Audra tells ‘Auntie’s evil sidekick’ that she’s the biggest criminal in this room and implies that Holden’s only interested in her money. When Claire gloats that neither Holden or Nate want her; that she has no life, no job, no romance, Audra slaps her across the face – hard.

What the hell is wrong with you? Holden asks Audra as he holds Claire back. It was a test to see if you’d fly to her rescue, Audra wonders how Claire will reward her big, strong hero. Is this what you want?! Claire lunges to wrap her hands around Audra’s throat; don’t come after me again or I’ll shut you up for good! Marching to the exit, Claire runs into Kyle (who follows her out as Holden asks Audra if she’s OK) He isn’t happy to see Claire leave with Kyle.
Nikki admitted that Victor has Cane’s AI program and will try to get her hands on it or make sure it’s not used against Jabot, Jack adds that he shared their plan to shut Jabot down. Diane’s furious – telling your BFF, who’s married to our enemy is ‘perverse’ and might have cost us everything!
Nikki considers herself the protector of Victor’s soul, his better angel, Jack knows she doesn’t want Victor coming after Jabot – and he doesn’t want to upset her. She’d be protecting him and their marriage – and won’t tell Victor what we’re doing. Diane’s update is about Kyle – he’s seeing Claire tonight. Arriving on cue, Kyle declines the invitation to join them and leads Claire to their own table. Looks like she’s ready to take someone’s head off, Diane comments – hopefully, not our sons.
Holden defends Claire – you got in her face, assaulted her, then freaked out when she fought back. Audra’s sick of everyone fawning over Claire.
Claire seems upset about something, Diane and Jack wonder what’s going on. The Newman women get to you and Kyle so easily, Diane snarks. Jack needs another drink.
Across the room, Claire tells Kyle that she made her point – Audra can’t mess with me. Kyle wishes they could work together. We can – and Claire knows just the way to do it.
Back at Society, Holden warns Audra that she just gave Claire a reason to dig deeper (into their past) She put her hands around my neck; an act of aggression, Audra whines – ‘Little Claire’ wants a war and she just got one.
Checking his phone, Jack tells Diane that things are progressing as planned. We’re on the right side of things, he’s calm and confident. You really think Nikki’s our ace in the hole? Diane scoffs. Looking over at Kyle and Claire, she comments that it doesn’t look like they’re reconciling, but conspiring.
Holden and Audra argue about Claire. Are there bruises on my neck?? Claire’s going down, she warns Holden not to stand in her way.
Audra has no friends or job, what do you go after when someone has nothing? Kyle wonders. Audra has a criminal history and Claire will bury her with it. Kyle’s in 100%. They smile as they clink glasses and drink.
