Phyllis is done with Cane’s mixed signals – you’re predictably on Lily’s side. Making a mistake and doing it over and over again, expecting a different outcome, is the definition of insanity. Cane reports his offer to sell Arabesque to Victor. Yes, he’s willing to give up his multi-billion dollar company ‘just like that’.

Now alone in the living room, Diane and Jack discuss Jabot being Victor’s next target – we can’t sit around and hope for the best. We’ll still be in control and mitigate the damage, which is better than Victor calling the shots.

At Society, Billy tells Audra that he’s sorry things didn’t work out at Abbott Communications and invites her to join him and Sally for a drink. Having ‘somewhere to be’, Audra leaves Sally to comment that her friend is having a rough Thanksgiving – it seems Nate’s already moved on.

Running into Nate at CL’s, Vikki invites him to join her for a cup of tea. He has nowhere else to be ‘except here with you’.

Cane feels that he brought all this on himself (for letting his soul be corrupted by greed) Love and family are more important. Arabesque represents what he was sucked into. Not worried about money, he’ll live ‘comfortably’ while building something new and reinventing himself. What does the future look like? Phyllis asks. You – Cane wants to merge their talents – ‘I choose you’. You don’t need Jabot.

After a brief chat about Audra, Billy decides to get Sally another martini and himself a club soda – to celebrate the launch of Abbott Communications.

Cane wants Phyllis to ‘come clean’ – you gave Victor my AI program because you want to run Jabot. She’s insulted by the accusation that she’s colluding with Victor; you think I’m going to trip up and contradict myself. I’m better at this, Cane wants to end this ‘cat and mouse game’ – tell me the truth.

Jack will speak to ‘legal’ – we have to start moving/hiding our assets – then we go offline completely. What will you tell the press and our customers? Diane worries this drastic move will destabilize Jabot; are you really willing to risk losing your father’s legacy??

Audra marches over to greet Nate and Vikki; Thanksgiving at the ranch must be ‘quite the affair’. It’s a time for family and forgiveness, she adds that it’s nice to see he can be friends with at least one of his exes. Nate continues to frown in silence.

Cane won’t let Phyllis change the subject to Lily. Sit down! he orders – I get why you did what you did. He’s not surprised she got fed up. I was always loyal to you, Phyllis claims. Cane’s impressed; you’re brilliant for blowing through my AI safeguards – he admires that she was able to pull this off. There’s one major flaw in your plan – you trusted Victor. He’ll freeze you out. Fed up with the lies, Cane wants to put the deceit behind them and build something new, together.

What’s happening to Arabesque proves how damaging Cane’s AI program is, Jack and Diane agree. We can’t let our emotions rule our actions – wiping the smug look off Victor’s face is worth it. Diane wants Victor to be held accountable – what he’s doing is illegal! She’ll find the evidence they need while Jack will ‘set this in motion’. There’s no going back, he predicts a long night ahead of them.
