‘In every way’, Phyllis adds. SHE’S the reason no one believes you’ve changed, Lily tells Cane that ‘the whole city is watching you’! Amy comes out – we should go if we don’t want to be late for dinner. As soon as Lily leaves, Phyllis tosses her apron at Cane – see ya.

Vikki and her parents gush over photos of the cousins skating on the pond. Nick ‘hearted’ them – that gives Nikki hope – she can’t shake the feeling that he’s hiding something. When Vikki agrees, Victor’s indignant – you think I’d withhold information about our son and grandson? Everything’s alright, he reassures.

At Society, Abby tells Amy that there’s a special dish in the oven for her; green bean casserole with crispy onions on top, Nate got it from Damian; he wrote his Mom’s recipe down before he moved to LA. Amy’s grateful for that, her health and every moment she gets to spend with the people she loves. You’re one of us now – we love you, Devon adds as all hold hands around the table.

Jack chokes up; he’s thankful that Billy’s there and grateful for ‘this’ – no matter how difficult things get, even if we don’t always like each other, we never forget that we love each other. Happy Thanksgiving.

Nick and Noah are probably having Thanksgiving dinner in the hospital and watching the Chiefs vs Cowboys, Victor lies. We had a wonderful party, he kisses Nikki on the cheek. Vikki watches with worry.

Though Devon’s eager to eat, Lily has a few words to say first – we all have a lot going on – today’s about everything we’re grateful for. She’s grateful for the love and trust they share. Happy Thanksgiving, the Winters ensemble clink glasses.

Don’t you have turkey to serve? Phyllis quips when Cane chases her down at the club. She doesn’t care what Lily (or anyone) thinks of her. You took her scolding and didn’t even fight back. Phyllis agrees with Lily – you need to pick a side (me or her) she stomps upstairs.

Harrison runs to say goodbye to Claire – he hopes she comes back soon. Kyle helps her into her coat and steps out onto the porch. Thanks for staying – it meant a lot to Harrison, and me. Glad she stayed, Claire gives Kyle a kiss and leaves him looking smitten.

Next Week: ‘The way you’re looking at me’, Audra can tell that Nate will never forgive her – no matter how many times she says she’s sorry. It’s obvious you’re already moving on with Victoria…. This man has a weapon that could bury Jabot, Jack explains. Do you have a plan? Ashley asks. Jack does but isn’t sure they’re all going to like it… They deserve every bit of hell that’s coming their way, Matt’s telling Detective Burrow as Victor walks into the Shadow Room – I’ll be damned, Matt Clark.
